| 1 | 印度与欧亚大陆初始碰撞时限、封闭方式和过程显示文摘印度与欧亚大陆初始碰撞是海陆热力对比变化、青藏高原-喜马拉雅造山带形成和亚洲气候转变的起点.本文根据近30年国内外的研究进展,系统总结了大陆初始碰撞的研究历史.对比了十多种初始碰撞研究方法,我们认为周缘前陆盆地的构造-沉积响应对大陆初始碰撞最为敏感,而古地磁学作为独立的证据也是非常好的定量研究方法.关于碰撞过程,与西方传统观点认为55~50Ma碰撞首先发生在西部衔接点,随后向东闭合的模式不同;最新的研究结果表明,印度与欧亚大陆首先于雅鲁藏布江缝合带中部发生正向碰撞,时间为65~63Ma,随后向东西两侧穿时性碰撞.大陆碰撞是一个复杂的造山过程,涉及构造、沉积、变质和岩浆作用等多个方面,不同学科的学者通常喜欢从各自学科的角度来定义碰撞.我们建议使用多学科结合、相互验证的方法,避免以偏概全、以点带面的现象发生,尽量将每个阶段发生的事件真实地还原到碰撞造山演化的时间序列中. | 丁林 Satybaev MAKSATBEK 蔡福龙 王厚起 宋培平 纪伟强 许强 张利云 Qasim MUHAMMAD Baral UPENDRA | 2017 | 中国科学:地球科学2017,47,3: | 61 |
| 2 | Processes of initial collision and suturing between India and Asia显示文摘The initial collision between Indian and Asian continents marked the starting point for transformation of land-sea thermal contrast,uplift of the Tibet-Himalaya orogen,and climate change in Asia.In this paper,we review the published literatures from the past 30 years in order to draw consensus on the processes of initial collision and suturing that took place between the Indian and Asian plates.Following a comparison of the different methods that have been used to constrain the initial timing of collision,we propose that the tectono-sedimentary response in the peripheral foreland basin provides the most sensitive index of this event,and that paleomagnetism presents independent evidence as an alternative,reliable,and quantitative research method.In contrast to previous studies that have suggested collision between India and Asia started in Pakistan between ca.55 Ma and50 Ma and progressively closed eastwards,more recent researches have indicated that this major event first occurred in the center of the Yarlung Tsangpo suture zone(YTSZ) between ca.65 Ma and 63 Ma and then spreading both eastwards and westwards.While continental collision is a complicated process,including the processes of deformation,sedimentation,metamorphism,and magmatism,different researchers have tended to define the nature of this event based on their own understanding,an intuitive bias that has meant that its initial timing has remained controversial for decades.Here,we recommend the use of reconstructions of each geological event within the orogenic evolution sequence as this will allow interpretation of collision timing on the basis of multidisciplinary methods. | DING Lin Satybaev MAKSATBEK CAI FuLong WANG HouQi SONG PeiPing JI WeiQiang XU Qiang ZHANG LiYun Qasim MUHAMMAD Baral UPENDRA | 2017 | Science China Earth Sciences2017,60,4: | 23 |
| 3 | New technologies to investigate the brain-gut axis显示文摘Functional gastrointestinal disorders are commonly encountered in clinical practice, and pain is their commonest presenting symptom. In addition, patients with these disorders often demonstrate a heightened sensitivity to experimental visceral stimulation, termed visceral pain hypersensitivity that is likely to be important in their pathophysiology. Knowledge of how the brain processes sensory information from visceral structures is still in its infancy. However, our understanding has been propelled by technological imaging advances such as functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Positron Emission To-mography, Magnetoencephalography, and Electroen-cephalography (EEG). Numerous human studies have non-invasively demonstrated the complexity involved in functional pain processing, and highlighted a number of subcortical and cortical regions involved. This review will focus on the neurophysiological pathways (primary afferents, spinal and supraspinal transmission), brain- imaging techniques and the influence of endogenous and psychological processes in healthy controls and patients suffering from functional gastrointestinal dis- orders. Special attention will be paid to the newer EEG source analysis techniques. Understanding the pheno- typic differences that determine an individual's response to injurious stimuli could be the key to understanding why some patients develop pain and hyperalgesia in response to inflammation/injury while others