| 1 | Types of Enclaves and Their Features and Origins in Intermediate-Acid Intrusive Rocks from the Tongling District, Anhui Province, China显示文摘Enclaves in intermediate-acid plutons from Tongling can be divided into three types: xenoliths, relics and magmatogenic enclaves. The magmatogenic enclaves consist of cumulates, micrograined dioritite mixtite and dioritic chilled border enclaves. Petrologically, relics with eyed and meta-poikilitic texture are characterized by high content of biotite (>80%) and low content of cordierite and grossular. The cumulates with accumulate texture consist of a great amount of pyroxene, hornblende and minor spinel and phlogopite. The micrograined dioritic mixtite is composed of more hornblendes and feldspar and less needle apatites and an ellipsoid basic core included in plagio-clase. The chilled border enclaves have the same mineral association, but more dark minerals than the host rocks consisting of plagioclase, quartz, alkaline feldspar, hornblende and biotite. | 2 | Risk-averse Market Clearing for Coupled Electricity, Natural Gas and District Heating System显示文摘Multiple energy carriers can be coupled as an Integrated Energy System (IES) through interconnection tech- nologies. Unexpected risks will be transferred with the growing coupling of energy systems, mainly stemming from the uncertain- ties in different energy sectors. It is imperative to coordinate the operation of different energy systems to improve energy efficiency and ensure energy security. With the close integration of different energy systems, it is necessary to couple these different energy markets to achieve the holistic energy supply economy. On the other hand, uncertainties in the energy systems will bring the financial risk for the operator of IES. A risk-averse stochastic market clearing model for the IES is proposed to study the operating strategy aiming at minimizing the operation cost. While the financial risk imposed by the wind power uncertainties is restricted to a predefined level. | 4 | Genome Analysis of Dasineura jujubifolia Toursvirus 2,A Novel Ascovirus显示文摘So far,ascoviruses have only been identified from Lepidoptera host insects and their transmission vectors-endoparasitic wasps.Here,we reported the first finding of a complete novel ascovirus genome from a Diptera insect,Dasineura jujubifolia.Initially,sequence fragments with homology to ascoviruses were incidentally identified during metagenomic sequencing of the mitochondria of D.jujubifolia(Cecidomyiidae,Diptera)which is a major pest on Ziziphus jujuba.Then a full circular viral genome was assembled from the metagenomic data,which has an A+T percentage of 74%and contains 142,600 bp with 141 open reading frames(ORFs).Among the 141 ORFs,37 were conserved in all sequenced ascoviruses(core genes)including proteins predicted to participate in DNA replication,gene transcription,protein modification,virus assembly,lipid metabolism and apoptosis.Multi-gene families including those encode for baculovirus repeated open reading frames(BROs),myristylated membrane proteins,RING/U-box E3 ubiquitin ligases,and ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporters were found in the virus genome.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the newly identified virus belongs to genus Toursvirus of Ascoviridae,and is therefore named as Dasineura jujubifolia toursvirus 2(DjTV-2a).The virus becomes the second reported species of the genus after Diadromus pulchellus toursvirus 1(DpTV-1a).The genome arrangement of DjTV-2a is quite different from that of DpTV-1a,suggesting these two viruses separated in an early time of evolution.The results suggest that the ascoviruses may infect a much broader range of hosts than our previous knowledge,and shed lights on the evolution of ascoviruses and particularly on that of the toursviruses. | Jun Wang Minglu Yang Haibing Xiao Guo-Hua Huang Fei Deng Zhihong Hu | 2020 | Virologica Sinica2020,35,2: | 4 |

| 6 | Preparation, stability and pharmacokinetics evaluation of lipid microspheres loading a promising antitumor candidate, Timataxel显示文摘Timataxel(13-(N-Boc-3-i-butylisoserinoyl-4,10-β-diacetoxy-2-α-benzoyloxy-5-β-20-epoxy-1,13-α-dihydroxy-9-oxo-19-norcyclopropa[g]tax-11-ene)), used to be called TM-2, is a novel semi-synthetic promising candidate for cancer treatment. However the preformulation study showed that TM-2 was insoluble and chemically instable in water, which would limit its application. This study aimed at the preparation of Timataxel lipid microspheres(TM-2 LMs)and investigated the difference between TM-2 LMs and TM-2 solution in pharmacokinetics. In this work, the final formulation was as follows: 0.10%(w/v) TM-2;10.00%(w/v) oil phase(long chain triglyceride:media chain triglyceride = 2.50%:7.50%);1.40%(w/v) phospholipid;0.02%(w/v) NaH2 PO4;2.25%(w/v) glycerin and water to a total volume of 100 ml.The particle size distribution, content and entrapment