| 1 | Single-molecule optoelectronic devices:physical mechanism and beyond显示文摘Single-molecule devices not only promise to provide an alternative strategy to break through the miniaturization and functionalization bottlenecks faced by traditional semiconductor devices,but also provide a reliable platform for exploration of the intrinsic properties of matters at the single-molecule level.Because the regulation of the electrical properties of single-molecule devices will be a key factor in enabling further advances in the development of molecular electronics,it is necessary to clarify the interactions between the charge transport occurring in the device and the external fields,particularly the optical field.This review mainly introduces the optoelectronic effects that are involved in single-molecule devices,including photoisomerization switching,photoconductance,plasmon-induced excitation,photovoltaic effect,and electroluminescence.We also summarize the optoelectronic mechanisms of single-molecule devices,with particular emphasis on the photoisomerization,photoexcitation,and photo-assisted tunneling processes.Finally,we focus the discussion on the opportunities and challenges arising in the single-molecule optoelectronics field and propose further possible breakthroughs. | Peihui Li Yijian Chen Boyu Wang Mengmeng Li Dong Xiang Chuancheng Jia Xuefeng Guo | 2022 | Opto-Electronic Advances2022,5,5: | 2 |
| 2 | Plasmacytoid dendritic cells promote acute kidney injury by producing interferon-α显示文摘Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common clinical complication associated with high mortality in patients.Immune cells and cytokines have recently been described to play essential roles in AKI pathogenesis.Plasmacytoid dendritic cells(pDCs)are a unique DC subset that specializes in type Ⅰ interferon(IFN)production.Here,we showed that pDCs rapidly infiltrated the kidney in response to AKI and contributed to kidney damage by producing IFN-α.Deletion of pDCs using DTR^(BDCA2) transgenic(Tg)mice suppressed cisplatin-induced AKI,accompanied by marked reductions in proinflammatory cytokine production,immune cell infiltration and apoptosis in the kidney.In contrast,adoptive transfer of pDCs during AKI exacerbated kidney damage.We further identified IFN-α as the key factor that mediated the functions of pDCs during AKI,as IFN-α neutralization significantly attenuated kidney injury.Furthermore,IFN-α produced by pDCs directly induced the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells(TECs)in vitro.In addition,our data demonstrated that apoptotic TECs induced the activation of pDCs,which was inhibited in the presence of an apoptosis inhibitor.Furthermore,similar deleterious effects of pDCs were observed in an ischemia reperfusion(IR)-induced AKI model.Clinically,increased expression of IFN-α in kidney biopsies was observed in kidney transplants with AKI.Taken together,the results of our study reveal that pDCs play a detrimental role in AKI via IFN-α. | Bo Deng Yuli Lin Yusheng Chen Shuai Ma Qian Cai Wenji Wang Bingji Li Tingyan Liu Peihui Zhou Rui He Feng Ding | 2021 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,1: | 1 |

| 7 | Technologies of enhancing oil recovery by chemical flooding in Daqing Oilfield, NE China显示文摘By tracking and analyzing the research and practices of chemical flooding carried out in the Daqing Oilfield, NE China since the 1970 s, the chemical flooding theory, technology adaptability and existing problems were systematically summarized, and directions and ideas of development in the future were proposed. In enhanced oil recovery by chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield developed theories related to compatibility between crude oil and surfactant that may form ultra-low interfacial tensions with low-acidity oil, and a series of surfactant products were developed independently. The key technologies for chemical flooding such as injection parameter optimization and numerical simulation were established. The technologies of separation injection, cleansing and anti-scaling, preparation and injection, and produced liquid processing were developed. The matching technologies of production engineering and surface facilities were formed. Through implementation of chemical flooding, the Daqing Oilfield achieved outstanding performances with enhanced recovery rate of 12% in polymer flooding and with enhanced recovery rate of 18% in ASP flooding.
