1Recent progress in flexible supporting technology for aerospace thin-walled parts:A review显示文摘Thin-walled parts are widely used in the aerospace industry owing to their light weight and high specific strength.However,due to the low rigidity of thin-walled parts,elastic deformation and chatter easily occur,which seriously affect the machining accuracy and workpiece surface quality.To solve this problem,several supporting technologies have been reported in recent years.This paper reviews the recent research progress of flexible supporting technologies in the aerospace field by classifying them based on different principles and characteristics.The principle,progress,advantages,and limitations of the technologies are expounded by systematic comparison and summarized.Finally,the challenges and future development trends of flexible supporting technology,which will provide guidelines for further research,are discussed.Yan BAO Bin WANG Zengxu HE Renke KANG Jiang GUO 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3:3
2Developmental origins of adult diseases显示文摘The occurrence and mechanisms of developmental adult diseases have gradually attracted attention in recent years.Exposure of gametes and embryos to adverse environments,especially during plastic development,can alter the expression of certain tissue-specific genes,leading to increased susceptibility to certain diseases in adulthood,such as diabetes,cardiovascular disease,neuropsychiatric,and reproductive system diseases,etc.The occurrence of chronic disease in adulthood is partly due to genetic factors,and the remaining risk is partly due to environmental-dependent epigenetic information alteration,including DNA methylation,histone modifications,and noncoding RNAs.Changes in this epigenetic information potentially damage our health,which has also been supported by numerous epidemiological and animal studies in recent years.Environmental factors functionally affect embryo development through epimutation,transmitting diseases to offspring and even later generations.This review mainly elaborated on the concept of developmental origins of adult diseases,and revealed the epigenetic mechanisms underlying these events,discussed the theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.Jiaying Mo Xuanqi Liu Yutong Huang Renke He Yu Zhang Hefeng Huang 2022Medical Review2022,2,5:0
3Stress-Induced Deformation of Thin Copper Substrate in Double-Sided Lapping显示文摘Double-sided lapping is an precision machining method capable of obtaining high-precision surface.However,during the lapping process of thin pure copper substrate,the workpiece will be warped due to the influence of residual stress,including the machining stress and initial residual stress,which will deteriorate the flatness of the workpiece and ultimately affect the performance of components.In this study,finite element method(FEM)was adopted to study the effect of residual stress-related on the deformation of pure copper substrate during double-sided lapping.Considering the initial residual stress of the workpiece,the stress caused by the lapping and their distribution characteristics,a prediction model was proposed for simulating workpiece machining deformation in lapping process by measuring the material removal rate of the upper and lower surfaces of the workpiece under the corresponding parameters.The results showed that the primary cause of the warping deformation of the workpiece in the doublesided lapping is the redistribution of initial residual stress caused by uneven material removal on the both surfaces.The finite element simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.Jiang Guo Zengxu He Bo Pan Bin Wang Qian Bai Jinxing Kong Renke Kang 2023Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2023,36,1:0
