| 1 | Organic Electrofluorescent Materials Using Pyridine-Containing Macrocyclic Compounds显示文摘Novel pyridine-containing macrocyclic compounds,such as 6,12,19,25-tetramethyl-7,11,20,24-dinitrilo-dibenzo [b,m]1,4,12,15-tetra-azacyclodoc osine(TMCD),were synthesized and used as electron transport layer in organic electroluminescent devices.Devices with a structure of glass/indium-tin oxide/arylamine derivative/ tris(quinolinolato)aluminum(Ⅲ)(Alq)/TMCD/LiF/Al exhibited green emission from the Alq layer with external quantum efficiency of 0.84% and luminous efficiency of 1.3 lm/W.The derivatives of TMCD were synthesized and characterized as well.These compounds were also found to be useful as the electron-transporting materials in organic electroluminescent devices. | Tingxi LI Long FU Wenwen YU Renhe HUANG | 2008 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,5: | 1 |
| 2 | Sound speed profile inversion using a horizontal line array in shallow water显示文摘It is better to use a simple configuration to enhance the applicability of ocean environment inversion in shallow water.A matched-field inversion method based on a horizontal line array(HLA)is used to retrieve the variation of sound speed profile.The performance of the inversion method is verified in the South China Sea in June,2010.An HLA laid at bottom was used to receive signals from a bottom-mounted transducer.Inverted mean sound speed profiles from 9-hour long acoustic signals are in good agreement with measurements from two temperature chains at the sites of the source and receiver.The results show that an HLA can be used to monitor the variability of shallow-water sound speed profile. | LI ZhengLin HE Li ZHANG RenHe LI FengHua YU YanXin LIN Peng | 2015 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2015,58,1: | 1 |
| 3 | The effect of drug loading and multiple administration on the protein corona formation and brain delivery property of PEG-PLA nanoparticles显示文摘The presence of protein corona on the surface of nanoparticles modulates their physiological interactions such as cellular association and targeting property.It has been shown that α-mangostin(αM)-loaded poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(l-lactide)(PEG-PLA)nanoparticles(NP-αM)specifically increased low density lipoprotein receptor(LDLR)expression in microglia and improved clearance of amyloid beta(Aβ)after multiple administration.However,how do the nanoparticles cross the blood‒brain barrier and access microglia remain unknown.Here,we studied the brain delivery property of PEG-PLA nanoparticles under different conditions,finding that the nanoparticles exhibited higher brain transport efficiency and microglia uptake efficiency afterαM loading and multiple administration.To reveal the mechanism,we performed proteomic analysis to characterize the composition of protein corona formed under various conditions,finding that both drug loading and multiple dosing affect the composition of protein corona and subsequently influence the cellular uptake of nanoparticles in b.End3 and BV-2 cells.Complement proteins,immunoglobulins,RAB5A and CD36 were found to be enriched in the corona and associated with the process of nanoparticles uptake.Collectively,we bring a mechanistic understanding about the modulator role of protein corona on targeted drug delivery,and provide theoretical basis for engineering brain or microglia-specific targeted delivery system. | Yuyun Tang Jinchao Gao Tao Wang Qian Zhang Antian Wang Meng Huang Renhe Yu Hongzhuan Chen Xiaoling Gao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,4: | 0 |
| 4 | Important role of the ENSO combination mode in the maintenance of the anomalous anticyclone over the western North Pacific in boreal summer显示文摘This study demonstrates the main physical mechanism for the maintenance of the western North Pacific(WNP)anomalous anticyclone(WNPAC)during the El Niño decaying summer by analyzing the respective effects of the cold sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies in the WNP,the warm SST anomalies in the Indian Ocean(IO),and the El Niño and Southern Oscillation(ENSO)combination mode.We find that the WNPAC is usually accompanied by significant cold WNP SST anomalies in the El Niño mature winter and following spring,which almost disappear in the decaying summer and cannot explain the maintenance of the WNPAC in summer.The influence of the IO warm SST anomalies on the WNPAC exhibits conspicuous decadal differences.Before the 2000 s,the IO warm SST anomalies played a role in the WNPAC maintenance through the response of the baroclinic atmospheric Kelvin wave;however,this effect cannot be evidently detected after the 2000 s.This decadal difference may be related to changes in the decaying speed of ENSO events.In contrast to El Niño events before the 2000 s,El Niño events after the 2000 s decay more rapidly,and the associated tropical central-eastern Pacific SST features a La Ni?a-like condition in the El Niño decaying summer.Concomitantly,no significant warm SST anomalies appear over the tropical Indian Ocean,exerting a weak influence on the WNPAC.Relative to the cold WNP SSTanomalies and warm IO SST anomalies,the ENSO combination mode,originating from the nonlinear interaction between ENSO and the annual cycle,has a relatively stable relationship with the WNPAC during the El Niño decaying summer,which exhibits a crucial role in the maintenance of the WNPAC.Considering the persistence of the ENSO combination mode,the WNPAC and associated climate variability during the El Niño decaying summer can be skillfully predicted at least one season in advance based on the ENSO combination mode. | Wenjun ZHANG Zuoli YU Feng JIANG Xin GENG Renhe ZHANG | 2022 | Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,7: | 0 |
