1Limits to foundation displacement of an extra high voltage transmission tower in a mining subsidence area显示文摘Given the background of a transmission tower erected on a particular mining subsidence area,we used finite element modeling to analyze the anti-deformation performance of transmission towers under a number of different load conditions,including horizontal foundation displacement,uneven vertical downward displacement,wind loads and icing conditions.The results show that the failure in stability of a single steel angle iron represents the limit of the tower given ground deformation.We calculated the corresponding limits of foundation displacements.The results indicate that compression displacement of the foundation is more dangerous than tension displacement.Under complex foundation displacement conditions,horizontal foundation displacement is a key factor leading to failure in the stability of towers.Under conditions of compression or tension displacement of the foundation,wind load becomes the key factor.Towers do not fail when foundation displacements are smaller than 1% (under tension) or 0.5% (under horizontal compression or single foundation subsidence) of the distance between two supports.Shu Qianjin Yuan Guanglin Guo Guangli Zhang Yunfeit 2012International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,1:9

4Trabecular spacing estimation based on quadratic transformation algorithm显示文摘The quadratic transformation method is proposed to estimate the trabecular spacing(Tb.Sp),an important index for osteoporosis diagnosis.The performance of this algorithm was investigated by scatter model,two-dimension finite difference time domain(2D-FDTD)simulation and in vitro experiments of bovine cancellous bone specimens.Comparing with the other four methods— autoregressive cepstrum(AR),adaptive filter- autoregressive cepstral(AFAR),inverse filter-autoregressive cepstrum(InvAR),and simplified inverse filter tracking(SIFT),quadratic transformation is much more stable and accurate.The results demonstrated that quadratic transformation is a great algorithm for Tb.Sp estimation.XU Yiwen HOU Li SHU Xiao WU Guangli LIU Chengcheng XU Kailiang TA De'an 2015Chinese Journal of Acoustics2015,34,2:0
