1Impact of meteorological factors on the incidence of childhood hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)analyzed by DLNMs-based time series approach显示文摘Background:Hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)has become an emerging infectious disease in China in the last decade.There has been evidence that meteorological factors can influence the HFMD incidence,and understanding the mechanisms can help prevent and control HFMD.Methods:HFMD incidence data and meteorological data in Minhang District,Shanghai were obtained for the period between 2009 and 2015.Distributed lag non-linear models(DLNMs)were utilized to investigate the impact of meteorological factors on HFMD incidence after adjusting for potential confounders of long time trend,weekdays and holidays.Results:There was a non-linear relationship between temperature and HFMD incidence,the RR of 5th percentile compared to the median is 0.836(95%CI:0.671-1.042)and the RR of 95th percentile is 2.225(95%CI:1.774-2.792),and the effect of temperature varied across age groups.HFMD incidence increased with increasing average relative humidity(%)(RR=1.009,95%CI:1.005-1.015)and wind speed(m/s)(RR=1.197,95%CI:1.118-1.282),and with decreasing daily rainfall(mm)(RR=0.992,95%CI:0.987-0.997)and sunshine hours(h)(RR=0.966,95%CI:0.951-0.980).Conclusions:There were significant relationships between meteorological factors and childhood HFMD incidence in Minhang District,Shanghai.This information can help local health agencies develop strategies for the control and prevention of HFMD under specific climatic conditions.Hongchao Qi Yue Chen Dongli Xu Hualin Su Longwen Zhan Zhiyin Xu Ying Huang Qianshan He Yi Hu Henry Lynn Zhijie Zhang 2018Infectious Diseases of Poverty2018,7,1:17
2Impacts of biomass-burning on aerosol properties of a severe haze event over Shanghai显示文摘Anthropogenic aerosols have significant impacts on the environment and human health in the Yangtze River Delta region,one of the most densely populated regions in the world.A biomass-burning plume swept across this area(Shanghai) in May 2009,leading to changes in the physical and optical properties of aerosols,which were investigated using ground-based remote sensing and in situ measurements via comparisons with dust pollution and background conditions.Experiments show that the biomass-burning plume led to an increase in the average aerosol optical depth(AOD) at 500 nm from 0.73 to 1.00(37%higher),an absorption Angstrom exponent(AAE) of 1.48,and an increase in the Angstrom exponent(α) up to 1.53.Furthermore,local dust aerosols derived from road dust and/or construction dust also led to higher values of AOD(2.68) and AAE(2.16),and a daily average value of α of 1.05.For the biomass-burning plume,the aerosol particles exhibited significant variations in short-wavelength spectra.The single scattering albedo at 670 nm decreased remarkably under the influence of the biomass-burning plume,indicating the significant absorptive ability of the biomass-burning pollution and higher ratio of absorption aerosols within the plume.Under the effects of the biomass-burning,the volume concentration of fine-mode aerosols increased significantly and the PM-fine/PM-coarse volume concentration ratio reached 12.33.This relatively large change in fine-mode particles indicates that biomass-burning has a greater impact on fine-mode aerosols than on coarse-mode aerosols.Qianshan He Xiaoyan Zhao Jing Lu Guangqiang Zhou Hequn Yang Wei Gao Wei Yu Tiantao Cheng 2015Particuology2015,13,3:2
3Transport of black carbon aerosols from non-local sources:A case study in Shanghai显示文摘Black carbon(BC) aerosol mass carried by winds of varying directions from non-local sources was estimated based on hourly measured data of BC mass concentration(C_(BC)) and meteorological parameters from January 2008 to December 2012 in Shanghai,and the relationship between annual average C_(BC) and wind speed was analyzed.The results show that the annual average C_(BC) decreased with wind speed for speeds exceeding 0.3 m/s.The relationship between the two was determined by a linear fit with correlation coefficient 0.88.Assuming BC aerosol mass of non-local sources transported by a southeast wind was zero,annual average BC concentrations(μg/m^3) carried by winds of variable direction were 1.99(southwest),1.95(west),1.15(northwest),0.54(south),0.39(north),0.01(northeast),and 0.01(east).BC aerosol mass of non-local sources transported by wind to Shanghai was about 6404.051 per year,among which the total contribution of southwest,west,and northwest winds was nearly 84%.The aerosol mass transported to Shanghai in winter accounted for 35%that of the entire year,and was greater than that of the other seasons.Hongqiang Wang Yanming Kang Qianshan He Yonghang Chen 2015Particuology2015,13,3:2
