| 2 | 肠道准备质量对腺瘤检出率和结肠镜完成率的影响显示文摘背景和目的:充分的肠道准备对于安全有效的结肠镜检查是非常重要的。结肠镜检查的质量指标应达到至少95%的肠镜完成率和至少25%(50岁以上男性)或15%(50岁以上女性)的腺瘤检出率。本研究旨在探讨肠道准备对腺瘤检出率和肠镜完成率的影响。方法:回顾性纳入2008年1月至2009年12月间接受结肠镜检查的病例。主要结局指标是腺瘤检出率和肠镜完成率(抵达盲肠)。结果:共2519例患者纳入研究,其中1030例(41.0%)肠道准备评价为优,1145例(45.5%)评价为良,240例(9.5%)中等,104例(4.1%)评价为差。肠道准备中、差者肠镜完成率分别为75.4%和72.1%,明显低于肠道准备优、良者(分别为99.9%和99.7%,P<0.001),且前者肠镜完成率质量达标(95%)的比例也明显低于后者(P<0.001)。全组患者中肠镜准备优、良、中、差者腺瘤检出率分别为24.2%、26.8%、32.1%和22.1%,差异无统计学意义(P=0.06),各组腺瘤检出率均质量达标(男性25%,女性15%)。其中女性肠道准备优、良者腺瘤检出率相对更高,男性肠道准备优、良、中者腺瘤检出率相对更高(P<0.001)。多因素分析显示,男性患者腺瘤检出率明显增高,但肠道准备质量对腺瘤检出率并无影响。结论:肠道准备中、差者肠镜完成率明显低于肠道准备优、良者,但肠道准备质量对腺瘤检出率并无影响。 | Tarun Rai Udayakumar Navaneethan Tushar Gohel Amareshwar Podugu Prashanthi N.Thota Ravi P.Kiran Rocio Lopez Madhusudhan R.Sanaka | 2016 | Gastroenterology Report2016,4,2: | 1 |

| 4 | Tumor microenvironment pathways:Cross regulation in breast cancer metastasis显示文摘The tumor microenvironment(TME)is heterogeneous and contains a multiple cell population with surrounded immune cells,which plays a major role in regulating metastasis.The multifunctional pathways,Hedgehog(Hh),Wnt,Notch,and NF-kB,cross-regulates metas-tasis in breast cancer.This review presents substantial evidence for cross-regulation of TME components and signaling pathways,which makes breast TME more heterogeneous and com-plex,promoting breast cancer progression and metastasis as a highly aggressive form.We discoursed the importance of stromal and immune cells as well as their crosstalk in bridging the metastasis.We also discussed the role of Hh and Notch pathways in the intervention be-tween breast cancer cells and macrophages to support TME;Notch signaling in the bidirec-tional communication between cancer cells and components of TME;Wnt signal pathway in controlling the factors responsible for EMT and NF-kB pathway in the regulation of genes con-trolling the inflammatory response.We also present the role of exosomes and their miRNAs in the cross-regulation of TME cells as well as pathways in the reprogramming of breast TME to support metastasis.Finally,we examined and discussed the targeted small molecule inhibitors and natural compounds targeting developmental pathways and proposed small molecule nat-ural compounds as potential therapeutics of TME based on the multitargeting ability.In conclu-sion,the understanding of the molecular basis of the cross-regulation of TME pathways and their inhibitors helps identify molecular targets for rational drug discovery to treat breast can-cers. | Rama Rao Malla P.Kiran | 2022 | Genes & Diseases2022,9,2: | 1 |

| 7 | Throughflow and g-jitter effects on binary fluid saturated porous medium显示文摘A non-autonomous complex Ginzburg-Landau equation(CGLE) for the finite amplitude of convection is derived, and a method is presented here to determine the amplitude of this convection with a weakly nonlinear thermal instability for an oscillatory mode under throughflow and gravity modulation. Only infinitesimal disturbances are considered. The disturbances in velocity, temperature, and solutal fields are treated by a perturbation expansion in powers of the amplitude of the applied gravity field.Throughflow can stabilize or destabilize the system for stress free and isothermal boundary conditions. The Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are obtained numerically to present the results of heat and mass transfer. It is found that throughflow and gravity modulation can be used alternately to heat and mass transfer. | 8 | Biomass production from microalgae Chlorella grown in sewage,kitchen wastewater using industrial CO_(2)emissions:Comparative study显示文摘Microalgae cultivation using organic wastewater like kitchen wastewater(KWW)and sewage wastewater(SWW)are recommended for wastewater treatment along with simultaneous biomass production which is a cost effective strategy.KWW is rich in nutrients which might be an efficient wastewater feedstock for microalgae cultivation to achieve reasonably high biomass yield for energy generation.KWW has not been investigated extensively for microalgae cultivation till now because of high concentration of ammonia as it could inhibit algae growth.In order to make KWW suitable for microalgae growth,a common method is to dilute with water.Hence,in the present study,KWW was diluted with water at dilution ration 1:1 and compared with SWW for microalgae biomass growth,biomass yields and nutrient removal efficiency specifically using Chlorella.Both KWW and SWW showed highest biomass productivity in mixotrophic cultivation mode.The average biomass productivity in SWW was 0.6 g/L which was higher when compared to KWW.Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)of algal biomass revealed the presence of certain organic compound groups such as eOH,eCOOH,NH_(2),and ■O.It was concluded from the results that Chlorella was very effective in the treatment of KWW,SWW and industrial flue gas on the other hand the biomass obtained is a sustainable green energy source for biofuels. | P.Kiran Kumar S.Vijaya Krishna S.Swami Naidu Kavita Verma D.Bhagawan V.Himabindu | 2019 | Carbon Resources Conversion2019,2,2: | 1 |
