1Sentiment analysis using deep learning approaches:an overview显示文摘Nowadays,with the increasing number of Web 2.0 tools,users generate huge amounts of data in an enormous and dynamic way.In this regard,the sentiment analysis appeared to be an important tool that allows the automation of getting insight from the user-generated data.Recently,deep learning approaches have been proposed for different sentiment analysis tasks and have achieved state-of-the-art results.Therefore,in order to help researchers to depict quickly the current progress as well as current issues to be addressed,in this paper,we review deep learning approaches that have been applied to various sentiment analysis tasks and their trends of development.This study also provides the performance analysis of different deep learning models on a particular dataset at the end of each sentiment analysis task.Toward the end,the review highlights current issues and hypothesized solutions to be taken into account in future work.Moreover,based on knowledge learned from previous studies,the future work subsection shows the suggestions that can be incorporated into new deep learning models to yield better performance.Suggestions include the use of bidirectional encoder representations from transformers(BERT),sentiment-specific word embedding models,cognition-based attention models,common sense knowledge,reinforcement learning,and generative adversarial networks.Olivier HABIMANA Yuhua LI Ruixuan LI Xiwu GU Ge YU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,1:7

3Highly reconfigurable silicon integrated microwave photonic filter towards next-generation wireless communication显示文摘Integrated microwave photonic filters(IMPFs)are capable of offering unparalleled performances in terms of superb spectral fineness,broadband,and more importantly,the reconfigurability,which encounter the trend of the next-generation wireless communication.However,to achieve high reconfigurability,previous works should adopt complicated system structures and modulation formats,which put great pressure on power consumption and controlment,and,therefore,impede the massive deployment of IMPF.Here,we propose a streamlined architecture for a wideband and highly reconfigurable IMPF on the silicon photonics platform.For various practical filter responses,to avoid complex auxiliary devices and bias drift problems,a phase-modulated flexible sideband cancellation method is employed based on the intensity-consistent single-stage-adjustable cascadedmicroring(ICSSA-CM).The IMPF exhibits an operation band extending to millimeter-wave(≥30 GHz),and other extraordinary performances including high spectral resolution of 220 MHz and large rejection ratio of 60 d B are obtained.Moreover,Gb/s-level RF wireless communications are demonstrated for the first time towards real-world scenarios.The proposed IMPF provides broadband flexible spectrum control capabilities,showing great potential in the next-generation wireless communication.ZIHAN TAO YUANSHENG TAO MING JIN JUN QIN RUIXUAN CHEN BITAO SHEN YICHEN WU HAOWEN SHU SHAOHUA YU XINGJUN WANG 2023Photonics Research2023,11,5:0
4Tailoring electron vortex beams with customizable intensity patterns by electron diffraction holography显示文摘An electron vortex beam(EVB)carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)plays a key role in a series of fundamental sci-entific researches,such as chiral energy-loss spectroscopy and magnetic dichroism spectroscopy.So far,almost all the experimentally created EVBs manifest isotropic doughnut intensity patterns.Here,based on the correlation between loc-al divergence angle of electron beam and phase gradient along azimuthal direction,we show that free electrons can be tailored to EVBs with customizable intensity patterns independent of the carried OAM.As proof-of-concept,by using computer generated hologram and designing phase masks to shape the incident free electrons in the transmission elec-tron microscope,three structured EVBs carrying identical OAM are tailored to exhibit completely different intensity pat-terns.Furthermore,through the modal decomposition,we quantitatively investigate their OAM spectral distributions and reveal that structured EVBs present a superposition of a series of different eigenstates induced by the locally varied geo-metries.These results not only generalize the concept of EVB,but also demonstrate an extra highly controllable degree of freedom for electron beam manipulation in addition to OAM.Pengcheng Huo Ruixuan Yu Mingze Liu Hui Zhang Yan-qing Lu Ting Xu 2024Opto-Electronic Advances2024,7,2:0
5Submilliwatt, widely tunable coherent microcomb generation with feedback-free operation显示文摘Microcombs are revolutionizing optoelectronics by providing parallel, mutually coherent wavelengthchannels for time-frequency metrology and information processing. To implement this essential function inintegrated photonic systems, it is desirable to drive microcombs directly with an on-chip laser in a simpleand flexible way. However, two major difficulties have prevented this goal: (1) generating mode-lockedcomb states usually requires a significant amount of pump power and (2) the requirement to align laser andresonator frequency significantly complicates operation and limits the tunability of the comb lines. Here, weaddress these problems by using microresonators on an AlGaAs on-insulator platform to generate dark-pulsemicrocombs. This highly nonlinear platform dramatically relaxes fabrication requirements and leads to arecord-low pump power of <1 mW for coherent comb generation. Dark-pulse microcombs facilitated bythermally controlled avoided mode crossings are accessed by direct distributed feedback laser pumping.Without any feedback or control circuitries, the comb shows good coherence and stability. With around150 mW on-chip power, this approach also leads to an unprecedentedly wide tuning range of over one freespectral range (97.5 GHz). 6Engineered polymer nanoparticles incorporating L-amino acid groups as affinity reagents for fibrinogen显示文摘Synthetic polymer hydrogel nanoparticles(NPs)were developed to function as abiotic affinity reagents for fibrinogen.These NPs were made using both temperature-sensitive N-isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAm)and L-amino acid monomers.Five kinds of L-amino acids were acryloylated to obtain functional monomers:L-phenylalanine(Phe)and L-leucine(Leu)with hydrophobic side chains,L-glutamic acid(Glu)with negative charges,and L-lysine(Lys)and L-arginine(Arg)with positive charges.After incubating the NPs with fibrinogen,g-globulin,and human serum albumin(HSA)respectively,the NPs that incorporated Nacryloyl-Arg monomers(AArg@NPs)showed the strongest and most specific binding affinity to fibrinogen,when compared with g-globulin and HSA.Additionally,the fibrinogen-AArg binding model had the best docking scores,and this may be due to the interaction of positively charged AArg@NPs and the negatively charged fibrinogen D domain and the hydrophobic interaction between them.The specific adsorption of AArg@NPs to fibrinogen was also confirmed by the immunoprecipitation assay,as the AArg@NPs selectively trapped the fibrinogen from a human plasma protein mixture.AArg@NPs had a strong selectivity for,and specificity to,fibrinogen and may be developed as a potential human fibrinogen-specific affinity reagent.Yongyan Zhu Ruixuan Liu Dengyu Wu Qianqian Yu Kenneth J.Shea Quanhong Zhu 2021Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,5:0
7Centralized Role-Based Access Control for Federated Multi-Domain Environments显示文摘The secure interaction among multiple security domains is a major concern. In this paper, we highlight the issues of secure interoperability among multiple security domains operating under the widely accepted Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model. We propose a model called CRBAC that easily establishes a global policy for roles mapping among multiple security domains. Our model is based on an extension of the RBAC model. Also, multiple security domains were composed to one abstract security domain. Also roles in the multiple domains are translated to permissions of roles in the abstract security domain. These permissions keep theirs hierarchies. The roles in the abstract security domain implement roles mapping among the multiple security domains.
