1Mapping of wheat stripe rust resistance gene Yr041133 by BSR-Seq analysis显示文摘Puccinia striiformis Westend. f. sp. tritici(Pst) pathotype CYR34 is widely virulent and prevalent in China.Here, we report identification of a strpie rust resistance(Yr) gene, designated Yr041133, in winter wheat line 041133. This line produced a hypersensitive reaction to CYR34 and conferred resistance to 13 other pathotypes. Resistance to CYR34 in line 041133 was controlled by a single dominant gene. Bulked segregant RNA sequencing(BSR-Seq) was performed on a pair of RNA bulks generated by pooling resistant and susceptible recombinant inbred lines. Yr041133 was mapped to a 1.7 c M genetic interval on the chromosome arm 7 BL that corresponded to a 0.8 Mb physical interval(608.9–609.7 Mb) in the Chinese Spring reference genome. 3Operating conditions combination analysis method of optimal water management state for PEM fuel cell显示文摘The water content of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)affects the transport of reactants and the conductivity of the membrane.Effective water management measures can improve the performance and extend the lifespan of the fuel cell.The water management state of the stack is influenced by various external operating conditions,and optimizing the combination of these conditions can improve the water management state within the stack.Considering that the stack's internal resistance can reflect its water management state,this study first establishes an internal resistance-operating condition model that considers the coupling effect of temperature and humidity to determine the variation trend of total resistance and stack humidity with single-factor operating conditions.Subsequently,the water management state optimization method based on the ANN-HGPSO algorithm is proposed,which not only quantitatively evaluates the influence weights of different operating conditions on the stack's internal resistance but also efficiently and accurately obtains the optimal combination of five operating conditions:working temperature,anode gas pressure,cathode gas pressure,anode gas humidity,and cathode gas humidity to achieve the optimal water management state in the stack,within the entire range of current densities.Finally,the response surface experimental results of the stack also validate the effectiveness and accuracy of the ANN-HGPSO algorithm.The method mentioned in this article can provide effective strategies for efficient water management and output performance optimization control of PEMFC stacks.Wenxin Wan Yang Yang Yang Li Changjun Xie Jie Song Zhanfeng Deng Jinting Tan Ruiming Zhang 2023Green Energy and Intelligent Transportation2023,2,4:0
4Output feedback stabilization of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with stochastic inverse dynamics and output-constraint显示文摘In this paper,we solve the output feedback control problem of stochastic high-order planar nonlinear systems with output constraint and stochastic integral input-to-state stability(SiISS)inverse dynamics.By employing a key coordinate transformation,a stochastic nonlinear system with output constraint and SiISS inverse dynamics is converted into an unconstrained system.By skillfully constructing an observer and adopting SiISS small-gain conditions,we develop a new output feedback control design and analysis method,and prove that all the closed-system signals are bounded almost surely,the output constraint is not violated almost surely,and the equilibrium point of the closed-loop system is stochastically asymptotically stable.Ruiming XIE Shengyuan XU 2024Science China(Information Sciences)2024,67,3:0
5Fixed-time stabilization of output-constrained stochastic high-order nonlinear systems显示文摘In this study,the fixed-time stabilization problem of stochastic high-order nonlinear systems with output constraint and high-order and low-order nonlinearities is addressed.A new coordinate transformation is employed to directly convert output-constrained stochastic systems into an equivalent unconstrained form.By fully extracting the characteristics of system nonlinearities and using the stochastic fixed-time stability theorem,a new design and analysis method is constructed to guarantee that the trivial solution of the closed-loop system is stochastically fixed-time stable while fulfilling the output constraint.Ruiming XIE Shengyuan XU 2024Science China(Information Sciences)2024,67,4:0
