1A discrete-event model to simulate the effect of truck bunching due to payload variance on cycle time, hauled mine materials and fuel consumption显示文摘Data collected from truck payload management systems at various surface mines shows that the payload variance is significant and must be considered in analysing the mine productivity,energy consumption,greenhouse gas emissions and associated cost.Payload variance causes significant differences in gross vehicle weights.Heavily loaded trucks travel slower up ramps than lightly loaded trucks.Faster trucks are slowed by the presence of slower trucks,resulting in‘bunching’,production losses and increasing fuel consumptions.This paper simulates the truck bunching phenomena in large surface mines to improve truck and shovel systems’efficiency and minimise fuel consumption.The study concentrated on completing a practical simulation model based on a discrete event method which is most commonly used in this field of research in other industries.The simulation model has been validated by a dataset collected from a large surface mine in Arizona state,USA.The results have shown that there is a good agreement between the actual and estimated values of investigated parameters.A.Soofastaei S.M.Aminossadati M.S.Kizil P.Knights 2016International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2016,26,5:1
27xxx系烧结铝合金沿样品长度的孔隙分布变化(英文)显示文摘对7xxx系Al-7Zn-2.5Mg-1Cu合金在流动氮气气氛下的烧结行为进行实验和计算流体力学模拟研究。3个尺寸为56 mm×10 mm×4.5 mm的长条样品在氮气流量为6 L/min的管式炉中同一批次进行烧结,样品间距为2或10 mm,烧结温度为620°C,烧结时间为40 min。实验结果表明,烧结样品不同截面上的孔隙分布与样品间距及该截面的位置有关。通过建立三维流体力学模型,研究等温烧结过程中3个样品周围的氮气行为。结果表明,每个烧结样品沿样品长度不同横截面的孔隙分布与烧结表面附近的氮气流场密切相关。苑锡妮 S.M.AMINOSSADATI M.QIAN 2016Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2016,26,8:0
