| 1 | 玉米种质材料遗传多样性的ISSR分析(英文)显示文摘【目的】利用ISSR分子标记分析越南北部山区当地玉米种质材料的遗传多样性。【方法】采用ISSR技术和10个引物对从越南和老挝北部山区3个省收集的21份玉米种质材料即12份普通玉米和9份糯玉米的遗传多样性进行分析。【结果】在21份玉米种质材料中可以检测到108个ISSR片段,其多态性为100%。ISSR引物的多态性信息量值为0.10~0.39,每条引物平均为0.24;分辨力为14.29~0.48,平均每条为4.48。除ISSR-T1以外,所有ISSR引物在13份玉米材料中均产生特异性片段。根据聚类分析结果,使用70%的遗传相似性作为切割点,建立了玉米种质材料系统树,21份玉米种质材料被分为3大类。不同玉米材料的相似系数为0.52~0.90.【结论】ISSR标记可提供玉米种质遗传多样性信息,对越南玉米种质材料的收集、保护和育种具有重要作用。 | Vu Van Liet Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh Nguyen Thi Thuy Vu Thi Bich Hanh Pham Quang Tuan Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao | 2011 | 南方农业学报2011，42，9： | 3 |

| 4 | Concentrations of Heavy Metals in Muscle with Relation to the Growth of Two Marine Fish Species显示文摘Heavy metal concentrations in muscle and their relation to thegrowth of two marine fish species,including tonguefish( Cynoglossus arel) and mullet( Mugil cephalus),were studied. The samples were collected in Bach Dang estuary andconcentrations of heavy metals( As,Cd,Co,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb,and V) in muscle of the fisheswere determined. The result showed that the accumulated trend of heavy metal is different between fish species. The concentration of As,Zn,Mn,V,Cu,Pb,Co and Cd in tonguefish were 73. 7 ± 30. 6,22. 82 ± 4.87,3. 44 ± 2. 13,1. 61 ± 0. 15,0. 71 ± 0. 13,0. 45 ± 0. 24,0. 03 ± 0. 02 and 0. 02 ± 0. 02 mg·g-1,respectively. Meanwhile the concentration of Zn,As,V,Mn,Cu,Pb,Co and Cd in mullet were 83. 41 ±19. 68,9. 78 ± 1. 92,1. 36 ± 0. 54,1. 29 ± 0. 51,0. 65 ± 0. 12,0. 42 ± 0. 20,0. 06 ± 0. 03 and0. 03 ± 0. 01mg·g-1,respectively. Comparison of metal levels among thesespecies indicated that the concentrations of As and Mn in tonguefish were significantly higher than those in mullet,whereas Zn levels in mullet were found to be higher than that in tonguefish. There is no significant differences of Cd,Co,Cu,Pb and V levels in muscle between two species. Significant inversed relationshipsbetween concentration levels of metals and lengths of tonguefish were found for Mn,Cu and Zn,butnot for As,Cd,Pb,and V. There were no significant relationships between the heavy metal concentrations and the length of mullet. In general,decreasesof the heavy metal concentrations corresponded to the increases of fish body lengths,particularly for As,Co,Cu,Mn and V and the exception for Cd. | 5 | Study on Reproductive Performance of Terapon jarbua(Forsskal,1775)in Tam Giang-Cau Hai Lagoon Systems,Thua Thien Hue Province显示文摘Terapon jarbua was collected from Tam Giang-Cau Hai lagoon systems and then their reproductive performances were investigated.Total 342 species were caught by otter trawlers and different fishing gears in marine and Tam Giang-Cau Hai lagoon systems on certain days of each month during period from September 2015 to August 2016 at fishing port.The determination of age was based on composition of the fish:ear,scaly,spine,gill cover and spine and the ovarian histology template.The gonads after being fixed with Bouins solution were cleansed,cut,dyed and put on the observation microscope.Results showed that the sex of Terapon jarbua was nearly clarified at the approximately 1+age group and participated in reproduction process in the first time at the 1+age group.The batch and relative fecundity of Terapon jarbua were high.The batch fecundity of Terapon jarbua varied from 239,029 to 420,400 eggs.The relative fecundity capacity fluctuated from 945 to 1,013 of eggs per gram of fish and the mean value by 981 eggs per gram of fish.The spawning season of fish occurred from March to May annually. | Le Thi Nhu Phuong Nguyen Quang Linh | 2017 | Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology(A)2017，7，B10： | 0 |

| 7 | Biological Resources for Development of Aquaculture in Thi Nai Lagoon,Vietnam显示文摘The diversity of aquatic resources in Thi Nai Lagoon decreased due to the lack of harmonious use and integrated long-term planning on the use of living resources.There remained a lack of mechanisms and regulations for coordination of activities in the lagoon by Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee(PPC).The aim of the study was to investgate the aquatic species and water quality in Thi Nai Lagoon,Vietnam.Data were collected at 23 different points on Thi Nai Lagoon,with three replicates at each point.There were 106 species of fish presented on the lagoon and in different sizes,including 17 mollusc species and 15 crustaceans species.In the dry season,there were 167 phytoplankton species in five divisions,10 classes in 39 orders in 59 families including 77 genus.Zooplankton had eight chordata in 10 classes of 18 orders including 44 families,64 genus and 102 species.Arthropoda had the largest number of species,78 species,accounting for 76.5%of total species.In the rainy season,only 48 species of Arthropoda,Cnidaria,Annelida,Chaetognatha and Rotifer were affected and some were not encountered in the wet season,such as mollusca and chordata.While water quality variables were still good for aquaculture,within permitted limits of TCVN standard and criteria,there were still problems caused by production discharges and living activities of inhabitants around the lagoon,such as sedimentary matters. | Kieu Thi Huyen Tran Vinh Phuong Phan Thi Le Anh Nguyen Quang Linh | 2017 | Journal of Agricultural Science and Technology(A)2017，7，B10： | 0 |
