1Catalytic methanation of syngas over Ni-based catalysts with different supports显示文摘Co-precipitation method was selected for the preparation of Ni/Al_2O_3, Ni/ZrO_2 and Ni/CeO_2 catalysts, and their performances in methanation were investigated in this study. The structure and surface properties of these catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, H_2-TPD, TEM and H_2-TPR. The results showed that the catalytic activity at low temperature followed the order: Ni/Al_2O_3>Ni/ZrO_2>Ni/CeO_2. Ni/Al_2O_3 catalyst presented the best catalytic performance with the highest CH_4 selectivity of 94.5%. 5The influence mechanism of solvent on the hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate显示文摘The hydrogenation of dimethyl oxalate(DMO) for the producing of C2-C4 alcohols with methanol as solvent was researched at the temperature of 270 °C to 310 °C. Ethylene glycol(EG) was the main product at low temperature and the selectivity of which was 61.9% at 230 °C. However, EG selectivity decreased sharply with the increase of temperature while ethanol became the main liquid products with the selectivity of 43.5% at 270 °C. It can be ascribed to a thorough hydrogenation of DMO at a high temperature. In addition, the promotion of Guerbet reaction led to the production of propanol and butanol. Simultaneously, the amount of gas products including CO, CO_2 and dimethyl ether(DME) also increased, which became a competition factor in the conversion of DMO to liquid products including C2-C4 alcohols. The blank test was carried out with pure methanol as feedstock with and without Cu/SiO_2 catalyst, which revealed that methanol was involved in the formation of gas products and higher alcohols on Cu-based catalyst, and the main gas product was CO.Shi Yin Lingjun Zhu Xiaoliu Wang Yingying Liu Shurong Wang 2019Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2019,27,2:1

7Identification of the core promoter of STK11 gene and its transcriptional regulation by p53显示文摘Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) is an autosomal dominant disease characterized by mucocutaneous pigmentation and hamartomatous polyps. Most cases of PJS involve the inactivation of germline mutations in the serine/threonine kinase gene STK11 which is also known as LKB1. The function of STK11 was previously linked to the tumor suppressor p53 and was shown to activate the p53 target p21/ WAF1. Recently, STK11 was reported to be interacting with p53 physically in the nucleus and it can directly or indirectly phosphorylate p53. Here we characterized the 50-flanking region of human STK11 gene and identified a 161-bp fragment with promoter activity. Sequence analysis, mutagenesis and gel shift studies revealed a binding site of Sp1 and p53, which affects the promoter activity. Mutation analyses showed that this fragment was required for p53-mediated transcriptional activation. This transcriptional activation was further confirmed by real-time quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot analysis. Transient transfection of p53 expression plasmid into fetal liver cell lines increased STK11 mRNA and protein levels.
