1热处理对电弧增材制造Inconel 625合金显微组织和力学性能的影响显示文摘研究电弧增材制造Inconel 625合金热处理前后的显微组织和力学性能。未热处理样品的显微组织中形成枝晶镍基固溶体相、(Nb,Ti)C碳化物、Laves相和δ-Ni3Nb二次相。固溶热处理导致Laves和Ni3Nb相的溶解。此外,枝晶被大柱状晶取代。时效热处理导致晶界M23C6碳化物和纳米γ''晶的析出。未经热处理试样的硬度、屈服强度、抗拉强度和伸长率与铸态合金的接近,其断裂为穿晶韧性断裂。固溶热处理能提高合金的硬度和屈服强度,降低伸长率,但对抗拉强度影响不大。此外,时效热处理导致拉伸性能变差,断裂模式转变为穿晶韧性断裂和沿晶脆性断裂的混合模式。Abolfazl SAFARZADE Mahmood SHARIFITABAR Mahdi SHAFIEE AFARANI 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,11:13
2焊丝对工业纯铜和304不锈钢钨极氩弧焊接的影响(英文)显示文摘采用不同焊丝对工业纯铜和304不锈钢进行钨极氩弧焊接。结果表明,采用铜做焊丝时,焊缝无任何缺陷生成,而采用304不锈钢和Ni-Cu-Fe合金为焊丝材料时,焊缝中有凝固裂纹和未熔化区存在。在最优条件下,焊缝的抗拉强度能达到铜材的96%。焊缝在弯曲到180°下也没有分离、撕裂和断裂等现象发生。这表明铜是一种较好的工业纯铜与304不锈钢GTA焊的焊丝材料。Sajjad Gholami SHIRI Mohsen NAZARZADEH Mahmood SHARIFITABAR Mehdi Shafiee AFARANI 2012Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2012,22,12:5

9Fabrication of Fe–TiC–Al_2O_3 composites on the surface of steel using a TiO_2–Al–C–Fe combustion reaction induced by gas tungsten arc cladding显示文摘The aim of the present study was to fabricate Fe-TiC-Al_2O_3 composites on the surface of medium carbon steel.For this purpose,TiO_2-3C and 3TiO_2-4Al-3C-xFe(0 ≤ x ≤ 4.6 by mole) mixtures were pre-placed on the surface of a medium carbon steel plate.The mixtures and substrate were then melted using a gas tungsten arc cladding process.The results show that the martensite forms in the layer produced by the TiO_2-3C mixture.However,ferrite-Fe_3C-TiC phases are the main phases in the microstructure of the clad layer produced by the 3TiO_2-4Al-3C mixture.The addition of Fe to the TiO_2-4Al-3C reactants with the content from 0 to 20wt%increases the volume fraction of particles,and a composite containing approximately 9vol%TiC and A1_2O_3 particles forms.This composite substantially improves the substrate hardness.The mechanism by which Fe particles enhance the TiC + A1_2O_3 volume fraction in the composite is determined.Mahmood Sharifitabar Jalil Vahdati Khaki Mohsen Haddad Sabzevar 2016International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2016,23,2:0