do not. | 5 | Functional brain imaging of gastrointestinal sensation in health and disease显示文摘It has since long been known, from everyday experience as well as from animal and human studies, that psychological processes-both affective and cognitive- exert an influence on gastrointestinal sensorimotor function. More specifi cally, a link between psychological factors and visceral hypersensitivity has been suggested, mainly based on research in functional gastrointestinal disorder patients. However, until recently, the exact nature of this putative relationship remained unclear, mainly due to a lack of non-invasive methods to study the (neurobiological) mechanisms underlying this relationship in non-sleeping humans. As functional brain imaging, introduced in visceral sensory neuroscience some 10 years ago, does provide a method for in vivo study of brain-gut interactions, insight into the neurobiological mechanisms underlying visceral sensation in general and the influence of psychological factors more particularly, has rapidly grown. In this article, an overview of brain imaging evidence on gastrointestinal sensation will be given, with special emphasis on the brain mechanisms underlying the interaction between affective & cognitive processes and visceral sensation. First, the reciprocal neural pathways between the brain and the gut (brain- gut axis) will be briefky outlined, including brain imaging evidence in healthy volunteers. Second, functional brain imaging studies assessing the influence of psychological factors on brain processing of visceral sensation in healthy humans will be discussed in more detail. | 7 | Synthesis and Characterization of Nano-hydroxyapatite Powder Using Wet Chemical Precipitation Reaction显示文摘Hydroxyapatite(HA) nano-powder was synthesized via wet chemical technique in a used precipitation reaction,in which Ca(OH)_2 and H_3PO_4 were used as precursors.Deionised water was used as a diluting media for the reaction and ammonia was used to adjust the pH.The synthetic HA nano-powder has some medical applications such as a coating material in orthopaedic implants and in dental.HA powder has been studied at different temperatures from 100 to 800 ℃ to achieve the stoichiometric Ca/P ratio 1.667.The optimum temperature was found to be 600 ℃.Above this temperature,the HA powder decomposed to CaO.The crystallite size of HA powder was found to be in the range of 8.47—24.47 nm.The crystallographic properties were evaluated by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,energy dispersive Xray spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that,high purity of nano-hydroxyapatite powders could be obtained at low temperatures,and the crystallinity,crystallite size and Ca/P ratio of the resulting nanoparticles were found to be dependent on the calcination temperature.When Ca/P ratio exceeded1.75,formation of CaO phase was observed. | Syed Sibte Asghar Abidi Qasim Murtaza | 2014 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,4: | 8 |
| 8 | 筛选和转化药用野生稻TAC克隆获得耐旱水稻显示文摘【目的】利用分子生物学技术建立一种可有效转移药用野生稻有利基因的方法,为进一步大量开展利用药用野生稻有利基因提供技术基础。【方法】以植物抗性相关转录因子AP2/EREBP和bZIP家族基因保守序列为探针,采用同位素α-32P对探针进行标记,通过Southern杂交对药用野生稻TAC文库进行第一轮筛选;所获得阳性克隆用地高辛标记的探针进行第二轮筛选;最后利用PCR方法对第二轮筛选所获得的阳性克隆进行验证。通过农杆菌介导法将阳性克隆转入栽培稻品种日本晴,利用TAC载体插入片段两端的抗性标记Hpt和SacB,通过PCR扩增检测和和Southern杂交对转化植株进行鉴定。采用PEG胁迫法和生理指标变化对转基因T2植株的芽期、苗期耐旱性进行鉴定。【结果】第一轮TAC文库筛选共获得1 073个阳性克隆,其中,以AP2/EREBP的保守序列为探针筛选出606个、bZIP为探针筛选出467个。对这些阳性克隆进行第二轮筛选,从中共获得147个阳性克隆,其中,AP2/EREBP为探针筛选出95个、bZIP为探针筛选出52个。PCR验证有103个阳性克隆能够扩增出目的片段,分别是利用AP2/EREBP设计的引物筛选出63个克隆和bZIP的40个克隆,阳性克隆得率分别为66.32%和76.92%。通过农杆菌转化,以编号为52D-M16和22D-P2(与AP2/EREBP相关)以及55R-A17、49R-O14和8-A24(与bZIP相关)的克隆转化水稻日本晴均获得转化植株,转化试验结果发现外源插入片段越大则克隆转化的成苗率越低。抗性鉴定、PCR和Southern杂交结果均证明外源片段已转入受体水稻品种日本晴中。芽期抗旱性鉴定表明R12-23、R15-41和R1-8 3份材料的耐旱性优于受体日本晴,苗期鉴定显示M63-9和R12-23的耐旱性较强。综合认为,R12-23具有较好的耐旱性。【结论】通过构建药用野生稻TAC文库并结合特异克隆筛选和遗传转化方法,可以进行有利基因的转移,结合进一步的育种,有望实现药用野生稻在育种上的利用。 | 刘蕊 张欢欢 陈志雄 SHAHID Muhammad Qasim 傅雪琳 刘耀光 刘向东 卢永根 | 2014 | 中国农业科学2014,47,8: | 8 |
