| 1 | National Cancer Data Linkage Platform of China:Design,Methods,and Application显示文摘Background:The National Cancer Center(NCC)and China CDC cooperatively designed a National Cancer Data Linkage(NCDL)Platform to fulfill the task of sharing cancer outcome data through an automatic web-based system.Methods:NCC and China CDC established a web-based NCDL Platform to link death information from China CDC with the cancer database from NCC.Overall,76,708 cancer patients’data were analyzed to assess the feasibility and match rate of the NCDL Platform for 7 major cancers.Results:The function of the platform includes a data application and approval system,data linkage module,and results visualization system.Through the platform,38.9%cases were identified as deaths cases from the NCDL Platform in the first 3 years after cancer diagnosis.The linkage rate was highest in liver cancer and lowest in breast cancer.Conclusions:The NCDL Platform provides a powerful and efficient way to link national vital statistics with national cancer programs’data.Expanding cancer outcome data linkage may not only improve data collection efficiency,but also improve data use. | Hongmei Zeng Yunning Liu Lijun Wang Peng Yin Baohua Wang Ruiying Fu Xianhui Ran Rongshou Zheng Siwei Zhang Jiangmei Liu Jinling You Kexin Sun Shaoming Wang Li Li Ru Chen Wenqiang Wei Maigeng Zhou Jing Wu Jie He | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,13: | 1 |
| 2 | Cloning and identification of magnetic field-responsive genes in Daudi cells显示文摘In order to study the molecular mechanisms of ELF MF biological effects, the differential display (DD) technology has been used to isolate differentially expressed cDNA fragments in Daudi cells after 50 Hz MF exposure and sham-exposure. Using total RNA isolated from 0.8 ml 50 Hz MF exposed cells and those from sham-exposed cells, one differentially regulated transcript has been found by DD and the expression pattern of the same transcript has been verified by reverse-Northern and Northern analyses. | 5 | Arbitrary skin metallization by pencil-writing inspired solid-ink rubbing for advanced energy storage and harvesting显示文摘The development of a durable metallic coating on diverse substrates is both intriguing and challenging,particularly in the research of metal-conductive materials for applications such as batteries,soft electronics,and beyond.Herein,by learning from the pencil-writing process,a facile solid-ink rubbing technology(SIR-tech)is invented to address the above challenge.The solid-ink is exampled by rational combination of liquid metal and graphite particles.By harnessing the synergistic effects between rubbing and adhesion,controllable metallic skin is successfully formed onto metals,woods,ceramics,and plastics without limitation in size and shape.Moreover,outperforming pure liquid-metal coating,the composite metallic skin by SIR-tech is very robust due to the self-lamination of graphite nanoplate exfoliated by liquid-metal rubbing.The critical factors controlling the structures-properties of the composite metallic skin have been systematically investigated as well.For applications,the SIR-tech is demonstrated to fabricate high-performance composite current collectors for next-generation batteries without traditional metal foils.Meanwhile,advanced skin-electrodes are further demonstrated for stable triboelectricity generation even under temperature fluctuation from-196 to 120℃.This facile and highly-flexible SIR-tech may work as a powerful platform for the studies on functional coatings by liquid metals and beyond. | Yonghan Zhou Zhongfeng Ji Wenrui Cai Xuewei He Ruiying Bao Xuewei Fu Wei Yang Yu Wang | 2024 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2024,88,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Zooplankton biodiversity monitoring in polluted freshwater ecosystems:A technical review显示文摘Freshwater ecosystems harbor a vast diversity of micro-eukaryotes(rotifers,crustaceans and protists),and such diverse taxonomic groups play important roles in ecosystem functioning and services.Unfortunately,freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity therein are threatened by many environmental stressors,particularly those derived from intensive human activities such as chemical pollution.In the past several decades,significant efforts have been devoted to halting biodiversity loss to recover services and functioning of freshwater ecosystems.Biodiversity monitoring is the first and a crucial step towards diagnosing pollution impacts on ecosystems and making conservation plans.Yet,bio-monitoring of ubiquitous micro-eukaryotes is extremely challenging,owing to many technical issues associated with micro-zooplankton such as microscopic size,fuzzy morphological features,and extremely high biodiversity.Here,we review current methods used for monitoring zooplankton biodiversity to advance management of impaired freshwater ecosystems.We discuss the development of traditional morphologybased identification methods such as scanning electron microscope(SEM)and ZOOSCAN and FlowCAM automatic systems,and DNA-based strategies such as metabarcoding and real-time quantitative PCR.In addition,we summarize advantages and disadvantages of these methods when applied for monitoring impacted ecosystems,and we propose practical DNA-based monitoring workflows for studying biological consequences of environmental pollution in freshwater ecosystems.Finally,we propose possible solutions for existing technical issues to improve accuracy and efficiency of DNA-based biodiversity monitoring. | Wei Xiong Xuena Huang Yiyong Chen Ruiying Fu Xun Du Xingyu Chen Aibin Zhan | 2020 | Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2020,,1: | 0 |