4Synthesis of Ag@Al_2O_3 Core-shell Structure Nanoparticles and Their Enhancement Effect on Dielectric Properties for Ag@Al_2O_3/Polyimide Nanocomposites显示文摘A novel core-shell structure Ag@Al2O3 nano-particles were synthesized and doped into polyimide as conductive fillers to prepare the composite films with high dielectric properties and low dielectric loss. The morphology and structures of the Ag@Al2O3 nano-particles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and UV-visible spectroscopy. All the results proved that the Ag@Al2O3 nano-particles had a typical core-shell structure, for the Ag particles were coated by Al2O3 shell and the average sizes of Ag@Al2O3 particles were between 30 to 150 nm. The as-prepared Ag@Al2O3 nanoparticles were doped into the polyimide with different mass fractions to fabricate the Ag@Al2O3/PI composite films via in-situ polymerization process. SEM analysis of composite films showed that the Ag@Al2O3 nanoparticles homogeneously dispersed in polyimide matrix with nanoscale. As dielectric materials for electronic packaging systems, the Ag@Al2O3/PI composites exhibited appropriate mechanical properties and enhanced dielectric properties, including greatly enhanced dielectric constant and just a slight increase in dielectric loss. 6SENEX gene promotes cell proliferation by activating RB/E2F pathway in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cells显示文摘The present study aimed to clarify the role of SENEX in malignant cell proliferation in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL).22 DLBCL patients(6 newly diagnosed cases,7 cases at complete remission,and 9 relapsed cases)were included in the study.Our results indicated that both SENEX gene and protein were significantly increased in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and tumor cells of relapsed DLBCL patients,accompanied by overexpression of p21,p16,and phosphorylated retinoblastoma(Rb).Silencing the SENEX gene in a DLBCL cell line caused a significant decrease in cell proliferation and inhibited cell cycle progression in the G1 phase.Phosphorylated Rb and E2F1 were also decreased,and activation of the Rb/E2F1 pathway was obviously suppressed.To conclude,the SENEX gene promotes proliferation in PBMC and tumor cells of DLBCL patients by activating the Rb/E2F1 pathway,in a manner suggesting that increased SENEX expression affects the relapse of DLBCL and may serve as an important target for DLBCL therapy.JIYU WANG YING PAN YANG WAN ZHIXIANG WANYAN ZHITAO WANG QIANSHAN TAO ZHIMIN ZHAI 2021BIOCELL2021,45,4:1

11Research on Non Intrusive Intelligent Monitoring System for Elevator State显示文摘The current elevator status monitoring systems basically realize the monitoring of elevator status by collecting signals from the main board of the elevator.However it is costly and lacks universality,which also requires invasive installation.To address the above problems,a non-invasive intelligent monitoring method is proposed in this paper for elevator operation status.Themethod decomposes the acceleration signal into vertical and horizontal components,estimates the dynamics of the elevator using Kalman filter,performs vibration analysis on the horizontal components,establishes a baseline for normal operation,and automatically calibrates the sensors by combining the operating characteristics of the elevator.The traceless Kalman filter based on fused SLAM was performed to couple the sensor information and track the real-time position of the elevator.The effectiveness and robustness of the method are verified in actual operation,and the problem of elevator position error accumulation is basically solved without installing fiducials.The designed non-intrusive elevator status intelligent monitoring method is low-cost and universal,which is of practical significance for promoting on-demand elevator maintenance.Yao Ma Yu Yang Qianshan Wang Xuepeng Li Zeng Xu Haifang Li 2021国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2021,,2:0
12Accurate Shortwave Radiation Simulation with a Two-Layer Aerosol Model in Xinjiang Region显示文摘To harness the rich solar energy resources in Xinjiang Region of Northwest China,this study tries to address the issue of lack of downward surface shortwave radiation(DSSR)observations and the need to improve the accuracy of satellite retrieval and numerical simulation of DSSR under varied sky and meteorological conditions.(1)A two-layer aerosol model specific to Xinjiang was developed to capture the vertical distributions of aerosols based on multiple data sources including lidar,GPS sounding,ground meteorological observations,and profiles from the ECMWF reanalysis version 5(ERA5)data.The results show that the ERA5/PBLH(planetary boundary layer height)and ERA5/ALH(aerosol layer height)could be used to establish the two-layer aerosol model and characterize the vertical distribution of aerosols in Xinjiang Region.