| 2 | Research on the width of filling body in gob-side entry retaining with high-water materials显示文摘To determine the filling body's width along the gob-side remained roadway which is underneath the gob,the authors analyzed the interaction mechanism between the roof and the supporting body along the remained roadway, based on the elastic thin plate theory of the stope roof. The stress state and mechanical response of the filling body along the remained roadway were studied. Specifically, firstly, the supporting pressure of the coal pillar which is on one side of the gob-side remained roadway was deduced.Also, an equation that is used to calculate the width of the balance area in the stress limit state was acquired. Then, an equation that is used to calculate the roof cutting force on one side of the supporting body was obtained. By using FLAC3D, the authors investigated the displacement field and stress field response laws of rock masses around the roadway with different filling body's widths. The results show that with the filling body's width increasing, the supporting ability of the filling body increases.Meanwhile, the rock mass displacement around the roadway and the filling body deformation decrease.The better the filling body's supporting effect is, the higher the roof cutting force will be. When the filling body's width is larger than 3.0 m, its internal bearing ability becomes stable and the filling body's deformation became non-apparent. | 3 | Paleoclimatic evolution indicated by major geochemical elements from aeolian sediments on the east of Qinghai Lake显示文摘As the largest inland lake of China, along with its unique landscape and geographical location, Qinghai Lake has got much atten- tion of the scientists for a long time. The precursors have done substantive researches by using the lake sediment, which deepen our understanding of the climate changes in this region. Although sand dunes and loess sediment are widely distributed around the lake, so far the researches on geochemical elements from aeolian sediment have been less reported. In this paper, we selected a typical aeolian profile on the east of Qinghai Lake. Based on systematic sampling and analysis of seven major geochemical elements, combined with OSL dating and previous researches, this paper discusses climate changes in the Qinghai Lake area since 12.5 ka B.P.. Our conclusions are: (1) Before 12.5 ka B.P., the climate in this region was dry, cold, and accompanied by strong wind-sand activities. (2) During 12.5-11.9 ka B.P., the climate became warm and wet. However, there was an abrupt climate cooling event during 12.2-11.9 ka B.P., which likely corresponded to the Younger Dryas event. (3) During 11.9-8.0 ka B.P., the climate fluctuated greatly and frequently from warm to cold, and three cooling events occurred. (4) During 8.0-2.6 ka B.P., the climate was warm and humid. | 10 | Deterioration of Antioxidant Competence in Barley Lesion Mimic Mutant 194显示文摘A barley mutant,194,was observed to exhibit a leaf spot phenotype over the whole course of its growing period.In this study,the phenotype and antioxidant competence were studied in the lesion mimic mutant 194.Plant height was slightly higher in mutant 194 than in the wild type(WT).In addition,leaf spot per plant in mutant 194 was significantly higher than in WT.Antioxidant competence,as indicated by reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation,antioxidant enzyme activity,and the expression of antioxidant enzyme-encoding genes was also assessed in mutant 194.Compared to the WT,mutant 194 displayed a relatively higher accumulation of ROS,accompanied by lower activities of some antioxidant enzymes and downregulation of antioxidant enzyme-encoding genes.This demonstrated reduced antioxidant competence in mutant 194.The results suggested that this lower antioxidant competence of mutant 194 could lead to the accumulation of excessive ROS.This excess of ROS could induce programmed cell death and has the potential to promote disease resistance in mutant 194. | Qunqun Hao Bo Lyu Yuhan Tang Deya Wang Yuanyuan Li Qingliang Li Yuhai Wang Wenqiang Wang | 2019 | Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2019,88,2: | 1 |
