2The role of high mobility group box 1(HMGB1)in the pathogenesis of kidney diseases显示文摘High mobility group box 1(HMGB1) is a nuclear protein that can bind to DNA and act as a co-factor for gene transcription. When released into extracellular fluid, it plays a proinflammatory role by acting as a damage-associated molecular pattern molecule(DAMP)(also known as an alarmin) to initiate innate immune responses by activating multiple cell surface receptors such as the receptor for advanced glycation end-products(RAGE) and toll-like receptors(TLRs), TLR2, TLR4 or TLR9. This proinflammatory role is now considered to be important in the pathogenesis of a wide range of kidney diseases whether they result from hemodynamic changes, renal tubular epithelial cell apoptosis, kidney tissue fibrosis or inflammation. 3LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Geochronology of Quartz Porphyry from the Niutougou Gold Deposit in Songxian County,Henan Province显示文摘The Niutougou gold deposit,located in the center of the Xiong'ershan gold district,western Henan Province,is a large gold deposit with many quartz porphyries found in the area.Based on the field geological investigation of quartz porphyry of Niutougou gold deposit and by using the cathodoluminescence(CL) images analysis and in situ LA-ICP-MS U-Pb isotope dating method of zircons,the inner structure,trace element compositions and U-Pb age of the zircons separated from quartz porphyry were analyzed and determined.Cathodoluminescence(CL) images of zircons show clear magmatic zonations.Trace element analyses of zircons reveal that all zircons show high concentrations of Th,U,and HREE,and the REE patterns of depletion in LREE,with a positive Ce anomaly.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating results show that the quartz porphyry in the Niutougou gold deposit was formed at 159.71±0.99 Ma(about 160 Ma),belonging to the product of magmatic activity in late Middle Jurassic.Combined with the geological characteristics of the Niutougou gold deposit,the formation age of the quartz porphyry and the analysis of the formation age of the granite body exposed in the Niutougou gold deposit,the study suggests that the metallogenic epoch of the Niutougou gold deposit may be Yanshanian in age.WANG Zhongliang GONG Qingjie SUN Xiang WU Fafu WANG Weixing 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,2:17

5Development of small/medium size no-till and minimum-till seeders in Asia:A review显示文摘The benefits of conservation agriculture(CA)have been widely recognized and CA has been widely adopted in many parts of the world.However,there are some factors that limit the widespread adoption of CA in Asia.The most prominent factor appears to be the lack of suitable CA seeders for small to medium sized land-holding(SLH)farmers.This paper summarizes the small to medium no-till and minimum-till seeders currently available in Asia,and classifies these seeders into four types:manually operated units,animal traction seeders,two-wheel tractor and four-wheel tractor driven seeders.Detailed characteristics have been provided for some typical CA seeders and comparisons were made as to their suitability under particular working conditions.Typically manual and animal traction seeders are confined to small farms and hilly areas,while the larger CA seeders suited to four-wheel tractors are used on larger acreages.To ensure seeding performance on most four-wheel tractor CA seeders,two types of anti-blocking mechanisms(passive and active anti-blocking)have been fitted.Finally,the paper proposes a future direction and development of CA seeders for small/medium size farms in Asia,and also suggests changes in policy support,improvement of anti-blocking mechanisms,suitability for various crops,geographical zones and the contribution of development by public private partnerships to advance the adoption of CA seeders.He Jin Zhang Zhiqiang Li Hongwen Wang Qingjie 2014International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,4:11
6Calcite Dissolution in Deionized Water from 50℃ to 250℃ at 10 MPa:Rate Equation and Reaction Order显示文摘Carbonate minerals and water (or geofluids) reactions are important for modeling of geochemical processes and have received considerable attention over the past decades.The calcite dissolution rates from 50℃to 250℃at 10 MPa in deionized water with a flow rate varying from 0.2 to 5 mL/min were experimentally measured in a continuous flow column pressure vessel reactor.The dissolution began near the equilibrium with c/c_(eq)>0.3 and finally reached the equilibrium at 100℃-250℃,so the corresponding solubility was also determined as 1.87,2.02,2.02 and 1.88×10^(-4)·mol/L at 100℃,150℃,200℃and 250℃respectively,which was first increasing and then switching to decreasing with temperature and the maximum value might occur between 150℃and 200℃.The experimental dissolution rate not only increased with temperature,but