| 9 | Risk-averse Market Clearing for Coupled Electricity, Natural Gas and District Heating System显示文摘Multiple energy carriers can be coupled as an Integrated Energy System (IES) through interconnection tech- nologies. Unexpected risks will be transferred with the growing coupling of energy systems, mainly stemming from the uncertain- ties in different energy sectors. It is imperative to coordinate the operation of different energy systems to improve energy efficiency and ensure energy security. With the close integration of different energy systems, it is necessary to couple these different energy markets to achieve the holistic energy supply economy. On the other hand, uncertainties in the energy systems will bring the financial risk for the operator of IES. A risk-averse stochastic market clearing model for the IES is proposed to study the operating strategy aiming at minimizing the operation cost. While the financial risk imposed by the wind power uncertainties is restricted to a predefined level. | 10 | Strategies on Sample Size Determination and Qualitative and Quantitative Traits Integration to Construct Core Collection of Rice (Oryza sativa)显示文摘The development of a core collection could enhance the utilization of germplasm collections in crop improvement programs and simplify their management. Selection of an appropriate sampling strategy is an important prerequisite to construct a core collection with appropriate size in order to adequately represent the genetic spectrum and maximally capture the genetic diversity in available crop collections. The present study was initiated to construct nested core collections to determine the appropriate sample size to represent the genetic diversity of rice landrace collection based on 15 quantitative traits and 34 qualitative traits of 2 262 rice accessions. The results showed that 50-225 nested core collections, whose sampling rate was 2.2%-9.9%, were sufficient to maintain the maximum genetic diversity of the initial collections. Of these, 150 accessions (6.6%) could capture the maximal genetic diversity of the initial collection. Three data types, i.e. qualitative traits (QT1), quantitative traits (QT2) and integrated qualitative and quantitative traits (QTT), were compared for their efficiency in constructing core collections based on the weighted pair-group average method combined with stepwise clustering and preferred sampling on adjusted Euclidean distances. Every combining scheme constructed eight rice core collections (225, 200, 175, 150, 125, 100, 75 and 50). The results showed that the QTT data was the best in constructing a core collection as indicated by the genetic diversity of core collections. A core collection constructed only on the information of QT1 could not represent the initial collection effectively. | 14 | PTEN-induced kinase 1-induced dynamin-related protein 1 Ser637 phosphorylation reduces mitochondrial fission and protects against intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury显示文摘BACKGROUND Intestinal ischemia reperfusion(I/R)occurs in various diseases,such as trauma and intestinal transplantation.Excessive reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation and subsequent apoptotic cell death in intestinal epithelia are important causes of I/R injury.PTEN-induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)and phosphorylation of dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1)are critical regulators of ROS and apoptosis.However,the correlation of PINK1 and DRP1 and their function in intestinal I/R injury have not been investigated.Thus,examining the PINK1/DRP1 pathway may help to identify a protective strategy and improve the patient prognosis.AIM To clarify the mechanism of the PINK1/DRP1 pathway in intestinal I/R injury.METHODS Male C57BL/6 mice were used to generate an intestinal I/R model via superior mesenteric artery occlusion followed by reperfusion.Chiu’s score was used to evaluate