| 1 | Support technology for mine roadways in extreme weakly cemented strata and its application显示文摘For the engineering geology conditions of bad mine roadway roof and floor lithology in extremely weak cemented strata, the best section shape of the roadway is determined from the study of tunnel surrounding rock displacement, plastic zone and stress distribution in rectangular, circle arch and arch wall sections, respectively. Based on the mining depth and thickness of the coal seam, roadway support technology solutions with different buried depth and thickness of coal seam are proposed. Support schemes are amended and optimized in time through monitoring data of the deformation of roadway,roof separation, I-beam bracket, bolt and anchor cable force to ensure the long-term stability and security of the roadway surrounding rock and support structure. | 2 | A new PM_(2.5)-based CADR method to measure air infiltration rate of buildings显示文摘Air infiltration is an important way to exchange indoor air with outdoors.It significantly impacts energy consumption and air quality of buildings.Fine particles(PM_(2.5))in the outdoor atmosphere environment are a potential natural tracer for the measurement of air infiltration rate,especially in the long term field measurement.In this study,a PM_(2.5)-based method,named as CADR(clean air delivery rate)method,is developed to supplement traditional tracer gas method in order to make routine measurement in realistic environments possible and convenient.An air cleaner is installed indoors to reduce indoor PM_(2.5) concentration.Air infiltration is determined by fitting a model to the decreasing concentration data.Comparison with CO_(2) decay method in four different indoor environments gives a normalized mean error of 19%and a correlation coefficient of 0.80 for this method.This justifies the CADR method as a feasible option to measure air infiltration rate.Although subject to several constraints,the proposed method would facilitate field measurement under realistic conditions by being combined with current tracer gas methods. | Cong Liu Siyu Ji Fengjiao Zhou Qingbin Lin Yiqi Chen Xiaoliang Shao | 2021 | Building Simulation2021,14,3: | 1 |

| 7 | Study on the Aromatic Components of Green Plum Wine by HS-SPME-GC-MS显示文摘In order to better blend green plum wine and study aromatic components of green plum wine,a qualitative analysis on aromatic components of soaked base liquor,green plum soaked wine,green plum juice,and fermented wine of green plum juice by Head Space Solid-phase Microextraction( HS-SPME) and Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer( GC-MS) was studied in this paper. Experiment results indicated that14,32,17,and 46 kinds of aromatic components were identified respectively from four samples. Different aromatic components determined the special flavor and taste of green plum wine. Unique aromatic components generated in soaking process include benzaldehyde,1-butanol,2-methyl-,S-(-),benzoic acid ethyl ester,and 5-( hydroxymethyl). Special aromatic components in green plum juice were furfural,phenylethyl alcohol,and benzyl alcohol. The aromatic components in fermented wine of green plum juice mainly included phenylethyl alcohol( 6. 941%,relative content of peak area,same below),1-butanol,3-methyl-( 6. 940%),octanoic acid,ethyl ester( 3. 734%),decanoic acid,ethyl ester( 2. 590%),hexanoic acid,ethyl ester( 2. 479%),ethyl 9-decenoate( 2. 080%),and 5-hydroxymethyl( 1. 756%). | 8 | Modeling of contact temperatures and their influence on the tribological performance of PEEK and PTFE in a dual-pin-ondisk tribometer显示文摘The direct blending of polyether ether ketone(PEEK)with a solid lubricant such as polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)improves its tribological performance,but compromises its outstanding mechanical properties and processability.While these negative effects might be circumvented via the hybrid wear method,the influence of the contact temperature between multiple sliding components acting together is not fully understood.Herein,an analytical temperature model considering the influence of both micro-and macro-thermal behavior is extended to predict the contact temperature of a dual-pin-on-disk hybrid wear system.The interactions between several heat sources are investigated and experimentally verified.The analytical results show that the nominal temperature rise of the shared wear track is determined by the combined effect of the heat generated by both pin components,while the rise in flash temperature at the region in contact with each pin component is dependent upon its individual characteristics and working conditions.Hence,while different temperature peaks can coexist in the shared wear track,the maximum value dominates the performance of the system.For the experimentally investigated PEEK–PTFE–steel hybrid wear system,the formation of tribofilms is blocked,and the hybrid wear system fails,when the peak temperature exceeds the glass transition temperature of both pins due to an increase in applied load. | Zhibin LIN Ting QU Ke ZHANG Qingbin ZHANG Shengdao WANG Guibin WANG Bingzhao GAO Guowei FAN | 2023 | Friction2023,11,4: | 0 |