efficacy were 205.0 ± 43.3 nm, 101.00% and 99.12%, respectively. TM-2 LMs were stable during storage at 25 °C for 3 months, even under the condition of 60 °C and 4500 lx for 10 d. Phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) in phospholipid may contribute to the stability of TM-2 LMs. The pharmacokinetic parameters for TM-2 LMs were as follows: AUC(0-∞) 3663.71 μg/l h and the clearance 2.26 l/h/kg. As for solution, these parameters were 1712.52 μg/l h and 4.77 l/h/kg, respectively. The t1/2 of TM-2 LMs was similar to TM-2 solution. The pharmacokinetic results indicated that the AUC of TM-2 LMs was larger, the clearance was smaller than that of TM-2 solution. | 7 | Evaluation of computed tomography obstruction index in guiding therapeutic decisions and monitoring percutanous catheter fragmentation in massive pulmonary embolism显示文摘In the present study, we evaluated computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) in guiding therapeutic decisions and monitoring patients undergoing percutaneous catheter fragmentation in acute massive pulmonary embolism. From Jan 2003 to Dec 2009, 35 patients were diagnosed with acute massive pulmonary embolism by CTPA (T0) and treated with percutaneous catheter fragmentation. The severity was assessed by CT obstruction index (Qanadli index) and compared with Miller index. CTPA, oxygen saturation (SaO 2 ) and pulmonary artery pressure were performed as follow-up index. The mean percentage of Qanadli index was (55±13)% (range, 40%-75%), and Miller index was (62±15)% (range, 45%-85%). Correlations between them were statistically signifi- cant (r = 0.867, P < 0.0001). The Qanadli index showed significant reduction [T0: (55±13)%; T1: (12±10)%; P < 0.001] in 33 patients. Significant correlation was observed between the Qanadli index, SaO 2 (r = 0.934), and pulmonary artery pressure (r = 0.813). The Qanadli index provides an accurate method for distinguishing massive pulmonary embolism from sub-massive pulmonary embolism. | 8 | Effectiveness of flesh-moistening paste in psoriasis vulgaris patients with symptom pattern of blood stasis:a randomized and parallel-controlled trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of flesh-moistening paste for treating psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood stasis pattern in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).METHODS:Eudipleural rashes on both the left and right side of the same patients with psoriasis vulgaris,diagnosed via TCM as blood stasis pattern,were selected as the targeted skin lesions.A randomized,double-blind,parallel-controlled,multicenter controlled trial was conducted.The targeted skin lesions were categorized into either the treatment or control group.The treatment group used the flesh-moistening paste;the control group used a placebo.Both the paste and the placebo were topically applied twice daily for eight weeks.The patients were examined biweekly to evaluate the effects.The two groups were compared in terms of the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)of the targeted skin lesions,which is scored according to erythema,desquamation,infiltration,area,pruritus,and improvement of skin barrier function.Adverse events were recorded during the study period.SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data.RESULTS:Fifty-six patients were enrolled between February 2016 and October 2017.Two were complicated by cardio-cerebrovascular disease and were excluded;thus,54 outpatients were finally enrolled in the study.Four dropped out during the study period:three failed to complete their follow-up visits for unknown reasons,and one exited due to an adverse event.The final trial comprised 50 of the 56 originally selected patients,with a 92.6%completion rate.After 8 weeks of treatment,the targeted skin lesion scores differed significantly(P<0.05).The PASI scores of the targeted skin lesions differed significantly beginning at week 6(P<0.05).The treatment group presented better results than those of the control group.Only one patient had an adverse reaction associated with the treatment.Improvements in skin barrier function differed significantly(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The flesh-moistening paste demonstrated a reliable curative effect and safety for treating psoriasis vulgaris in patients with blood stasis patterns.The topical paste improved the barrier function of the skin lesions. | Guo Xinwei Lang Na Li Guanru Li Ping Qu Jianhua Zhou Dongmei Wang Ping Cang Zhang Deng BingXu Lou Weihai Xu Jingna Lan Haibing Liu Yumin Zhang Weishu Sun Liyun | 2020 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2020,40,6: | 4 |

differences of slip behavior remain uncertain. The
Guanxian-Anxian fault (GAF) characterized by long-term
aseismic creep and the Yingxiu-Beichuan fault (YBF)
slipping by large earthquakes in the Longmen Shan fault
zone (LSFZ) are ideal examples for exploring the above

