| 1 | Hierarchically electrospraying a PLGA@chitosan sphere-in-sphere composite microsphere for multi-drug-controlled release显示文摘Sequential administration and controlled release of different drugs are of vital importance for regulating cellular behaviors and tissue regeneration,which usually demands appropriate carriers like microspheres(MS)to control drugs releases.Electrospray has been proven an effective technique to prepare MS with uniform particle size and high drug-loading rate.In this study,we applied electrospray to simply and hierarchically fabricate sphere-in-sphere composite microspheres,with smaller poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)MS(~8-10 lm in diameter)embedded in a larger chitosan MS(~250-300 lm in diameter).The scanning electron microscopy images revealed highly uniform MS that can be accurately controlled by adjusting the nozzle diameter or voltage.Two kinds of model drugs,bovine serum albumin and chlorhexidine acetate,were encapsulated in the microspheres.The fluorescence-labeled rhodamine-fluoresceine isothiocyanate(Rho-FITC)and ultraviolet(UV)spectrophotometry results suggested that loaded drugs got excellent distribution in microspheres,as well as sustained,slow release in vitro.In addition,far-UV circular dichroism and matrixassisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)results indicated original secondary structure and molecular weight of drugs after electrospraying.Generally speaking,our research proposed a modified hierarchically electrospraying technique to prepare sphere-in-sphere composite MS with two different drugs loaded,which could be applied in sequential,multi-modality therapy. | Zhu Liu Weilong Ye Jingchuan Zheng Qindong Wang Guowu Ma Huiying Liu Xiumei Wang | 2020 | Regenerative Biomaterials2020,7,4: | 5 |
| 2 | A Study on Influential User Identification in Online Social Networks显示文摘Influential user evaluation is great importance in many application areas of online social networks.In order to identify influential users in a more adequate and practical way, we propose a Dynamic regional interaction model(DRI) to evaluate user influence in online social networks. Influential users can be identified by the influence effect on different distance users based on dynamic regional interaction model. | 3 | Solution-processed lead-free bulk 0D Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal for indirect gamma-ray spectroscopy application显示文摘Bulk scintillators that are with high density,low cost,and fine pulse-height energy spectral resolution,and are nonhygroscopic and user friendly,are desired for high-energy gamma-ray spectroscopy application.Recently,low-cost solution-processed perovskite nanoscintillators have been demonstrated with outstanding performances for indirect low-energy X-ray detection;however,the stability and thickness are not suitable for high-energy gamma-ray detection.Here,we report scintillation performances of a low-cost solution-processed bulk 0D Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal.The self-trapped exciton emission results in a large Stokes shift (109 nm) that is reabsorption free.A broad X-ray excited emission matches well with the sensitivity of a silicon photodiode.The unique Cs+ surrounded isolated [Cu2I5]3-cluster scintillator provides ultra-stability in air and strong radiation hardness under high-dose gammaray exposure from a 60Co source.This solution-processed Cs3Cu2I5 scintillator is expected with low-cost and has detection performances comparable to commercial alkali-halide scintillator products. | Qiang Xu Juan Wang Qindong Zhang Xiao Ouyang Maheng Ye Weiting Xie Xuewen Yan Deyuan Li Xiaoping Ouyang Xiaobing Tang Xiaodong Zhang | 2021 | Photonics Research2021,9,3: | 3 |

| 5 | Co-digestion of food waste and hydrothermal liquid digestate:Promotion effect of self-generated hydrochars显示文摘Hydrothermal treatment(HTT)can efficiently valorize the digestate after anaerobic digestion.However,the disposal of the HTT liquid is challenging.This paper proposes a method to recover energy through the anaerobic co-digestion of food waste and HTT liquid fraction.The effect of HTT liquid recirculation on anaerobic co-digestion performance was investigated.This study focused on the self-generated hydrochars that remained in the HTT supernatant after centrifugation.The effect of the self-generated hydrochars on the methane(CH_(4))yield and microbial communities were discussed.After adding HTT liquids treated at 140 and 180C,the maximum CH4 production increased to 309.36 and 331.61 mL per g COD,respectively.The HTT liquid exhibited a pH buffering effect and kept a favorable pH for the anaerobic co-digestion.In addition,the self-generated hydrochars with higher carbon content and large oxygen-containing functional groups remained in HTT liquid.They increased the electron transferring rate of the anaerobic co-digestion.The increased relative abundance of Methanosarcina,Syntrophomonadaceae,and Synergistota was observed with adding HTT liquid.The results of the principal component analysis indicate that the electron transferring rate constant had positive correlationships with the relative abundance of Methanosarcina,Syntrophomonadaceae,and Synergistota.This study can provide a good reference for the disposal of the HTT liquid and a novel insight regarding the mechanism for the anaerobic co-digestion. | Mingshuai Shao Chao Zhang Xue Wang Ning Wang Qindong Chen Guangyu Cui Qiyong Xu | 2023 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Sparse asymptotic minimum variance based bearing estimation algorithm for a single vector hydrophone显示文摘For underwater target detection using a single vector hydrophone,sparse asymptotic minimum variance(SAMV)method is used to estimate the target bearing.The SAMV discretizes the entire scanning space and the target bearing is located at the position of the discrete direction.The SAMV algorithm utilizes the sparsity of the spatial signal to improve the estimation performance of the target bearing.Background noise level(BNL)of the bearing estimation of SAMV algorithm is lower than those of the conventional beam forming(CBF)method and minimum variance distortionless response(MVDR)method for different signal noise ratios(SNRs).When the SNR is higher than 0 d B,the direction-finding error of this algorithm is less than 2°.Moreover,the SAMV algorithm has a better dimensional orientation resolution capability.The experimental results show that the SAMV algorithm gives a bearing and time recording map with a lower BNL,which effectively verifies the effectiveness of SAMV algorithm in terms of underwater target detection. | WANG Chao DA Lianglong HAN Mei SUN Qindong WANG Wenlong | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2022,41,1: | 0 |