also had a rapid increase between 150℃and 200℃at a constant flow rate of 4 mL/min.The measured dissolution rates can be described using rate equations of R=k(1-c/c_(eq))n or R=kc^(-n).In these equations the reaction order n changed with temperature,which indicates that n was a variable rather than a constant,and the activation energy was 13.4 kJ/mol calculated with R=k(1-c/c_(eq))~n or 18.0 k J/mol with R=kc^(-n),which is a little lower than the surface controlled values.The varied reaction order and lower activation energy indicates that calcite dissolution in this study is a complex interplay of diffusion controlled and surface controlled processes.GONG Qingjie DENG Jun WANG Qingfei YANG Liqiang SHE Min 2008Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2008,82,5:9

10Effects of key design parameters of tine furrow opener on soil seedbed properties显示文摘The structural parameters of tine furrow openers have significant effects on soil property of seed furrow in no-till planting,thereby affecting crop growth and yields.In order to analyze the effects of key parameters of tine furrow openers on soil properties(soil bulk density,soil water-stable aggregates(WSA),and soil disturbance)of the surface soil layer of 0-10 cm and surface straw disturbance,the tine furrow openers with different structural parameters,including cutting edge thickness,cutting edge curve,penetration clearance angle and rake angle,were designed and tested under no-till conditions.Orthogonal test and single factor test were performed to analyze the effects of different parameters.Results showed that the rake angle,cutting edge thickness and cutting edge curve had significant effects on cross-sectional area of furrow(Af)and disturbance of surface straw;the rake angle had a significant effect on soil bulk density.Soil types and operating depth had significant effects on soil disturbance caused by tine furrow openers.The concave type tine furrow opener produced the lowest soil disturbance and soil bulk density of seed furrow,the highest surface straw disturbance and the greatest content of WSA(>0.5 mm).With increasing rake angles of tine furrow opener,the width of seedbed(Wsb)and the Af decreased first and then increased,respectively,while the width of soil throw(Wst)and the height of ridge(Hr)increased.The Wsb and Af created by tine furrow opener with 60°rake angle were significantly lower than that with others,respectively.The tine furrow opener with rake angle ranged from 45°to 60°created the lowest soil bulk density.As the penetration clearance angle increased,the content of WSA(>0.5 mm)decreased,but the effect of penetration clearance angle on the content of WSA(<0.5 mm)was not significant.The cutting edge thickness(<2 mm)had no significant effects on soil properties of seedbed.This study could provide a reference for optimal design of the tine furrow opener to create more suitable seedbed environment,and promote the application of the light no-till planters.Zhang Xiangcai Li Hongwen Du Ruicheng Ma Shaochun He Jin Wang Qingjie Chen Wanzhi Zheng Zhiqi Zhang Zhiqiang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:7
11OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice through the OsMKK4-OsMAPK6-OsWRKY53 signaling pathway显示文摘Grain size and leaf angle are key agronomic traits that determine final yields in rice.However,the underlying molecular mechanisms are not well understood.Here we demonstrate that the Oryza sativa Mitogen Activated Protein Kinase Kinase Kinase OsMKKK70 regulates grain size and leaf angle in rice.Overexpressing OsMKKK70 caused plants to produce longer seeds.The osmkkk62/70 double mutant and the osmkkk55/62/70 triple mutant displayed significantly smaller seeds and a more erect leaf angle compared to the wild type,indicating that OsMKKK70 functions redundantly with its homologs Os MKKK62 and Os MKKK55.Biochemical analysis demonstrated that OsMKKK70 is an active kinase and that OsMKKK70 interacts with Os MKK4 and promotes Os MAPK6 phosphorylation.In addition,the osmkkk62/70 double mutant showed reduced sensitivity to Brassinosteroids(BRs).Finally,overexpressing constitutively active Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 can partially complement the smaller seed size,erect leaf,and BR hyposensitivity of the osmkkk62/70 double mutant.Taken together,these findings suggest that OsMKKK70 might regulate grain size and leaf angle in rice by activating Os MAPK6 and that OsMKKK70,Os MKK4,Os MAPK6,and Os WRKY53 function in a common signaling pathway that controls grain shape and leaf angle.Zhiqi Liu Enyang Mei Xiaojie Tian Mingliang He Jiaqi Tang Min Xu Jiali Liu Lu Song Xiufeng Li Zhenyu Wang Qingjie Guan Qijiang Xu Qingyun Bu 2021Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2021,63,12:6

