| 1 | Self-supported high-entropy alloy electrocatalyst for highly efficient H_(2) evolution in acid condition显示文摘Developing non-precious catalysts as Pt substitutes for electrochemical hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with superior stability in acidic electrolyte is of critical importance for large-scale,low-cost hydrogen production from water.Herein,we report a CoCrFeNiAl high-entropy alloy(HEA)electrocatalyst with self-supported structure synthesized by mechanical alloying and spark plasma sintering(SPS)consolidation.The HEA after HF treatment and in situ electrochemical activation for 4000 cycles of cyclic voltammetry(HF-HEAa2)presents favourable activity with overpotential of 73 mV to reach a current density of 10 mA cm^(2) and a Tafel slope of 39.7 mV dec1.The alloy effect of Al/Cr with Co/Fe/Ni at atomic level,high-temperature crystallization,as well as consolidation by SPS endow CoCrFeNiAl HEA with high stability in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution.The superior performance of HF-HEAa2 is related with the presence of metal hydroxides/oxides groups on HEA. | Peiyan Ma Mingming Zhao Long Zhang Heng Wang Junfeng Gu Yuchen Sun Wei Ji Zhengyi Fu | 2020 | Journal of Materiomics2020,6,4: | 8 |
| 2 | Application of a Step-by-Step Fingerprinting Identification Method on a Spilled Oil Accident in the Bohai Sea Area显示文摘In recent years,oil spill accidents occur frequently in the marine area of China.Finding out the spilled oil source is a key step in the relevant investigation.In this paper,a step-by-step fingerprinting identification method was used in a spilled oil accident in the Bohai Sea in 2002.Advanced chemical fingerprinting and data interpretation techniques were used to characterize the chemical composition and determine the possible sources of two spilled oil samples.The original gas chromatography -flame ionization detec-tion (GC-FID) chromatogram of saturated hydrocarbons was compared.The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) chromatograms of aromatic hydrocarbons terpane and sterane,n-alkane and poly-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were analyzed.The correlation analysis on diagnostic ratios was performed with Student’s t-test.It is found that the oil fingerprinting of the spilled oil (designated as sz1) from the polluted sand beach was identical with the suspected oil (designated as ky1) from a nearby crude oil refinery factory.They both showed the fingerprinting character of mixed oil.The oil fingerprinting of the spilled oil (designated as ms1) collected from the port was significantly different from oil ky1 and oil sz1 and was with a lubricating oil fingerprint character.The identification result not only gave support for the spilled oil investigation,but also served as an example for studying spilled oil accidents. | SUN Peiyan GAO Zhenhui CAO Lixin WANG Xinping ZHOU Qing ZHAO Yuhui LI Guangmei | 2011 | Journal of Ocean University of China2011,10,1: | 4 |
| 3 | Bohai crude oil identification by gas chromatogram fingerprinting quantitative analysis coupled with cluster analysis显示文摘By gas chromatogram, six crude oils fingerprinting distributed in four oilfields and four oil platforms were analyzed and the corresponding normal paraffin hydrocarbon (including pristane and phytane) concentration was obtained by the internal standard method. The normal paraffin hydrocarbon distribution patterns of six crude oils were built and compared. The cluster analysis on the normal paraffin hydrocarbon concentration was conducted for classification and some ratios of oils were used for oils comparison. The results indicated: there was a clear difference within different crude oils in different oil fields and a small difference between the crude oils in the same oil platform. | 4 | Pre-moxibustion and moxibustion prevent Alzheimer's disease显示文摘The Alzheimer's disease model in Wistar rats was established by injection of amyloid β-peptide(Aβ1–42) into the hippocampal CA1 region. Rats were treated with suspended moxibustion on Baihui(GV20) and Shenshu(BL23) acupoints. Prior to and post Aβ1–42exposure. Results showed no evidence of apoptosis in hippocampal neurons, a significantly reduced apoptosis rate of neurons and improved learning and memory abilities were observed in the Alzheimer's disease model. In particular, moxibustion prior to Aβ1–42exposure was more effective than moxibustion after Aβ1–42exposure in protecting the neuronal structure and lowering the apoptosis rate. | 10 | Correlation of effective hepatic blood flow with liver