| 1 | Effect of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-xMn alloys显示文摘The as-cast Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were prepared and extruded at 280℃with an extrusion ratio of 25:1.The effects of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were investigated in this study.The XRD results show that Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys consisted ofα-Mg(hcp)+β-Li(bcc)duplex structured matrix,Mg Li_(2)Zn and Mn phases.The grains of the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys were refined by dynamic recrystallization during the extrusion process.The EBSD results show that the extruded alloys had basal textures.The grain size of the extruded alloys decreased while the basal texture was strengthened with the increasing Mn addition.The TEM results show that a large amount of nanoscale Mn precipitates existed in the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy,which can effectively inhibit the dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains growth during the hot extrusion and is beneficial to the improvement of mechanical properties.Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy in this research possesses the best mechanical properties with the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of 321 MPa,250 MPa,respectively. | Hongju Deng Yan Yang Minmin Li Xiaoming Xiong Guobing Wei Weidong Xie Bin Jiang Xiaodong Peng Fusheng Pan | 2021 | Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4: | 3 |
| 2 | Expression,Purification and Identification of Recombinant Mouse Interleukin 21 Protein in E.coli显示文摘Interleukin 21 (IL-21) is a novel typeⅠcytokine that is significantly homologous to IL-2, IL-4 and IL-15. Its receptor complex containsγc chain which is also a component of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15, so there may be overlapping or relevancies in their biological functions. IL-21 is capable of co-stimulating mature T cells, B cells, NK cells, and of stimulating CD16 expression on the surface of NK cells to induce ADCC in innate immune response. It can also strengthen the anti-tumor effect of the cellular immunity, especially via enhancing the activities of NK and antigen specific CTL cells. Thus, IL-21 is a potential useful therapeutic molecule for immunotherapy of malignancies, by eliciting innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses in tumor-bearing hosts. In order to study the biological functions of IL-21, we constructed a mIL-21 prokaryotic expression plasmid and expressed the recombinant mIL-21 protein in E. coli in present study. The recombinant plasmid pET28a/mIL-21 with a carboxyl terminal His-tag was subcloned from the pcDNA3.1/mIL-21 and expressed in E. coli. The induced protein was detected by SDS-PAGE, and identified by Western-blot assay with anti-mIL-21 antibody. The recombinant protein was purified via Ni+ affinity chromatography, and renatured with GSH/GSSG system. | 4 | Convex decomposition of concave clouds for the ultra-short-term power prediction of distributed photovoltaic system显示文摘Concave clouds will cause miscalculation by the power prediction model based on cloud features for distributed photovoltaic( PV) plant. The algorithm for decomposing concave cloud into convex images is proposed. Adopting minimum polygonal approximation( MPP) to demonstrate the contour of concave cloud,cloud features are described and the subdivision lines of convex decomposition for the concave clouds are determined by the centroid point scattering model and centroid angle function,which realizes the convex decomposition of concave cloud. The result of MATLAB simulation indicates that the proposed algorithm can accurately detect cloud contour corners and recognize the concave points. The proposed decomposition algorithm has advantages of less time complexity and decomposition part numbers compared to traditional algorithms. | 6 | Interfacial potassium induced enhanced Raman spectroscopy for single-crystal TiO2 nanowhisker显示文摘Structural control and element doping are two popular strategies to produce semiconductors with surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)properties.For TiO2 based SERS substrates,maintaining a good crystallinity is critical to achieve excellent Raman scattering.At elevated temperatures(N600°C),the phase transition from anatase to rutile TiO2 could result in a poor SERS performance.In this work,we report the successful synthesis of TiO2 nanowhiskers with excellent SERS properties.The enhancement factor,an index of SERS performance,is 4.96×106 for methylene blue molecule detecting,with a detection sensitivity around 10-7 mol·L-1.Characterizations,such as XRD,Raman,TEM,UV–vis and Zeta potential measurement,have been performed to decrypt structural and chemical characteristics of the newly synthesized TiO2 nanowhiskers.The photo absorption onset of MB adsorbed TiO2 nanowhiskers was similar to that of bare TiO2 nanowhiskers.In addition,no new band was observed from the UV–vis of MB modified TiO2 nanowhiskers.Both results suggest that the high enhancement factor cannot be explained by the charge-transfer mechanism.With the support of ab initio density functional theory calculations,we reveal that interfacial potassium is critical to maintain thermal stability of the anatase phase up to 900°C.In addition,the deposition of potassium results in a negatively charged TiO2 nanowhisker surface,which favors specific adsorption of methylene blue molecules and significantly improves SERS performance via the electrostatic adsorption effect. | Fan Pan Guobing Zhou Liangliang Huang Wei Li Mingshen Lin Chang Liu | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,3: | 0 |