| 10 | Supersaturation induced by Itraconazole/Soluplus micelles provided high GI absorption in vivo显示文摘To investigate the effect of supersaturation induced by micelle formation during dissolution on the bioavailability of itraconazole(ITZ)/Soluplus~? solid dispersion. Solid dispersions prepared by hot melt extrusion (HME) were compressed into tablets directly with other excipients. Dissolution behavior of ITZ tablets was studied by dissolution testing and the morphology of micelles in dissolution media was studied using transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Drug transferring from stomach into intestine was simulated to obtain a supersaturated drug solution. Bioavailability studies were performed on the ITZ tablets and Sporanox~? in beagle dogs. The morphology of micelles in the dissolution media was observed to be spherical in shape, with an average size smaller than 100 nm. The supersaturated solutions formed by Soluplus~? micelles were stable and no precipitation took place over a period of 180 min. Compared with Sporanox~?, ITZ tablets exhibited a 2.50-fold increase in the AUC (0–96) of ITZ and a 1.95-fold increase in its active metabolite hydroxyitraconazole (OHITZ) in the plasma of beagle dogs. The results obtained provided clear evidence that not only the increase in the dissolution rate in the stomach, but also the supersaturation produced by micelles in the small intestine may be of great assistance in the successful development of poorly water-soluble drugs. The micelles formed by Soluplus~? enwrapped the molecular ITZ inside the core which promoted the amount of free drug in the intestinal cavity and carried ITZ through the aqueous boundary layer(ABL), resulting in high absorption by passive transportation across biological membranes. The uptake of intact micelles through pinocytosis together with the inhibition of P-glycoprotein-mediated drug efflux in intestinal epithelia contributed to the absorption of ITZ in the gastrointestinal tract. | 11 | Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine plus narrow-band medium-wave ultraviolet B radiation on moderate-to-severe psoriasis vulgaris in a case series显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) therapy combined with ultraviolet B light therapy in the treatment of moderate-to-severe psoriasis. METHODS: Patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis (skin lesion area > 10% of the body surface area) for 2 consecutive years were treated with TCM (oral and external use of herbal medicines, acupuncture, and herbal bathing) and narrow-band medium-wave ultraviolet B light treatment for 12 weeks. The treatment effect was evaluated based on the Psoriasis Area Severity Index (PASI), the achievement of a 50% reduction in the PASI (PASI50), the achievement of a 75% reduction in the PASI (PASI75), pruritus score, Dermatology Life Quality Index, and safety. RESULTS: A total of 95 outpatients were enrolled, and 92 subjects (96.8%) completed the 12-week treatment course. At baseline, the average proportion of the body surface area covered by skin lesions was 12.4%, and the average PASI was 17.7. All patients had previously been treated with conventional medicine (89.1% of patients received ultraviolet light treatment, 50.0% received glucocorticoids, and 21.7% received acitretin). After the 12-week treatment course, 22 patients (23.9%) achieved PASI75, and 43 (46.7%) achieved PASI50. The post-treatment pruritus score and Dermatology Life Quality Index of all treated patients were significantly lower than the respective baseline values (P < 0.0001). | 16 | Organic-inorganic hybrid hole transport layers with SnS doping boost the performance of perovskite solar cells显示文摘Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance which currently rival the long-standing silicon solar cells’ efficiency. However, the relatively poor device operational stability of PSCs still limits their future commercialization. Binary sulfide is a category of materials with promising optoelectrical properties, which shows the potential to improve both the efficiency and stability of PSCs.Here we demonstrate that the inorganic tin monosulfide(Sn S) can be an efficient dopant in 2,2’,7,7’-tet rakis(N,N-di-p-methoxy-phenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMe TAD) to form a composite hole transport layer(HTL) for PSCs. Sn S nanoparticles(NPs) synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method exhibit good crystallization and suitable band matching with the perovskites. The introduction of Sn S NPs in Spiro-OMTAD HTLs enhanced charge extraction, reduced trap state density, and shallowed trap state energy level of the devices based on the composite HTLs. Therefore, the resulting solar cells employing Sn S-doped spiro-OMe TAD HTLs delivered an improved stabilized power output efficiency of 21.75% as well as enhanced long-term stability and operational stability.