intestinal mucosa damage.The mitochondrial fission inhibitor mdivi-1 was administered by intraperitoneal injection.Caco-2 cells were incubated in vitro in hypoxia/reoxygenation conditions.Small interfering RNAs and overexpression plasmids were transfected to regulate PINK1 expression.The protein expression levels of PINK1,DRP1,p-DRP1 and cleaved caspase 3 were measured by Western blotting.Cell viability was evaluated using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay and cell apoptosis was analyzed by TUNEL staining.Mitochondrial fission and ROS were tested by MitoTracker and MitoSOX respectively.RESULTS Intestinal I/R and Caco-2 cell hypoxia/reoxygenation decreased the expression of PINK1 and p-DRP1 Ser637.Pretreatment with mdivi-1 inhibited mitochondrial fission,ROS generation,and apoptosis and ameliorated cell injury in intestinal I/R.Upon PINK1 knockdown or overexpression in vitro,we found that p-DRP1 Ser637 expression and DRP1 recruitment to the mitochondria were associated with PINK1.Furthermore,we verified the physical combination of PINK1 and p-DRP1 Ser637.CONCLUSION PINK1 is correlated with mitochondrial fission and apoptosis by regulating DRP1 phosphorylation in intestinal I/R.These results suggest that the PINK1/DRP1 pathway is involved in intestinal I/R injury,and provide a new approach for prevention and treatment. | Wasim Qasim Yang Li Rui-Min Sun Dong-Cheng Feng Zhan-Yu Wang De-Shun Liu Ji-Hong Yao Xiao-Feng Tian | 2020 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2020,26,15: | 4 |

| 16 | Topology Optimization for Manufacturable Configuration Design of Aircraft Tail Rib显示文摘A methodology is implemented to find the optimum reduced weight configuration design of an operating structure of a civil aircraft vertical tail fin. FE (finite element) based topology optimization is executed to find the optimum material distribution of initial design space of rib by maximizing the stiffness. Loads pertinent to the operating and ground conditions are estimated and applied, considering the orientation of structural assembly members and built-in supports offered in the main structure. Manufacturing constraints are incorporated into the optimization loop to generate pragmatic and manufacturable design configuration. The topologically optimized configuration is then converted to CAD viable design through data reduction and smoothing by converting to ISO-surfaces. A methodology is also devised to modify the topological optimized voids and material layout precisely with splines and fillets to construct manufacturable features and avoid stress concentrations. The resulting novel design proposal is then analyzed and validated against stipulated loads, constraints and other design needs. | 18 | Identification of an S5^n allele in Oryza rufipogon Griff. and its effect on embryo sac fertility显示文摘Oryza rufipogon exhibits abundant genetic diversity and contains many elite genes. In this work, a total of 441 accessions of O. rufipogon were genetically examined using the functional marker S5n, revealing that 18 accessions carried the S5n allele with a heterozygous genotype (S5nS5i/j). Of these accessions, 14 were from Guangdong Province, 2 from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 1 from Hainan Province and 1 from Jiangxi Province. Further sequence analysis spanning both sides of the deletion in S5n allele of O. rufipogon confirmed that this allele is identical with that of 02428, a wide-compatibility variety of domesticated rice. The segregation ratio of the 3 genotypes (S5iS5i/S5jS5j:S5nS5i/j:S5nS5n) among 15 self-bred progenies of O. rufipogon significantly deviated from the Mendelian expectation (1:2:1) in that the proportion of plants exhibiting S5n heterozygous and homozygous genotypes was much lower in the progeny. Sequence analysis of full-length S5n alleles indicated that a few base pairs were different between O. rufipogon and O. sativa, and it was presumed that S5n may be an ancient allele.
