| 1 | 极低频率电磁场对小鼠生育能力及着床前期子宫内膜和输卵管上皮细胞高度的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨极低频率电磁场(extremely low-frequency electromagnetic field,ELF-EMF)对小鼠生育力和着床前期子宫与输卵管上皮细胞高度的影响。方法:80只雌性NMRI小鼠随机分为对照组和EMF组。对照组小鼠不接受EMF,EMF组小鼠接受50 Hz、0 .5 mT EMF,每次4 h,每周6次,连续2周。雌小鼠注射孕马血清促性腺激素和人绒毛膜促性腺激素促其排卵,与雄鼠交配。通过观察阴道栓形成确定小鼠妊娠后,冲洗子宫腔获得胚泡,取子宫角和输卵管组织用于光学显微镜检查。结果:EMF组小鼠平均胚泡数比对照组明显减少(P<0 .03)。光学显微镜下观察发现,EMF组小鼠输卵管上皮细胞高度较对照组明显增加,而子宫内膜上皮细胞高度与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:ELF-EMF可能通过减少胚泡数目,增加输卵管上皮细胞高度而损伤雌性小鼠生育能力。 | Farzad RAJAEI Nasim BORHANI Fatemeh SABBAGH-ZIARANI Farhad MASHAYEKHI | 2010 | 中西医结合学报2010，8，1： | 3 |
| 2 | A novel inhibitor of MDM2 oncogene blocks metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma and overcomes chemoresistance显示文摘Overexpression of the MDM2 oncogene and mutations in the p53 tumor suppressor commonly occur in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and are associated with increased mortality due to this disease.Inhibiting MDM2 has been demonstrated to be a valid approach for the treatment of HCC.However,most of the MDM2 inhibitors evaluated to date have been designed to block the MDM2 and p53 binding,and have limited efficacy against tumors with mutant or deficient p53.In the present study,we developed a novel MDM2 inhibitor(termed SP141)that has direct effects on MDM2 and exerts anti-HCC activity independent of the p53 status of the cancer cells.We demonstrate that SP141 inhibits cell growth and prevents cell migration and invasion,independent of p53.Mechanistically,SP141 directly binds the MDM2 protein and promotes MDM2 degradation.The inhibition of MDM2 by SP141 also increases the sensitivity of HCC cells to sorafenib.In addition,in orthotopic and patient-derived xenograft models,SP141 inhibits MDM2 expression and suppresses tumor growth and metastasis,without any host toxicity.Furthermore,the inhibition of MDM2 by SP141 is essential for its anti-HCC activities.These results provide support for the further development of SP141 as a lead candidate for the treatment of HCC. | Wei Wang Bo Hu Jiang-Jiang Qin Jian-Wen Cheng Xin Li Mehrdad Rajaei Jia Fan Xin-Rong Yang Ruiwen Zhang | 2019 | Genes & Diseases2019，6，4： | 2 |
| 3 | 孕期小鼠腹腔注射缬草提取物对胎鼠脑皮质体积及脑组织内锌和铜水平的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:探讨孕期小鼠腹腔注射缬草提取物对胎鼠脑皮质容量及脑组织内锌和铜水平的影响。方法:孕期雌性小鼠于怀孕第7~17天每日腹腔注射生理盐水或1.2 g/kg体质量的缬草提取物,分别作为对照组和实验组。怀孕第20天,处死母鼠并取出胚胎。对胎鼠的脑组织解剖、称取质量并进行形态学观察。根据卡瓦列里原理测量胎鼠脑皮质的体积,并使用原子吸收光谱测试法测量胎鼠脑组织中的锌和铜的水平。结果:孕期小鼠腹腔注射缬草提取物对胎鼠的大脑质量、脑皮质的体积及脑组织中铜的水平没有影响;然而实验组与对照组相比,胎鼠脑组织中锌的水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:虽然孕中期小鼠腹腔注射缬草提取物对胎鼠没有明显影响,只是降低了胎鼠脑组织中锌的水平,但孕期使用缬草仍应引起注意。 | Alireza Mahmoudian Ziba Rajaei Hossein Haghir Shahaboldin Banihashemian Javad Hami | 2012 | 中西医结合学报2012，10，4： | 2 |
