17日粮补充甘油和卵磷脂对褐壳蛋鸡产蛋量和营养物质消化率的影响显示文摘试验旨在研究日粮补充粗甘油(GLYC)和卵磷脂对23~51周龄褐壳蛋鸡产蛋量、蛋品质和营养成分的全消化道表观存留率(TTAR)的影响。试验采用完全随机和2×3因子设计,两个水平粗甘油(0、70 g·kg-1)和3个水平卵磷脂比率(400,2020and 040 g·kg-1),共分为6个处理。每个处理8个重复,每个重复10只鸡。生产记录按重复每28 d记录和累加一次。对于整个试验,在日粮中补充GLYC阻碍了每kg鸡蛋的饲料转化率(2.071、2.039,P〈0.05),但并没有影响到其他生产或蛋品质等。由卵磷脂代替动物脂肪(400,2020和040 g·kg-1)增加了蛋重(分别为60.1、60.7、61.8 g,P〈0.001)和产蛋总重(分别为56.8、57.5、58.8g·d-1,P〈0.01),改善了由DSM比色卡测得的蛋黄颜色(分别为9.2、9.2、9.5,P〈0.001)和料蛋比(分别为2.072、2.068、2.027,P〈0.05)。而采食量、产蛋量、体增重并没有受到影响。在日粮中加入GLYC并不影响养分保持,但卵磷脂的添加提高了干物质TTAR(P〈0.05)、有机物(P〈0.05)、粗脂肪(P〈0.001)和总能量(P〈0.001)。补充甘油70 g·kg-1饲料阻碍了每kg鸡蛋的饲料转化率,但并没有影响到其他生产性能或消化率特性。卵磷脂替代动物脂肪能提高蛋重,改善蛋黄颜色和营养物质消化率。因此,卵磷脂可以作为蛋鸡日粮的脂肪来源,有利于蛋鸡生产。Mandalawi H A Lázaro R Redón M Herrera J Menoyo D Mateos G G 2015饲料博览2015,0,12:0