14Pharmacokinetics and radiation dosimetry of ^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_2 in healthy individuals:A pilot study显示文摘99mTc-3PRGD2 is a new SPECT radiotracer for several tumor imaging with high uptake where integrinαvβ3 is highly expressed.This pilot study was to assess the safety,biodistribution and radiation dosimetry of 9,mTc-3PRGD2 in healthy volunteers.The 10 healthy male volunteers were injected with 99mTc-3PRGD2(786.7±55.8 MBq,19.1-24.2 mCi).Baseline measurements of vital signs,laboratory safety tests and 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded before and after injection.Blood and urine samples were collected and radiation counts were obtained at various time points.Whole-body scans and ROIs of identified organs were used for visual analysis and estimating the radiation dosimetry.No adverse reactions were found during the study.99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited a rapid clearance from the blood with less than 45%of the initial dosage at 10 min after injection and gradual increasing radioactivity in urine with(52.9±6)%of original dose at 1440 min.The whole-body imaging showed high radioactive accumulation in bladder.And the highest 99mTc-3PRGD2 uptake was found in the kidneys(3.50×10-2 mSv/MBq).The 99mTc-3PRGD2 exhibited good pharmacokinetic properties and little radiation burden.This study showed that 99mTc-3PRGD2 would be a safe and attractive SPECT agent in clinic applications.CHENG Guanghui GAO Shi JI Tiefeng MA Qingjie JIA Bing CHEN Zuowei WANG Qing 2012Nuclear Science and Techniques2012,23,6:5
15Design and Experiment of ф-type-knots Knotters on Chinese Small Square Balers显示文摘Since the knotters on the Chinese rectangular balers are imported from outside of the country,Chinese knotters with independent intellectual property rights is far away from being closed.In order to harvest a large quantity of straw in a short period on the small-scale lands of China,basic requirements on the knotters are summarized.Mathematical model of the knotter is also determined uniquely.Furthermore,theф-type-knots knotter equipped on the Chinese square baler to form theфtype knots is designed.Knotting rate experiments of theф-type-knots knotter on the test bench and in the wheat/maize straws covered fields are carried out to check the knotting performances of the knotter.The parameters of the formed knots are also tested.The experiments results show that the knotting rate of theф-type-knots knotter reaches 100.0%on the test bench without straws,while reaches 99.6%in the wheat straws covered field and 100.0%in the maize straws covered field.The average maximum force in the knotting process is 194.7 N in the lab experiment.The length out of the knots formed in lab is 15.9%–20.6%lower than the knots formed in the field experiment.The breaking force of the knots formed in the field is 115.9%–167.2%higher than the knots formed in lab due to the higher preload and interactions with the compacted bales.Highly relevant relationships exist between the breaking force of the formed knots and the maximum force in the forming process of the knots in the lab experiment.The designed knotter breaks out the embarrassing situation of the domestic knotters which don’t have independent intellectual property rights,and promotes the development of Chinese knotter technology,and the mathematical model is helpful for designing new type of knotters.LI Hui HE Jin WANG Qingjie LI Hongwen RASAILY Rabi Gautam CAO Qingchun ZHANG Xiangcai 2014Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2014,27,1:5
16Influences of wide-narrow seeding on soil properties and winter wheat yields under conservation tillage in North China Plain显示文摘In order to promote the winter wheat yield and guarantee seeding quality in double-cropping system,no-tillage or reduced tillage planting modes with different row spacing have been implemented to result in different levels of yield.A three-year(2012-2015)field experiment was conducted on the experimental farm at Zhuozhou of Hebei Province in North China Plain to compare winter wheat yield from the two planting modes:wide-narrow row space planting mode(WN)and uniform row space planting mode(UR)Both planting modes were performed under reduced tillage conditions with straw mulching.The results showed that in North China Plain WN had positive impacts on crop yield,yield components,leaf area index(LAI)and intercepted photosynthetically active radiation(IPAR)index.Comparing with the UR,IPAR and LAI index for WN were enhanced by 4.8%and 5.2%,respectively.The average yield for WN was 7.2%,significantly greater than that of UR under the same quantity and density.In addition,for WN mode,machinery could pass through with less blocking under large amount of straw mulching,which largely improved tillage efficiency and potentially popularized the conservation tillage technology in North China plain.It is therefore recommended that wide-narrow row space planting mode(WN)combined with reduced tillage and straw mulching be more suitable for conservation tillage in double-cropping pattern areas in North China Plain.Hongnan Hu Caiyun Lu Qingjie Wang Hongwen Li Jin He Dijuan Xu Xianliang Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:4
