| 1 | 深圳水围柠盟人才公寓显示文摘在深圳,城中村一直都是一个热门的话题,多种观点相互碰撞。在过去的一二十年里,城中村的改造就意味着大规模的拆迁,彻底推倒重建,拆迁改善了生活环境,创造了财富,但导致了城市空间匀质化,同时,造成了一些社会问题,更割断了城市的历史。目前深圳市新出台的政策是通过综合整治,让城中村全面进入柔性改造的通道,鼓励在原来的用地上开展城中村的综合整治。然而新政策出台不久之后,却又发生了原住民反对综合整治,要求城市更新的情况。说明政策的转变对城中村的居民和开发企业都产生了很大的影响,“综合整治”和“拆除重建”的投入产出模型完全不同,两种模式的转变,意味着居民的诉求和企业的战略都应当做出相应的调整,在新形势下共同努力,继续探索。为此,我们选登了通过综合整治获得比较成功的水围村项目,该项目保留了城市的肌理、文脉和集体记忆,同时,也提升了消防、市政配套,及改善了生活设施。并增加空中连廊、电梯,创造出了一个符合现代标准的宜居空间立体的社区。该项目改造后,由政府返租补贴,并以低于市场的价格出租,以确保改造后的房源租金在可负担的范围内。水围村项目为城中村的改造提供了一种可能,并引发了社会各界对城中村改造的再思考,这也反映出有关城中村的争论还在继续,城中村的改造还需要不断的探索…… | Chris Lai Jasmine M.Y.Tsoi Kwan Yee Wong Cindy Yan David Wen Demi Han Zachary Bao Jack Ou Nita Lin Red Liu Ann Hu Morning Dong Ananda de Vos Helene Pohl Arnound Stavenuiter Bert Oostdijk 王晓勇 | 2019 | 世界建筑导报2019，34，1： | 2 |

| 5 | Comparison study of trapped water in human erythrocytes by EPC and DSC method and its application显示文摘The novel differential scanning calorimetry method for determining trapped water volume of human red blood cell during freezing process has been reexamined. Results show that the final erythrocyte volume is 53% of its isotonic volume after freezing to -40℃. An electronic particle counter (MultisizerTM III, Beckman Coulter Inc., USA) was used to measure cell volume changes in response to hypertonic solution. Using this approach, when extracellular solution was 3186 mOsm, the equilibrium cell volume was found to be 57% of its isotonic value. Both results indicate that 34%—40% of intracellular water is trapped and cannot respond to osmotic difference between intra- and extracellular solution. These findings are consistent with the published data: at least 20%—32% of the isotonic cell water volume is retained within RBCs during freezing. | 6 | Comparative Study on 4 EIA Kits for Screening Antibody to Hepatitis C Virus in Pooled Sera显示文摘Four enzyme immunoassay (EIA) test kits, 1 Canadian product and 3 Chinese products,were used in the comparative study. Each pool consisted of 5 sera, and the 5 single sera were tested as controls. The tests were carried out according to the instructions, keeping the same dilution of each serum in single and pool samples. It was found that with the Canadian kit,the positive and negative results of opled sera had no difference from that of the controls (P>0. 10). In the case of Chinese Yali and Kehua kits, the positive results of pooled sera showed no difference from the controls (P >0. 10), but the optical density (OD) of negative opls were increased (P < 0. 01 ), though quite distant from the cut-off values. In the case of Changzheng kit, the OD of opitive opls were significantly lower than those of the controls (P < 0. 05 ), and weak positive samples missed the detection. However this problem could be overcome by blocking the microwells beforehand.
