16高纤维低蛋白日粮对育肥猪生产性能、消化率、氮排泄量及氨气排出量的影响显示文摘试验测定了日粮纤维和蛋白质含量及膨润土添加量对体重为80~170kg的育肥猪的生产性能及氮平衡和氨气排放的影响。分别对试验动物饲喂4种不同含量的中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白(g·kg-1):114和120(对照组),193和122(高纤维组),176和98(高纤维低蛋白组),175和99(高纤维低蛋白且加入膨润土组10g·kg-1)。80头猪随机分配到4组中(每组4个重复,每个重复5头猪)。此外,从每个组选出6头猪于代谢笼内单独饲养7d,测定消化道总表观消化率、氮平衡和氨排出量。研究表明,对育肥猪增加日粮中纤维的含量同时减低蛋白的含量可以减少氮的排泄量并且对生产性能不存在任何危害。试验同时表明膨润土对任何研究性状均无显著影响。不同日粮组成对动物的平均日增重、饲粮转化率以及屠宰性能均无显著影响。粗纤维中的内含物降低了消化道总表观消化率中的干物质(P<0.001)、有机物质(P<0.001)、粗蛋白(P=0.026)和能量(P<0.001)。猪饲喂高纤维日粮组的排粪量高于对照组(P=0.015)。与对照组(25.8g·d-1)和高纤维日粮组(23.8g·d-1)相比,低蛋白日粮组(17.8g·d-1)中的尿素氮含量较低(P=0.007)。日粮中粗蛋白每减少10g·kg-1,氮的排出量下降约8.0%。动物排出的粪的pH不受日粮的影响,在最后的检测阶段(14d),与对照组(pH=8.82)相比,低蛋白日粮组(P=0.046)的pH较低。氨气累计排放量不受日粮的影响。在表达氨排泄氮与内源性排泄氮方面,对照组与高纤维组、高纤维低蛋白组与膨润土组差异显著(P=0.048)。Galassi G Colombini S Malagutti L Crovetto GM Rapetti L 2011饲料博览2011,,3:1
