1日粮核苷酸对减少由T-2毒素和呕吐毒素诱导的鸡白细胞DNA损伤的作用显示文摘本研究旨在通过测定T-2毒素和呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol,DON)对脾脏白细胞DNA片段化和鸡氧化应激的影响,以评估日粮核苷酸对毒素诱导的DNA损伤的修复潜力。选用雄性肉鸡,分别饲喂添加或不加核苷酸的含有10 mg/kg的T-2毒素或呕吐毒素的饲粮。试验进行17 d后,利用'彗星'分析法(又叫单细胞凝胶电泳)检测脾脏白细胞的DNA损伤,通过测定血浆和肝脏中的丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)含量及血浆中的总抗氧化水平(Total Antioxidant Status,TAS)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase,GPx)含量来评判机体的脂质过氧化程度,肝毒性通过血浆中肝酶(谷丙转氨酶ALT,谷草转氨酶AST和谷氨酰转肽酶GGT)水平来评定。T-2毒素和呕吐毒素能诱导的鸡脾脏白细胞DNA的片段化,补充核苷酸只能减少T-2毒素引起损伤的程度。相比于空白对照组,饲粮中含有T-2毒素的添加或不添加核苷酸的两个处理组肉鸡的TAS和AST显著减小。饲粮中含有T-2毒素和呕吐毒素的处理组肉鸡血浆和肝脏组织中的MDA含量与对照组相比没有显著性差异。当肉鸡饲喂含有霉菌毒素的饲粮时,日粮核苷酸的补充并不影响机体MDA的生成。结果发现日粮核苷酸对削弱免疫细胞中因T-2毒素诱发的DNA损伤具有功效,这表明补充日粮核苷酸对霉菌毒素中毒的免疫系统的改善具有有益作用。贺淼 张涛 Franki T Pajk T Rezar V T.Rezar A.Levart J. 20不同食物浓度下热带地区大型溞属枝角类(Daphnia sinensis和D.galeata)生长和繁殖比较显示文摘球藻为两种枝角类的食物,在25℃下设置5个食物浓度梯度(以C计),即0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mg/L.中华溞的首次怀卵体长、首次产后代数目、累积产后代数目、平均寿命、世代时间和净生殖率在5个食物浓度下均显著高于盔形溞,繁殖前历时在5个食物浓度下均显著短于盔形溞.盔形溞的内禀增长率在食物浓度为1.5 mg/L时高于中华溞,个体增长率在食物浓度为0.5和2.0 mg/L时高于中华溞.盔形溞的净生殖率和内禀增长率均随着食物浓度的增加而显著逐步增加;中华溞在食物浓度由1.0 mg/L增加到1.5 mg/L时净生殖率和内禀增长率没有显著性增加,但是其个体增长率极显著增加.中华溞的食物浓度阈值为0.214 mg/L,小于盔形溞的食物浓度阈值0.262 mg/L.在所设置实验条件中,无论在生殖发育还是在食物浓度阈值上中华溞均表现出一定的优势,但是这个结果与野外调查不相符;导致这种差异的原因与它们对生境适应的繁殖策略不同以及热带鱼类的强捕食压力有关,但需要进一步的野外实验验证.黄小芳 张晓莉 Franja Pajk 韩博平 2017应用与环境生物学报2017,23,6:1
