1Equilibrium Phase Constituents and Discontinuous Precipitation Behavior of Al-Zn-Cu Alloy with Symmetrical Composition显示文摘Through microstructure observation and X-ray diffraction analysis, the equilibrium phase constituents of Al-Zn alloythat contains 2 at. pct Cu at room temperature have been determined as Al-based solid solution (α), Zn-based solidsolution and Al4Cu3Zn phase (T′-phase), which are different from α phase, Zn phase and CuZn4 phase originallybelieved. It is determined that the products of discontinuous precipitation transformation below 277℃ are not theequilibrium phase constituents, but the metastable phases made up of α phase, Zn phase and CuZn4 phase. 2Effect of Cu on Discontinuous Precipitation of a Symmetrical AlZn Alloy显示文摘The effect of Cu additions on discontinuous precipitation of AlZn alloy were studied with optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. It is found that the effect of addition of 2 at. pct Cu on cellular nucleation site is not remarkable, while the effect of aging temperature on cellular nucleation site of AlZn and AlZn-2Cu alloys is fairly obvious. The cell growth rate of discontinuous precipitation of AlZn alloy is remarkably accelerated with the addition of 2 at. pct Cu. The discontinuous precipitation microstructure of AlZn alloy is not apparently affected with the addition of 2 at. pct Cu and the cellular front is still fine microstructure of spinodal decomposition. The phase constituents consist of a fcc Al-rich phase, a hcp Zn-rich phase and a CuZn4 phase. 6Effect of Cu on the Spinodal Decomposition of AlZn Alloy with Symmetrical Composition显示文摘The effect of Cu addition on the spinodal decomposition of the Al-Zn alloy with symmetrical compositions has beeninvestigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. It is found that the single fcc phase can be obtained in the AlZn alloywith the addition of 2 at. pct Cu after solution treatment at 400°C and water quenching to room temperature.The modulation structure occurs in two types of alloys aged at room temperature for 30 min. The spinodal processremarkably slows down above or at the three phase equilibrium temperature, particularly at room temperature dueto the addition of 2 at. pct Cu. 9Endovascular therapy in acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusive patients with a large infarct core(ANGEL-ASPECT):protocol of a multicentre randomised trial显示文摘Background The benefit of stroke thrombectomy for large infarct core still lacks robust randomised controlled studies.Aim To demonstrate the design of a clinical trial on endovascular therapy for acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion(LVO)patients with large infarct core volume.Design ANGEL-ASPECT is a multicentre,prospective,randomised,open-label,blinded End-point trial to evaluate whether best medical management(BMM)combined with endovascular therapy improves neurological functional outcomes as compared with BMM alone in acute LVO patients with Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score(ASPECTS)of 3-5 on non-contrast CT or infarct core volume range of 70-100 mL(defined as rCBF<30%on CT perfusion or ADC<620 on MRI)up to 24 hours from symptom onset or last seen well.Study outcomes The primary efficacy outcome is 90(±7)days modified Rankin Scale.Symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage within 48 hours from randomisation is the primary safety outcome.Discussion The ANGEL-ASPECT trial will screen patients with large infarct core(ASPECTS 3-5 or 70-100 mL)through image evaluation criteria within 24 hours and explore the efficacy and safety of endovascular therapy compared with BMM.Xiaochuan Huo Gaoting Ma Xuelei Zhang Yuesong Pan Xu Tong Dapeng Sun Liping Liu Yilong Wang David S Liebeskind Yongjun Wang Vitor Mendes Pereira Zeguang Ren Zhongrong Miao 2023Stroke & Vascular Neurology2023,8,2:0
10Kappa opioid receptor antagonist and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist affect dynorphin-induced spinal cord electrophysiologic impairment显示文摘The latencies of motor-and somatosensory-evoked potentials were prolonged to different degrees, and wave amplitude was obviously decreased, after injection of dynorphin into the rat subarachnoid cavity. The wave amplitude and latencies of motor-and somatosensory-evoked potentials were significantly recovered at 7 and 14 days after combined injection of dynorphin and either the kappa opioid receptor antagonist nor-binaltorphimine or the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonist MK-801. The wave amplitude and latency were similar in rats after combined injection of dynorphin and nor-binaltorphimine or MK-801. These results suggest that intrathecal injection of dynorphin causes damage to spinal cord function. 12A study on the invention and experiments of a new type of blood preservation liquid显示文摘Objective To devise and explore the influence of the new type of blood preservation liquid with add glutamine on preservation of red blood cells and its clinical significance. Methods To collect the venous blood of 10 males,and to distribute the blood specimens to experimental Group A and control Group B,each group corresponding to 1 ~ 10tube. The anticoagulant of Group A is the blood preservation liquid Ⅱ and the alanyl-glutamine injection diluent,the one of group B is the blood preservation liquid Ⅱ,then compare the blood K+-value test results of two groups in 3rd,6th,9th,15th and 21stdays after collection. Results The blood K+-value of 2 groups are higher than the normal in 6th,9th,15thand 21st days. There is significant difference between Group A and Group B( P < 0. 001).