pathology in patients with hepatitis B virus显示文摘Background and aims:Effective hepatic blood flow(EHBF)decreases with liver disease progression,and identifying liver pathology is critical for patients with liver disease.This study was designed to elucidate the correlation between EHBF and liver pathology and explore the potential of EHBF for predicting the degree of liver pathology.Methods:In this study,207 patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)who underwent liver biopsy and indocyanine green(ICG)clearance tests were enrolled.EHBF was measured using the ICG clearance test,and liver tissue was histologically analyzed to determine the pathological stage according to the Scheuer scoring system.Demographic data,biochemical indexes,and FibroScan data were collected for statistical analysis.Results:EHBF levels decreased as the liver histological stages of inflammation and fibrosis increased(P<0.01).EHBF was significantly negatively associated with the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase,alkaline phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index,fibrosis index based on the four factors,and liver stiffness measurement(P<0.05).The EHBF levels of patients without liver inflammation(G0)were significantly higher than those of patients with liver inflammation(G1e4)(P<0.001).The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUROC)value for discriminating patients without liver inflammation was 0.827,and the optimal cutoff value was 0.936 L/min.The EHBF levels of patients with severe liver inflammation(G4)were significantly lower than those of patients with G0e3 liver inflammation(P<0.001).The AUROC value for discriminating patients with severe liver inflammation was 0.792,and the optimal cutoff value was 0.552 L/min.The EHBF levels of patients without liver fibrosis(S0)were significantly higher than those of patients with liver fibrosis(S1e4)(P<0.001).The AUROC value for discriminating patients without liver fibrosis was 0.633,and the optimal cutoff value was 1.173 L/min.The EHBF levels of patients with liver cirrhosis(S4)were significantly lower than those of patients with S0e3 liver fibrosis(P<0.001).The AUROC value for discriminating patients with liver cirrhosis(S4)was 0.630,and the optimal cutoff value was 0.562 L/min.Conclusions:EHBF levels and liver pathology are significantly correlated.EHBF could effectively reflect liver inflammation and fibrosis in patients infected with HBV,especially for patients without liver inflammation or liver fibrosis. | Xin Shu Haixia Sun Xiaoan Yang Yifan Jia Peiyan Xu Hong Cao Ka Zhang | 2021 | Liver Research2021,5,4: | 1 |

| 15 | FREPD: A Robust Federated Learning Framework on Variational Autoencoder显示文摘Federated learning is an ideal solution to the limitation of not preser-ving the users’privacy information in edge computing.In federated learning,the cloud aggregates local model updates from the devices to generate a global model.To protect devices’privacy,the cloud is designed to have no visibility into how these updates are generated,making detecting and defending malicious model updates a challenging task.Unlike existing works that struggle to tolerate adversarial attacks,the paper manages to exclude malicious updates from the glo-bal model’s aggregation.This paper focuses on Byzantine attack and backdoor attack in the federated learning setting.We propose a federated learning frame-work,which we call Federated Reconstruction Error Probability Distribution(FREPD).FREPD uses a VAE model to compute updates’reconstruction errors.Updates with higher reconstruction errors than the average reconstruction error are deemed as malicious updates and removed.Meanwhile,we apply the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to choose a proper probability distribution function and tune its parameters to fit the distribution of reconstruction errors from observed benign updates.We then use the distribution function to estimate the probability that an unseen reconstruction error belongs to the benign reconstruction error distribution.Based on the probability,we classify the model updates as benign or malicious.Only benign updates are used to aggregate the global model.FREPD is tested with extensive experiments on independent and identically distributed(IID)and non-IID federated benchmarks,showing a competitive performance over existing aggregation methods under Byzantine attack and backdoor attack. | Zhipin Gu Liangzhong He Peiyan Li Peng Sun Jiangyong Shi Yuexiang Yang | 2021 | Computer Systems Science & Engineering2021,39,12: | 0 |
