| 1 | 退化沙质草地自然恢复过程中土壤一植物系统的变化特征显示文摘研究了科尔沁沙地封育5a后退化沙质草地自然恢复过程中土壤—植物系统的变化特征,同时分析了土壤性状与植物特征之间的相互影响程度。(1)从流动沙地恢复到固定沙地,沙质草地植物群落的物种多样性、植被盖度、地下根量和地表枯落物残留量均趋于增大。β多样性测度值表明,在半流动沙地恢复到半固定沙地阶段,植物种周转速率大,群落结构变化明显。(2)在退化沙质草地的自然恢复过程中,表层土壤的结构性能明显改善,土壤养分的有效性相应提高。(3)相关分析显示,沙质草地表层土壤的理化性状与植物特征值之间存有密切的相关性(R2=0.33~0.84,P<0.01,n=20),表明退化沙质草地的恢复过程实质上是土壤—植物系统协同演变的过程,在该过程中,植物多样性的关键恢复期滞后于土壤环境的关键恢复期。 | 张华 伏乾科 李锋瑞 Yasuhito Shirato | 2003 | 水土保持通报2003,23,6: | 26 |
| 2 | 科尔沁沙地人工杨树林生态服务效能评价显示文摘采用定位观测法,系统评价了杨树(脚Populus smonii)林的防风、抗蚀和滞尘等生态服务效能及其间接价值,同时定量探讨了风速减弱系数与实测林地叶面积指数的关系.结果表明,在研究区主害风(西北风)天气下,林地迎风区6 H(H为平均树高)、3 H、林地中央、林地背风区林缘、6和8 H处2 m高度的日平均风速与对照点(流动沙丘)相比均有不同程度减弱,风速减弱系数在18.3%~66.2%之间.林地背风区6 H处0.25、0.5、1和2 m 4个高度的月平均风速减弱系数与林地叶面积指数呈显著非线性相关,其间存在良好的三次曲线关系(P<0.0001,R2=0.43~0.94,n=80).在主害风天气下,林地各观测点的地表日风蚀量与对照点相比大幅度降低,平均降幅85.2%~99.9%.在观测期内,林地中央的日平均降尘量为13.2 kg·hm-2,而林地迎风区6H处的日平均降尘量为9.9 kg·hm-2,林地的日滞尘能力约为3.3 kg·hm-2. | 张华 李锋瑞 张铜会 赵丽娅 Yasuhito Shirato | 2003 | 应用生态学报2003,14,10: | 14 |
| 3 | Hypofractionated stereotactic rad iotherapy alone without whole-brain irradiation for patien ts with solitary and oligo brain metastasis using noninvasive fixation of the skull显示文摘To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy(HSRT)using noninvasive fixation of the sk ull on solitary or oligo brain metastatic p atients as an alternative to stereotactic radiosurgery(SRS)using invasive fixation.The subjects were 87patients who had 4or fewer brain meta stases(50solitary,37oligometastases).Treatment was conducted on 159meta stases by using a linac-based stereotactic system.T he median isocentric dose was 35Gy in4fractions.Whole-brain irradiati on was not applied as an initial treatment.For the salvage treatmen t of metachronous brain metastases,repeat HSRT or whole-brain irradiation was applied.The actuarial1-year local tumor control rate was 81%.Treatment-related complicatio ns were observed in 4patients in the e arly period(<3months)and in 2patients in the late period.T he median survival period was 8.7mon ths.Metachronous brain metastases occurred in 30patients,and none of the 18patients who were eligible for salvage HSRT refused to re ceive it again.Hypofractionated stereotactic radiotherapy achieved tumor control and survival equivalent to those of SRS reported i n the literature.The results suggested that HSRT could be an alternative for solitary or oligo br ain metastatic patients with less to xicity and less invasiveness compared to | Aoyama H Shirato H Onimaru R Kagei K Ikeda J Ishii N Sawamura Y Miyasaka K | 2003 | 癌症2003,22,7: | 12 |
| 4 | Successful initial ablation therapy contributes to survival in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM: To evaluate the outcome predictors of percu- taneous ablation therapy in patients with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), especially to identify whether the initial treatment response contributes to the survival of the patients. METHODS: The study cohort included 153 patients with single (102) and two or three (51) HCC nodules 5 cm or less in maximum diameter. As an initial treatment, 110 patients received radiofrequency ablation and 43 patients received percutaneous ethanol injection. RESULTS: The Kaplan-Meier estimates of overall 3- and 5-year survival rates were 75% and 59%, respectively. The log-rank test revealed statistically significant differences in the overall survivals according to Child- Pugh class (P = 0.0275), tumor size (P = 0.0130), serum albumin level (P = 0.0060), serum protein induced by vitamin K absence or antagonist Ⅱ level (P = 0.0486), and initial treatment response (P = 0.0130). The independent predictors of survival were serum albumin level (risk ratio, 3.216; 95% CI, 1.407-7.353; P = 0.0056) and initial treatment response (risk ratio, 2.474; 95% CI, 1.076-5.692; P = 0.0330) based on the Cox proportional hazards regression models. The patients had a serum albumin level 3.5 g/dL and the 3- and 5-year survival rates of 86% and 82%.
