| 3 | 棉织物的等离子体聚合涂覆及其拒水性研究显示文摘使用某种氟碳化合物的AC等离子体沉积方法 ,在棉织物表面涂覆一层很薄的憎水膜。影像接触角测试表明 ,仅仅经过 3 0s的涂覆处理 ,棉织物表面水接触角就可达 164°左右 ,获得超级憎水特性。棉织物的柔软性、保水率、回潮率、颜色变化、手感、透气性等都采用标准方法进行了详细研究 ,并与商用ScotchgardTM防水防污喷雾型保护剂涂覆的织物进行了比较。研究结果表明 ,除了回潮率基本相同外 ,等离子体涂覆织物的这些性能都优于保护剂涂覆织物的性能。同时 ,对加热后处理对涂层织物憎水性的影响进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,高温后处理有助于织物憎水性的提高。原子力显微镜和二次离子质谱研究结果显示 ,加热后处理后沉积膜的表面形态和化学性能都发生了变化 。 | 朱峰 张菁 W.J.van Ooij | 2002 | 东华大学学报(自然科学版)2002,28,4: | 12 |
| 4 | 金属件涂装前纳米级转化膜处理工艺技术显示文摘根据涂装金属的腐蚀行为分析,涂层的防腐蚀性能主要取决于涂层与基体表面的附着力。本文结合传统的磷化处理技术特征,提出了节能环保型的涂装前纳米级转化膜处理技术,分别阐述了纳米陶瓷锆盐、硅烷处理金属时在其表面形成的纳米级转化膜的处理工艺技术,研究试验结果表明,纳米级转化膜均可显著提高涂层与金属基体的附着力,其相应的耐腐蚀性能亦接近或达到了磷化处理技术要求。金属件涂装前纳米级转化膜处理技术可广泛地应用于家电、汽车、五金等领域的油漆、粉末及电泳等涂装前处理生产中。 | 王一建 钟金环 陆国建 朱丹青 Wim Van Ooij | 2012 | 现代涂料与涂装2012,15,4: | 11 |