(2)Using the Santa Barbara Discrete Atmospheric Radiative Transfer(SBDART)model,a localized inverse model of clear-sky DSSR was established.After parameter adjustment and using the optimal combination of input parameters for DSSR simulation together with the two-layer aerosol model,the model-simulated DSSR(DSSRSBD)under clear-sky conditions improved significantly compared to the initial results,with all fitting indices greatly improved.(3)In addition,the study demonstrated that the impact of the two-layer aerosol model on DSSR was more pronounced under dust conditions than clear-sky conditions.(4)Using the localized clear-sky DSSR inversion model and its required parameters,simulations were also conducted to capture the spatiotemporal distribution of DSSR under clear-sky conditions in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2019.The annual average DSSR_(SBD)under clear-sky conditions in Xinjiang during 2017–2019 was 606.78 W m^(-2),while DSSR from CERES(DSSR_(CER))under the same conditions was generally higher(703.95 W m^(-2)).(5)It is found that satellite remote sensing products experienced data loss in high-altitude snow areas,where numerical simulation technology could serve as a valuable complement.Guan HUANG Yonghang CHEN Qiong LIU Pengtao WANG Qianshan HE Qing HE Shuai LI Weiling SHAO Ting FAN 2024Journal of Meteorological Research2024,38,1:0
13CD34^(+)CD38^(-)subpopulation without CD123 and CD44 is responsible for LSC and correlated with imbalance of immune cell subsets in AML显示文摘Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is regarded as a stem cell disease.However,no one unique marker is expressed on leukemia stem cells(LSC)but not on leukemic blasts nor normal hematopoietic stem cells(HSC).CD34^(+)CD38^(-)with or without CD123 or CD44 subpopulations are immunophenotypically defined as putative LSC fractions in AML.Nevertheless,markers that can be effectively and simply held responsible for the intrinsical heterogeneity of LSC is still unclear.In the present study,we examined the frequency of three different LSC subtypes(CD34^(+)CD38^(-),CD34^(+)CD38^(-)CD123^(+),CD34^(+)CD38^(-)CD44^(+))in AML at diagnosis.We then validated their prognostic significance on the relevance of spectral features for diagnostic stratification,immune status,induction therapy response,treatment effect maintenance,and long^(-)term survival.In our findings,high proportions of the above three different LSC subtypes were all significantly characterized with low complete remission(CR)rate,high relapse/refractory rate,poor overall survival(OS),frequent FLT3^(-)ITD mutation,the high level of regulatory T cells(Treg)and monocytic myeloid^(-)derived suppressor cells(M^(-)MDSC).However,there was no significant statistical difference in all kinds of other clinical performance among the three different LSC groups.It was demonstrated that CD34^(+)CD38^(-)subpopulation without CD123 and CD44 might be held responsible for LSC and correlated with an imbalance of immune cell subsets in AML.QIANSHAN TAO QING ZHANG HUIPING WANG HAO XIAO MEI ZHOU LINLIN LIU HUI QIN JIYU WANG FURUN AN ZHIMIN ZHAI YI DONG 2022BIOCELL2022,46,1:0
14Decreased CD10-positive granulocytes for the differential diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome显示文摘Myelodysplastic syndromes(MDS)are highly heterogeneous myeloid neoplasms,and a large number of patients are difficult to diagnose and classify by blood and bone marrow examination.As a surface marker of granulocyte,studies have shown CD10 can be used to define the degree of granulocyte maturation in MDS patients.However,whether it can be used for differential diagnosis of MDS and other hematological diseases remains inconclusive.To explore the value of CD10 for differential diagnosis of MDS,60 newly diagnosed MDS,20 aplastic anemia(AA)patients,and 35 iron-deficient anemia(IDA)patients were selected for this study.Bone marrow(BM)specimens were processed for surface marker analysis and labeled with pre-conjugated monoclonal antibodies.Stained cells were detected by flow cytometry.Our results indicated that CD10-positive granulocytes were significantly decreased in BM of MDS patients than AA and IDA patients,and the level of CD10-positive mature granulocytes was not associated with the clinical stages of malignancy.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)areas under the curve(AUC)of CD10-positive granulocytes was 0.86 and 0.85,respectively,in MDS patients than the IDA group and AA group with good specificity and sensitivity.Further,CD10-positive granulocytes were increased after effective treatment.In conclusion,we found the decrease in CD10-positive granulocytes has a differential diagnostic value of MDS.JIYU WANG HUIPING WANG YING PAN QIANSHAN TAO ZHIMIN ZHAI 2020BIOCELL2020,44,4:0
