| 1 | Blockchain-Based Secured IPFS-Enable Event Storage Technique With Authentication Protocol in VANET显示文摘In recent decades,intelligent transportation systems(ITS)have improved drivers’safety and have shared information(such as traffic congestion and accidents)in a very efficient way.However,the privacy of vehicles and the security of event information is a major concern.The problem of secure sharing of event information without compromising the trusted third party(TTP)and data storage is the main issue in ITS.Blockchain technologies can resolve this problem.A work has been published on blockchain-based protocol for secure sharing of events and authentication of vehicles.This protocol addresses the issue of the safe storing of event information.However,authentication of vehicles solely depends on the cloud server.As a result,their scheme utilizes the notion of partially decentralized architecture.This paper proposes a novel decentralized architecture for the vehicular ad-hoc network(VANET)without the cloud server.This work also presents a protocol for securing event information and vehicle authentication using the blockchain mechanism.In this protocol,the registered user accesses the event information securely from the interplanetary file system(IPFS).We incorporate the IPFS,along with blockchain,to store the information in a fully distributed manner.The proposed protocol is compared with the state-of-the-art.The comparison provides desirable security at a reasonable cost.The evaluation of the proposed smart contract in terms of cost(GAS)is also discussed. | Sanjeev Kumar Dwivedi Ruhul Amin Satyanarayana Vollala | 2021 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2021,8,12: | 4 |
| 2 | In vitro antioxidant,cytotoxic,thrombolytic activities and phytochemical evaluation of methanol extract of the A.philippense L.leaves显示文摘Objective:To study the leaves of Adiantum philippense L.for their antioxidant,cytotoxicity and thrombolytic activities and to perform phytochemical evaluation.Methods:In-vitro antioxidant activity of extract was studied using DPPH radical scavenging,reducing power,total phenol and total flavonoid content determination assays.The cytotoxic activity was determined using brine shrimp lethality bioassay,thrombolytic activity by clot disruption and phytochemical potential by qualitative analysis.Results:The antioxidant activity of the extracts was found promising.The reducing power of this crude extract increase with the increase of concentration;IC_(50)values of DPPH scavenging activity was(140.00±0.86)μg/mL as compared to ascorbic acid[IC_(50)(130.00±0.76)μg/mL];Total phenol and total flavonoids content were(148.26±0.24)mg/mL and(163.06±0.56)mg/mL respecnvely.In cytotoxicity assay the LC_(50)values of the sample was(106.41±0.78)μg/mL where as for standard vincristin sulphate was(08.50±0.24)μg/mL as a positive control and the extract shows(12.8611.02)%clot lytic whereas standard streptokinase shows(30.86+0.44%clot lytic activity in thrombolytic assay.The phytochemical evaluation indicates the presence of chemical constituents including carbohydrates,alkaloids,saponins,glycosides,flavonoids.Conclusions:This study shows that the methanol extract of leaves of Adiantum philippense L.has bioactivitv but further compound isolation is necessary to confirm the activities of individual compounds. | Mohammad Sekendar Ali Mohammad Ruhul Amin Chowdhury Mohammad Imtiaz Kamal Mohammad Aslam Hossain | 2013 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,6: | 3 |

| 4 | Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in pediatric COVID-19 patients:a meta-analysis显示文摘Background We aimed to systematically review the clinical and laboratory features of patients with the multisystem inflam-matory syndrome in pediatrics diagnosed during the COVID-19 pandemic.Data sources A literature search in Web of Science,PubMed,Scopus,and Science Direct was made up to June 29,2020.Results Analysis of 15 articles(318 COVID-19 patients)revealed that although many patients presented with the typical multisystem inflammatory syndrome in pediatrics,Kawasaki-like features as fever(82.4%),polymorphous maculopapular exanthema(63.7%),oral mucosal changes(58.1%),conjunctival injections(56.0%),edematous extremities(40.7%),and cervical lymphadenopathy(28.5%),atypical gastrointestinal(79.4%)and neurocognitive symptoms(31.8%)were also com-mon.They had elevated serum lactic acid dehydrogenase,D-dimer,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin,interleukin-6,troponin I levels,and lymphopenia.Nearly 77.0%developed hypotension,and 68.1%went into shock,while 41.1%had acute kidney injury.Intensive care was needed in 73.7%of cases;13.2%were intubated,and 37.9%required mechanical ventilation.Intravenous immunoglobulins and steroids were given in 87.7%and 56.9%of the patients,respectively,and anticoagulants were utilized in 67.0%.Pediatric patients were discharged after a hospital stay of 6.77 days on average(95%CI 4.93-8.6).Conclusions Recognizing the typical and atypical presentation of the multisystem inflammatory syndrome in pediatric COVID-19 patients has important implications in identifying children at risk.Monitoring cardiac and renal decompensation and early interventions in patients with multisystem inflammatory syndrome is critical to prevent further morbidity. | Eman A.Toraih Mohammad H.Hussein Rami M.Elshazli Adam Kline Ruhul Munshi Nasrin Sultana Sharven Taghavi Mary Killackey Juan Duchesne Manal S.Fawzy Emad Kandil | 2021 | World Journal of Pediatrics2021,17,2: | 2 |
