1Current Status of the Research on Coal Geology in China显示文摘Coal is the main energy in China, which has already played and will continue to play an important role in the national economy. Coal geology, as a practical science, has an access to gradual development with the growth and prosperity of China. From the meaning of the coalfield geology, this paper introduces the research progress and status of coalfield geology, including the research on coal basin, stratigraphy of coal-bearing stratigraphic sequences, coal-forming process, structural geology of coalfields, and exploration and development status of coal resources. The paper specially focuses on coal-forming process, including coal formation in terrestrial facies and transgressive / regression events, and introduces new technology which has been applied to research progress in structural geology of coalfield. 2Temperature-and field angular-dependent helical spin period characterized by magnetic dynamics in a chiral helimagnet MnNb_(3)S_(6)显示文摘The chiral magnets with topological spin textures provide a rare platform to explore topology and magnetism for potential application implementation.Here,we study the magnetic dynamics of several spin configurations on the monoaxial chiral magnetic crystal MnNb_(3)S_(6)via broadband ferromagnetic resonance(FMR)technique at cryogenic temperature.In the high-field forced ferromagnetic state(FFM)regime,the obtained frequency f vs.resonance field H_(res) dispersion curve follows the wellknown Kittel formula for a single FFM,while in the low-field chiral magnetic soliton lattice(CSL)regime,the dependence of H_(res) on magnetic field angle can be well-described by our modified Kittel formula including the mixture of a helical spin segment and the FFM phase.Furthermore,compared with the sophisticated Lorentz micrograph technique,the observed magnetic dynamics corresponding to different spin configurations allow us to obtain temperature-and field-dependent proportion of helical spin texture and helical spin period ratio L(H)/L(0)via our modified Kittel formula.Our results demonstrated that fieldand temperature-dependent nontrivial magnetic structures and corresponding distinct spin dynamics in chiral magnets can be an alternative and efficient approach to uncovering and controlling nontrivial topological magnetic dynamics.Liyuan Li Haotian Li Kaiyuan Zhou Yaoyu Gu Qingwei Fu Lina Chen Lei Zhang Ronghua Liu 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,1:0
3Neotuberostemonine and tuberostemonine ameliorate pulmonary fibrosis through suppressing TGF-β and SDF-1 secreted by macrophages and fibroblasts via the PI3K-dependent AKT and ERKpathways显示文摘Activated fibroblasts and M2-polarized macrophages may contribute to the progression of pulmonary fibrosis by forming a positive feedback loop.This study was aimed to investigate whether fibroblasts and macrophages form this loop by secreting SDF-1 and TGF-β and the impacts of neotuberostemonine(NTS)and tuberostemonine(TS).Mice were intratracheally injected with 3 U·kg^(-1)bleomycin and orally administered with 30 mg·kg^(-1)NTS or TS.Primary pulmonary fibroblasts(PFBs)and MH-S cells(alveolar macrophages)were used in vitro.The animal experiments showed that NTS and TS improved fibrosis related indicators,inhibited fibroblast activation and macrophage M2 polarization,and reduced the levels of TGF-β and SDF-1 in alveolar lavage fluid.Cell experiments showed that TGF-β1 may activated fibroblasts into myofibroblasts secreting SDF-1 by activating the PI3K/AKT/HIF-1αand PI3K/PAK/RAF/ERK/HIF-1αpathways.It was also found for the first time that SDF-1 was able to directly polarize macrophages into M2 phenotype secreting TGF-β through the same pathways as mentioned above.Moreover,the results of the cell coculture confirmed that fibroblasts and macrophages actually developed a feedback loop to promote fibrosis,and the secretion of TGF-β and SDF-1 was crucial for maintaining this loop.NTS and TS may disturb this loop through inhibiting both the PI3K/AKT/HIF-1αand PI3K/PAK/RAF/ERK/HIF-1α pathways to improve pulmonary fibrosis.NTS and TS are stereoisomeric alkaloids with pyrrole[1,2-ajazapine skeleton,and their effect on improving pulmonary fibrosis may be largely attributed to their parent nucleus.Moreover,this study found that inhibition of both the AKT and ERK pathways is essential for maximizing the improvement of pulmonary fibrosis.FU San SONG Xianrui HU Yingying ZHU Qingwei LV Xinmiao TANG Xiaoyan ZHANG Mian 2023Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2023,21,7:0
4N-Acety-L-Cysteine-Stabilized Pt Nanozyme for Colorimetric Assay of Heparin显示文摘N-Acety-L-cysteine(NAC),enriched with multiple electron-rich groups involving-SH,-C=O,and-COOH,exhibits strong affinities to transition metal ions.Herein,NAC was adopted as the stabilizing agent to synthesize a series of peroxidase-like Pt nanoclusters(NCs)with different physicochemical properties.Both the cluster size and the charge state of NAC-Pt NCs are highly dependent upon the molar ratio of[K_(2)PtCl_(4)]/[NAC],contributing to different peroxidase mimicking activities.The most active Pt nanozyme(~1.7 nm),composed of 60%metallic Pt^(0) and 40%positively charged Pt^(2+)respectively,exhibits the K_(m) of 0.132 mM for 3,3′,5,5′-tetramethylbenzidine and 35 mM for H_(2)O_(2).Based on the heparin-activated enzymatic activ-ity of NAC-Pt at pH 6.0,an ultrasensitive test was established for quantitative determination of heparin,giving the linear response of 0.5-20μg/mL as well as the limit of detection of 2×10^(−3)μg/mL.This proposed method is also applicable in biological fluid for practical applications.Such a colorimetric method possesses several advantages involving high sensitiv-ity,short response,eco-friendly synthesis,low consumption of material and energy,free of expensive instrument,as well as simple operation.Xinxue Li Qingwei Huang Wei Li Jinli Zhang Yan Fu 2019Journal of Analysis and Testing2019,3,3:0
