14瘤胃降解蛋白来源对泌乳奶牛产奶量和瘤胃代谢的影响显示文摘试验采用4×4拉丁方设计,将28头(其中8头安装瘤胃套管)泌乳荷斯坦奶牛,分为7个组,试验期共16周,研究饲喂不同比例瘤胃降解蛋白(RDP)的豆粕和尿素对奶牛产奶量和瘤胃代谢的影响。日粮含(按干物质计)40%玉米青贮、15%苜蓿青贮、28%~30%高水分玉米、不同水平干碎玉米、溶剂和木质素磺酸盐处理的豆粕和尿素。调整豆粕、尿素和干碎玉米的比例使所有日粮都含粗蛋白16.1%和RDP10.5%,尿素含量为0%、1.2%、2.4%和3.7%RDP(按干物质计)。试验结果表明,随着尿素RDP比例的提高,干物质采食量、产奶量、3.5%乳脂校正乳、乳脂量、乳蛋白量、非脂固体以及增重呈线性下降。而乳脂肪、乳蛋白、乳非脂固体含量不受RDP来源的影响。尿素RDP替代豆粕RDP引起几种线性反应:尿液尿素氮排泄增加,乳中尿素氮、血液尿素氮、瘤胃氨氮增加,粪氮排泄下降;总尿氮排泄有增加的趋势。中性洗涤纤维(NDF)消化率线性提高,可能是由于经木质素磺酸盐处理的豆粕NDF-NA消化,进而尿素采食量增加。重瓣胃取样显示,氮来源对测定RDP供应(按DM计平均11.0%)有显著影响。增加来自尿素的RDP比例可引起日粮非氨氮(NAN)和微生物NAN在重瓣胃中流量以及生长效率(微生物NAN/瘤胃中真正消化有机物单位)的线性下降。这些改变与重瓣胃必需氨基酸和非必需氨基酸及总氨基酸呈流量较大的线性下降相一致。试验结果表明,尿素RDP代替豆粕RDP使产奶量和乳成分含量下降,主要是因为瘤胃微生物蛋白群系受到抑制,非蛋白氮提供的RDP不如真蛋白提供的RDP有效。Broderick G A Reynal S M 张树金 2009饲料博览2009,,8:0