17Design and experiment of anti-vibrating and anti-wrapping rotary components for subsoiler cum rotary tiller显示文摘The commonly used subsoiling cum rotary tiller machine(SRT)in Northern China is a combination of subsoiler and horizontal rotary tiller,however backfilling of the subsoiling slot,excessive vibration and plant residue wrapping on rotary components has been rarely considered.Therefore,the rotary components and assembly were redesigned to address these issues and to an SRT fitted with IT225 short curve rotary blades behind the V-shape subsoiling slots and IIT245 long curve rotary blades between the tines.Long and short blades were fitted on a rotor in a double helix,with optimal spiral angles of 65° and 90°,and phase angle of 147°and 180°,respectively.Compared with the commonly used SRT(CSRT),the additional anti-wrapping cutting blades in the circumferential and axial direction of ASRT could remove hanging residue on the blade holders,wrapping on the rotor and formation of an isolation layer.Moreover,the cutting edge curve of anti-wrapping cutting blades was an exponential curve.Field tests demonstrated that the redesigned SRT with anti-vibrating and anti-wrapping rotary components(ASRT)had was a significant advancement over the CSRT.Moreover,the working depth of rotary tillage was more stable,while other observations confirmed that backfilling of the subsoiling slot was also improved.Kan Zheng Allen D.McHugh Hongwen Li Qingjie Wang Caiyun Lu Hongnan Hu Wenzheng Liu Zhiqiang Zhang Peng Liu Jin He 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,4:4
18Microwave-assisted hydrothermal synthesis of Pt/SnO2 gas sensor for CO detection显示文摘In this paper,the Pt/SnO2 nanostructures were prepared via a facile one-step microwave assisted hydrothermal route.The structure of the introduced Pt/SnO2 and its gas-sensing properties toward CO were investigated.The results from the TEM test reveal that Pt grows on the SnO2 nanostructure,which was not found for bulk in this situ method,constructing Pt/SnO2.The results indicated that the sensor using 3.0 wt%Pt/SnO2 to 100 ppm carbon monoxide performed a superior sensing properties compared to 1.5 wt%and 4.5 wt%Pt/SnO2 at 225℃.The response time of 3.0 wt%sensor is 16 s to 100 ppm CO at225℃.Such enhanced gas sensing performances could be attributed to the chemical and electrical factors.In view of chemical factors,the presence of Pt facilitates the surface reaction,which will improve the gas sensing properties.With respect to the electrical factors,the Pt/SnO2 plays roles in increasing the sensor’s response due to its characteristic configuration.In addition,the one-step in situ microwave assisted process provides a promising and versatile choice for the preparation of gas sensing materials.Qingji Wang Liwen Bao Zongqiang Cao Chaoyang Li Xu Li Fangmeng Liu Peng Sun Geyu Lu 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,8:4
19Performance analysis and test of a maize inter-row self-propelled thermal fogger chassis显示文摘In view of the difficulties in weeding and plant protection in the middle and late period of maize planting,this paper proposed a self-propelled thermal fogger chassis.According to the theoretical calculation and agronomic requirements for maize planting,the structure and working principles of the self-propelled thermal fogger chassis were introduced.On this basis,the multi-body dynamics model of chassis structure was established,and the chassis traction,steering and obstacle surmounting performances were also analyzed.Then the rationality and the feasibility of the design were verified through the furrow running test and test equipped with thermal fogger.Test results showed that,the traction performance improves with the decrease of soil deformation index and increase of cohesion,and when track pre-tensioning force was about 1000 N,the machine had a good traction performance;with the decrease of the soil deformation index and the increase of cohesive force,the stability of the single side brake turn of the chassis becomes better;on the contrary,with the increase of the tightness of the crawler,the steering radius turns smaller and the steering stability becomes worse.Under heavy clay,with the pre-tensioning of 1000 N,the machine has better steering stability and smaller turning radius.The obstacle-surmounting simulation result shows that on sandy soil road,the maximum climbing angle for the chassis is 42°,the height of vertical obstacle crossing is 170 mm and the trench width is 440 mm.The study provides a reference for the design of plant protection machinery in the middle and late stages of maize planting.Liqing Chen Pinpin Wang Peng Zhang Quan Zheng Jin He Qingjie Wang 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5:3
