| 1 | Drift potential of UAV with adjuvants in aerial applications显示文摘The reduction of pesticide aerial spraying drift is still one of the major challenges in modern agriculture.The aim of this study was to evaluate the drift potential of different types of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and adjuvant products for reducing spray drift in aerial applications.Three types of UAV(3WQF120-12 and 3CD-15 fuel oil powered single-rotor UAV and HY-B-15L battery powered single-rotor UAV)were selected in this study with regular application parameters to compare each spray drift,and 3WQF120-12 fuel oil powered UAV was selected to quantify spray drift of 6 adjuvants dissolved in water under field conditions.Solutions were marked with brillant sulfoflavin dye(BSF)at 0.1%.Petri dishes and rotary impactors were used to collect airborne and sediment drift,respectively.Drift deposits were evaluated by spectrophotometry in order to quantify deposits.The results showed that when the flight height was 1.5-2.0 m above the crop at the flight speed of 4-5 m/s and the average wind speed of 1.63-1.73 m/s,3WQF120-12 fuel oil powered UAV had lower drift potential than the other two types;DV0.5 and percentage of droplets with diameter≤75μm had very significant effects on spray drift percentage(p=0.01);the risk of drift in agricultural spraying could be significantly decreased not only by reducing the percentage of fine droplets but also by changing droplet spectra.Compared to water,Silwet DRS-60,ASFA+B,T1602,Break-thru Vibrant,QF-LY and Tmax could reduce by 65%,62%,59%,46%,42%,and 19%spray drift,respectively.when water without adjuvants were sprayed,90%of drift droplets were located within a range of 10.1 m of the target area while with 0.8%Silwet DRS-60 adjuvant in water,the distance was shortened to 6.4 m. | Xiaonan Wang Xiongkui He Jianli Song Zhichong Wang Changling Wang Shilin Wang Ruochen Wu Yanhua Meng | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5: | 3 |
| 2 | 近年中国北方草地变绿受降水增加的驱动显示文摘中国北方的暖湿化是近期的热点话题,然而其对植被生长的影响仍不清楚。本研究基于长时间序列(1982–2018年)数据,研究了归一化植被指数(NDVI)的时间动态及其气候驱动因子之间的关系,以探索近年来气候的暖湿化是否会导致该区植被变绿。我们采用分段回归探测了NDVI的变化趋势是否存在转变点,用Pearson相关分析描述了植被指数与气候因子的关系。最后,采用逐步多元回归方法研究了气候因子对NDVI时间变化的贡献率。研究结果表明,NDVI时间变化趋势的转变点出现在2008年,GIMMS NDVI在1982–2008年略有增加,上升速率为0.00022 yr?1,在2008–2015年上升速率达到0.002 yr?1,MODIS NDVI在2008–2018年上升速率为0.0018 yr?1。降水是NDVI变化的主要驱动因子,气温和饱和水汽压差(VPD)对NDVI的变化影响较小。总体看来,NDVI时间序列变化趋势存在转变点,并且近期气候的暖湿化主导了中国北方草地植被变绿,这为今后更好地预测该地区气候变化下的植被覆盖变化提供了依据。 | Kai Di Zhongmin Hu Mei Wang Ruochen Cao Minqi Liang Genan Wu Ruru Chen Guangcun Hao Yaolong Zhao | 2021 | Journal of Plant Ecology2021,14,5: | 2 |
| 3 | The high diversity of SARS-CoV-2-related coronaviruses in pangolins alerts potential ecological risks显示文摘Understanding the zoonotic origin and evolution history of SARS-CoV-2 will provide critical insights for alerting and preventing future outbreaks.A significant gap remains for the possible role of pangolins as a reservoir of SARS-CoV-2 related coronaviruses(SC2r-CoVs).Here,we screened SC2r-CoVs in 172 samples from 163 pangolin individuals of four species,and detected positive signals in muscles of four Manis javanica and,for the first time,one M.pentadactyla.Phylogeographic analysis of pangolin mitochondrial DNA traced their origins from Southeast Asia.Using in-solution hybridization capture sequencing,we assembled a partial pangolin SC2r-CoV(pangolin-CoV)genome sequence of 22895 bp(MP20)from the M.pentadactyla sample.Phylogenetic analyses revealed MP20 was very closely related to pangolin-CoVs that were identified in M.javanica seized by Guangxi Customs.A genetic contribution of bat coronavirus to pangolin-CoVs via recombination was indicated.Our analysis revealed that the genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs is substantially higher than previously anticipated.Given the potential infectivity of pangolin-CoVs,the high genetic diversity of pangolin-CoVs alerts the ecological risk of zoonotic evolution and transmission of pathogenic SC2r-CoVs. | Min-Sheng Peng Jian-Bo Li Zheng-Fei Cai Hang Liu Xiaolu Tang Ruochen Ying Jia-Nan Zhang Jia-Jun Tao Ting-Ting Yin Tao Zhang Jing-Yang Hu Ru-Nian Wu Zhong-Yin Zhou Zhi-Gang Zhang Li Yu Yong-Gang Yao Zheng-Li Shi Xue-Mei Lu Jian Lu Ya-Ping Zhang | 2021 | Zoological Research2021,42,6: | 2 |

| 9 | Atomically dispersed lr/α-MoC catalyst with high metal loading and thermal stability for water-promoted hydrogenation reaction显示文摘Synthesis of atomically dispersed catalysts with high metal loading and thermal stability is challenging but particularly valuable for industrial application in heterogeneous catalysis.Here,we report a facile synthesis of a thermally stable atomically dispersed Ir/α-MoC catalyst with metal loading as high as 4 wt%,an unusually high value for carbide supported metal catalysts.The strong interaction between Ir and theα-MoC substrate enables high dispersion of Ir on the α-MoC surface,and modulates the electronic structure of the supported Ir species.Using quinoline hydrogenation as a model reaction,we demonstrate that this atomically dispersed Ir/α-MoC catalyst exhibits remarkable reactivity,selectivity and stability,for which the presence of high-density isolated Ir atoms is the key to achieving high metal-normalized activity and mass-specific activity.We also show that the water-promoted quinoline hydrogenation mechanism is preferred over the Ir/α-MoC,and contributes to high sele ctivity towards 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline.The present work demonstrates a new strategy in constructing a high-loading atomically dispersed catalyst for the hydrogenation reaction. | Siwei Li Ruochen Cao Mingquan Xu Yuchen Deng Lili Lin Siyu Yao Xuan Liang Mi Peng Zirui Gao Yuzhen Ge Jin-Xun Liu Wei-Xue Li Wu Zhou Ding Ma | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,1: | 0 |
