1Histological and biochemical alterations in early-stage lobar ischemia-reperfusion in rat liver显示文摘AIM:To investigate the structural and biochemical changes in the early stage of reperfusion in the rat livers exposed to lobar ischemia-reperfusion (IR).METHODS: The median and left lobes of the liver were subjected to 60 min ischemia followed by 5, 10, 30, 45, 60 and 120 min reperfusion. Blood samples were taken at different time intervals to test enzyme activities and biochemical alterations induced by reperfusion. At the end of each reperfusion period, the animals were killed by euthanasia and tissue samples were taken for histological examination and immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Cell vacuolation, bleb formation and focal hepatitis were the most important changes occur during ischemia. While some changes including bleb formation were removed during reperfusion, other alterations including portal hepatitis, inflammation and the induction of apoptosis were seen during this stage. The occurrence of apoptosis, as demonstrated by apoptotic cells and bodies, was the most important histological change during reperfusion. The severity of apoptosis was dependent on the time of reperfusion, and by increasing the time of reperfusion,the numbers of apoptotic bodies was significantly enhanced. The amounts of lactate dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine and urea were significantly increased in serum obtained from animals exposed to hepatic IR.CONCLUSION: Inflammation and subsequent apoptotic cell death were the most important changes in early-stage hepatic reperfusion injury, and the number of apoptotic bodies increased with time of reperfusion.Hossein Ali Arab Farhang Sasani Mohammad Hossein Rafiee Ahmad Fatemi Abbas Javaheri 2009World Journal of Gastroenterology2009,15,16:16
2Tree-Temperature Monitoring for Frost Protection of Orchards in Semi-Arid Regions Using Sprinkler Irrigation显示文摘Automated over-tree sprinkler irrigation systems were developed and tested in two orchards located in two separate locations in southern Iran(a 0.17 ha peach orchard and a 0.24 ha orange orchard) to protect peach blossoms and orange trees leaves and fruits from low temperature damage.The experiment used a system that monitored the trees and air temperatures using two thermistors.The water application rate by the irrigation system was determined by an energy balance as implemented by the software FROSTPRO.In the peach orchard,the system was tested during three frost events during the spring of 2003 and three other events during the spring of 2004.The system successfully kept peach flowers above the critical temperature,i.e.,-4.0°C in spring 2004(control block -4.12°C,and sprinkled block +0.5°C) during all events.Similar results were obtained in the orange orchard during three frost events in the winter of 2004,during which the tree temperatures were at least 2.5°C above the critical temperature.Results from field tests show that the system can effectively protect the peach blossoms from damage.Determination done after the frost events showed a 12% blossom kill in the sprinkled blocks while in the unsprinkled control block a 41.5% blossom kill.Calculations indicated that when using variable application rates,the amount of water used can be reduced by 54.3%.Spatial distribution of minimum temperatures during the three frosts was also studied in Jahrom,Iran.Results showed a significant temperature control in the experimental block,especially in the central part of the orchard,but the block margins(about 3.6% of the total area) were at the risk of low temperature due to the wind drift effects.Ali Asghar Ghaemi Mohammad Rafie Rafiee Ali Reza Sepaskhah 2009Agricultural Sciences in China2009,8,1:14
3Development of an intelligent system based on ANFIS for predicting wheat grain yield on the basis of energy inputs显示文摘Energy is regarded as one of the most important elements in agricultural sector.During the last decades energy consumption in agriculture has increased,so finding the relationship between energy consumption and crop yields in agricultural production can help to achieve sustainable agriculture.In this study several adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS)models were evaluated to predict wheat grain yield on the basis of energy inputs.Moreover,artificial neural networks(ANNs)were developed and the obtained results were compared with ANFIS models.For the best ANFIS structure gained in this study,R,RMSE and MAPE were calculated as 0.976,0.046 and 0.4,respectively.The developed ANN was a multilayer perceptron(MLP)with eleven neurons in the input layer,two hidden layers with 32 and 10 neurons and one neuron(wheat grain yield)in the output layer.For the best ANN model,R,RMSE and MAPE were computed as 0.92,0.9 and 0.1,respectively.The results illustrated that ANFIS model can predict the yield more precisely than ANN.Benyamin Khoshnevisan Shahin Rafiee Mahmoud Omid Hossein Mousazadeh 2014Information Processing in Agriculture2014,1,1:12
