| 1 | 妊娠后期添加外源性染料木黄酮对胚胎发育、母猪和仔猪生产性能的影响显示文摘植物雌激素因其与雌二醇的功能相似性而被证明对妊娠后期母猪有利。本试验旨在研究妊娠后期添加植物雌激素染料木黄酮(Genistein,又称染料木素、金雀异黄酮)对母猪及其后代仔猪的影响。试验选择怀孕第90天的母猪56头,均分为两组:1对照组,2处理组(每日两次肌肉注射220mg染料木黄酮直至分娩)。怀孕第89、110天,泌乳第3、21天每组选择16头母猪进行颈静脉采血,泌乳第3天采集母猪的乳样品。分娩后24小时分别从对照组16窝仔猪和处理组15窝仔猪中每窝挑取1头小公猪,采集血液后屠宰,对肝脏、心脏和其他内脏器官进行称重,采集半腱肌,测定胴体组成。结果表明,处理组母猪怀孕110天时血浆中染料木黄酮和大豆黄素含量显著增加,分娩24h仔猪的血浆染料木黄酮浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。处理结束后母猪血液IGF-1浓度增加(P<0.05)。染料木黄酮对泌乳期母猪体重和背膘损失、乳成分和仔猪体重没有显著影响(P>0.1)。本试验断奶前仔猪死亡率非常低(<7%),然而对对照组与处理组母猪进行相对危险度比较时显示对照组的仔猪断奶前死亡几率几乎是处理组的两倍。两组仔猪胴体重量、不同器官重量、半腱肌重量相近(P>0.1)。然而,处理组仔猪胴体脂肪比对照组高(9.63%vs.8.34%,P<0.05),两组仔猪半腱肌生化特性无显著差异(P>0.1),。结论:妊娠后期母猪每天注射440mg染料木黄酮可提高母猪血液IGF-1浓度和新生仔猪胴体脂肪,但对初生仔猪的肌肉发育、母猪及其后代仔猪的生产性能无显著影响。 | 易宏波 C.Farmer P.Robertson C.W.Xiao C.Rehfeldt C.Kalbe | 2016 | 广东饲料2016,25,11: | 2 |

| 3 | A review of the current evidence for the role of minimally invasive pancreatic surgery following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy显示文摘Objective:Surgical resection of pancreatic cancer remains the only potentially curative treatment for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.The robotic platform has been introduced to surgical practice and recent large studies from national registries have demonstrated similar or improved peri-operative outcomes compared to the standard open approach.Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy is increasingly being offered to patients with borderline resectable/locally advanced disease but this has led to more challenging resections.Numbers of patients undergoing minimally invasive resection following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy remain low.The aim of this review is to assess the current evidence for the peri-operative safety and long-term oncological outcomes associated with minimally invasive pancreatic resection following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods:Medline,Embase and Cochrane Central Register for Clinical Trials were searched up until 31st October 2021.The search terms include“minimally invasive”,“robotic”,“laparoscopic”,“pancreatectomy”,“pancreatic resection”,“whipple's pancreaticoduodenectomy”,“distal pancreatectomy”,“chemotherapy”,“neo-adjuvant chemotherapy”,“radiotherapy”,“neo-adjuvant chemoradiotherapy”,“induction therapy”,and“conversion surgery”.All studies including patients undergoing pancreatic resections were included.Studies which did not clearly state the approach to resection(minimally invasive or open)were excluded.Results:Seventy-eight studies were identified of which 8 compared open and minimally invasive resection following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy.There was insufficient data to perform a meta-analysis.Robotic surgery was associated with lower blood loss and shorter length of hospital stay.Three-year overall survival rates were similar between patients who underwent robotic or open resection however the robotic approach was associated with higher lymph node yield and a lower R1 resection rate.Conclusion:Currently the evidence for minimally invasive surgery following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy is limited.Long-term oncological outcomes are similar to patients undergoing open resection and there is some evidence to suggest superior peri-operative outcomes.As numbers are limited,future studies analysing national and international databases on minimally invasive pancreatic resection are required to provide sufficient evidence to support the use of minimally invasive pancreatic resection following neo-adjuvant chemotherapy in high-risk groups. | Francis P.Robertson Rowan W.Parks | 2022 | Laparoscopic, Endoscopic and Robotic Surgery2022,5,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Intervertebral disc degeneration is rescued by TGFβ/BMP signaling modulation in an ex vivo flamin B mouse model显示文摘Spondylocarpotarsal syndrome(SCT) is a rare musculoskeletal disorder characterized by short stature and vertebral, carpal, and tarsal fusions resulting from biallelic nonsense mutations in the gene encoding filamin B(FLNB). Utilizing a FLNB knockout mouse,we showed that the vertebral fusions in SCT evolved from intervertebral disc(IVD) degeneration and ossification of the annulus fibrosus(AF), eventually leading to full trabecular bone formation. This resulted from alterations in the TGFβ/BMP signaling pathway that included increased canonical TGFβ and noncanonical BMP signaling. In this study, the role of FLNB in the TGFβ/BMP pathway was elucidated using in vitro, in vivo, and ex vivo treatment methodologies. The data demonstrated that FLNB interacts with inhibitory Smads 6 and 7(i-Smads) to regulate TGFβ/BMP signaling and that loss of FLNB produces increased TGFβ receptor activity and decreased Smad 1 ubiquitination. Through the use of small molecule inhibitors in an ex vivo spine model, TGFβ/BMP signaling was modulated to design a targeted treatment for SCT and disc degeneration. Inhibition of canonical and noncanonical TGFβ/BMP pathway activity restored Flnb-/-IVD morphology. These most effective improvements resulted from specific inhibition of TGFβand p38 signaling activation. FLNB acts as a bridge for TGFβ/BMP signaling crosstalk through i-Smads and is key for the critical balance in TGFβ/BMP signaling that maintains the IVD.
