1HPLC法测定桂皮中的cinnamtannin D-1和cinnamtannin B-1显示文摘目的建立HPLC法同时测定桂皮中cinnamtannin D-1和cinnamtannin B-1的含有量。方法桂皮70%乙醇提取液的分析采用Agilent Extend-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 m L/min;检测波长280 nm;柱温25℃。结果 cinnamtannin D-1和cinnamtannin B-1均在0.005~1.0 mg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均加样回收率分别为101.73%和103.96%,RSD分别为2.7%和2.3%。国产桂皮(来源川桂、天竺桂、柴桂、肉桂)与斯里兰卡产桂皮(产地锡兰肉桂)中两者含有量有明显差异。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于桂皮质量的评价。张皓月 吴喜民 王瑞 钱珺 Ranil de Silva 贾琦 李医明 2017中成药2017,39,9:3
2Nutrient resorption from senescing leaves of epiphytes,hemiparasites and their hosts in tropical forests of Sri Lanka显示文摘Aims Epiphytes and hemiparasites do not have direct access to soil nutri-ents.Epiphytes acquire nutrients through symbiosis,foliar leachates and throughfall,whilst hemiparasites have specialized structures(haustoria)to acquire nutrients from their host.Irrespective of the green leaf nutrient concentrations of epiphytes,hemiparasites and their hosts,nutrient-resorption efficiency and proficiency are expected to be the greater in epiphytes than in their hosts and in hemiparasites.These hypotheses were tested.Methods Green and senescing leaves of epiphytes(n=23),hemiparasites(n=9)and their hosts were collected,and leaf area,leaf dry weight,nutrient(nitrogen-N,phosphorus-P,potassium-K,calcium-Ca)and sodium(Na)concentrations were measured,and resorption effi-ciency(%)and proficiency were calculated.Important Findings Concentrations of N,P,K,Ca and Na in green leaves of epiphytes and hemiparasites were either similar or greater than those of their hosts,except for lower green leaf N concentration in hemiparasites.Epiphytes resorbed N,P,K and Na,while their hosts resorbed only N,P and K.Hemiparasites and their hosts resorbed P,K and Na while N was not resorbed.Overall,resorption efficiency was great-est in epiphytes>hemiparasites=hosts,while the resorption pro-ficiencies were similar or greater for epiphytes and hemiparasites compared with their hosts,except for N in hemiparasites.Relatively high nutrient concentrations in epiphytes were associated with greater resorption efficiency.Understanding contrasting nutrient concentrations in epiphytes,hemiparasites and their hosts will be important in recognising their contribution to ecosystem nutrient cycling.Lalith D.B.Suriyagoda Ranil Rajapaksha Gamini Pushpakumara Hans Lambers 2018Journal of Plant Ecology2018,11,6:2
3Spatial and temporal distribution of cyanobacteria in Batticaloa Lagoon显示文摘The necessity to understand the relationship between cyanobacterial species abundance and water quality variations in coastal lagoons is crucial to develop strategies to prevent further cyanobacterial proliferation.This paper evaluates the relationship between water quality variations on the distribution of cyanobacteria during a 12-month period in Batticaloa Lagoon(Sri Lanka) using Redundancy analysis and Pearson correlations.Drastic variations in p H,temperature,salinity,dissolved oxygen(DO) and total phosphorus(TP)levels were reported,but not turbidity and NO3-.This brackish waterbody is hypereutrophic(TP levels > 0.1 mg/L).The cyanobacterial community contained 13 genera and 22 species.NO3-,TP and turbidity levels positively influenced cyanobacterial abundance during all seasons indicating that nutrient(largely phosphorus) and sediment entry control is highly crucial along with periodic monitoring of cyanobacterial growth.Jalaldeen Mohamed Harris Periyathamby Vinobaba Ranil Kavindra Asela Kularatne Champika Ellawala Kankanamge 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:2

18锡兰绿茶中黄酮类成分对缺氧人脑上皮细胞的治疗作用(英文)显示文摘为研究从锡兰绿茶(Dilmah)中提取纯化的黄酮类有效成分对缺氧人脑上皮细胞的治疗作用,体外培养人脑上皮细胞(HBEC),给与锡兰绿茶黄酮提取物治疗后造缺氧模型,检测锡兰绿茶中的黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性及脑细胞的生存情况,探究其对缺氧脑细胞氧化应激的影响。生化检测显示锡兰绿茶提取物的自由基的清除抑制率(ABTS)为68%±2.8%,次氯酸漂白邻苯三酚红抑制率为79%±4.5%。缺氧后,空白对照组细胞生存率为29%±2.3%,而锡兰绿茶黄酮提取物治疗组为41%±4.7%,氯沙坦治疗组为39%±3.1%。同时,黄铜提取物与氯沙坦治疗组LDH释放分别减少75%±3.7%和79%±3.5%。锡兰绿茶的黄酮提取物治疗使细胞抗氧化酶活力显著增强,SOD:(1.5±0.6)μmol/min/mg蛋白,CAT:(0.61±0.06)μmol/min/mg蛋白,GPx:(2.6±0 41)μmol/min/mg蛋白,GST:(6.0±2.4)μmol/min/mg蛋白,显著高于缺氧对照组,其酶活力分别为:(0.5±0.52,51±0.04,1.2±0.35,3.1±1.6)μmol/min/mg蛋白。研究结果表明,锡兰绿茶有很大的临床应用价值。饮用锡兰绿茶可能成为预防中风的有效新方法,并能减少现代疾病对生命的威胁,提高人类生活质量。黄山红 Ranil De Silva 2008Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences2008,17,4:0