4Extractive oxidative desulfurization of model oil/crude oil using KSF montmorillonite-supported 12-tungstophosphoric acid显示文摘12-Tungstophosphoric acid(PW) supported on KSF montmorillonite, PW/KSF, was used as catalyst for deep oxidative desulfurization(ODS) of mixed thiophenic compounds in model oil and crude oil under mild conditions using hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) as an oxidizing agent. A one-factor-at-a-time method was applied for optimizing the parameters such as temperature, reaction time, amount of catalyst, type of extractant and oxidant-tosulfur compounds(S-compounds) molar ratio. The corresponding products can be easily removed from the model oil by using ethanol as the best extractant. The results showed high catalytic activity of PW/KSF in the oxidative removal of dibenzothiophene(DBT) and mixed thiophenic model oil under atmospheric pressure at 75 ℃ in a biphasic system. 7可磁性回收钴-铁酸盐纳米颗粒负载12-钨磷酸催化剂上硫选择性氧化及模型油氧化脱硫(英文)显示文摘Silica-coated CoFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared and used as a support for the immobilization of 12-tungstophosphoric acid, to produce a new magnetically separable catalyst. This catalyst was characterized using X-ray diffraction, wavelength-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, laser particle size analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometry. The catalyst showed high activity in the selective oxidation of thioethers and thiophenes to the corresponding sulfones under mild conditions. The catalytic activity of the nanocatalyst in the oxidative desulfurization of model oil was investigated. The effect of nitrogen-containing compounds on sulfur removal from the model oil was also evaluated. The catalyst showed high activity in the oxidative desulfurization of diesel. 8源自水稻壳的高比表面纳米二氧化硅负载12-磷钨酸:一种高效纳米催化剂用于几种有机反应(英文)显示文摘Nano silica was prepared from rice husk with high surface area.X-ray diffraction(XRD) pattern showed that the amorphous form of silica was produced.Chemical composition of the nano silica was estimated by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and CHN analysis.The nano silica was used as a support for H3PW12O40.The nano silica and nano silica supported H3PW12O40 were characterized by inductively coupled plasma,XRD,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2 adsorption-desorption,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.TEM images of nano silica as well as the supported catalyst displayed average size of 6 and 7 nm,respectively.The catalyst showed excellent activity in some important organic reactions including Biginelli,Hantzsch,Mannich,and Claisen-Schmidt reactions with good reusability.Catalytic activity of this nano catalyst is an improvement over the commercially available silica that is used to support H3PW12O40.Ezzat RAFIEE Shabnam SHAHEBRAHIMI 2012催化学报2012,33,8:2

11从三聚氰胺制得工业用深度脱硫的绿色纳米催化剂PMoV/Fe3O4/g-C3N4:合成与表征(英文)显示文摘采用简便的化学浸渍法制备了新型磁性可分离的纳米复合物H_5PMo_(10)V_2O_(40)/Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4(PMoV/Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4),并进行了详细的表征,采用电位滴定法测定了催化剂酸性.该PMoV/Fe_3O_4/g-C_3N_4纳米复合物在硫化物选择氧化为砜或亚砜的反应中表现出较高的催化活性;考察了在优化反应条件下,它在含硫(包括二苯并噻吩DBT)模拟油或真实石油的催化氧化反应中的催化性能;特别考察了各种含氮化合物,以及1-环和2-环芳香烃作为共溶剂对DBT脱硫效果的影响.采用外加磁场即可方便地将该催化剂从反应混合物中分离和回收.选取最好的萃取剂,通过简单的倾滤就可很容易地将剩余反应物从产物中分离出来.该纳米催化剂具有高催化活性,且容易重复使用,至少可以重复使用4次而未见催化活性明显下降.Ezzat Rafiee Maryam Khodayari 2017Chinese Journal of Catalysis2017,38,3:2
12Design and analysis of superlens based on complex two-dimensional square lattice photonic crystal显示文摘We theoretically demonstrate the imaging properties of a complex two-dimensional(2D)face-centered square lattice photonic crystal(PC)made from germanium cylinders in air background.The finitedifference time-domain(FDTD)method is employed to calculate the band structure and simulate image construction.The band diagram of the complex structure is significantly compressed.Negative refraction occurs in the second energy band with negative phase velocity at a frequency of 0.228(2πc/a),which is lower than results from previous studies.Lower negative refraction frequency leads to higher image resolution.Numerical results show that the spatial resolution of the system reaches 0.7296λ,which is lower than the incident wavelength.Somayeh Rafiee Dastjerdi Majid Ghanaatshoar Toshiaki Hattori 2013Chinese Optics Letters2013,11,10:2
