2基于COMSOL Multiphysics天然气水合物沉积物热-水-力-化多场耦合模型研究(英文)显示文摘目的:水合物沉积物开采过程是一个热-水-力-化多场耦合过程,该过程包含了不同土层间的热对流、压缩引起的局部变形以及胶结结构破坏引起的应力松弛。不适当的开采会引起出砂、塌孔等破坏问题。本文旨在建立天然气水合物沉积物多场耦合计算模型,以量化由开采引起的地质灾害风险。创新点:1.通过COMSOL Multiphysics实现水合物开采过程多场耦合有限元控制方程的计算;2.建立的模型考虑变形-渗流双向全耦合过程。方法:1.通过理论推导,给出开采天然气水合物过程模拟的控制方程;采用偏微分方程模块实现除力学之外其他物理场的耦合计算;采用结构力学模块实现变形计算。2.通过与试验数据进行比较验证模型的可靠性。3.通过对比全耦合模型与半耦合模型,分析双向耦合对水合物开采过程中沉积物物理力学行为的影响。结论:1.所建立模型能够精确模拟水合物开采过程中沉积物的物理力学行为。2.当考虑压缩对渗流的影响时,由于孔隙率的降低,计算得到的水合物分解速度要小于不考虑该影响时的速度。3.由于存在层间对流效应,非均质模型计算得到的水合物分解速度要快于均质模型。Xiang SUN Hao LUO Kenichi SOGA 2018Journal of Zhejiang University-Science A(Applied Physics & Engineering)2018,19,8:7
3Features of hepatocellular carcinoma in cases with autoimmune hepatitis and primary biliary cirrhosis显示文摘AIM: To characterize the clinical features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) associated with autoimmune liver disease, we critically evaluated the literature on HCC associated with autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC). METHODS: A systematic review of the literature was conducted using the Japana Centra Revuo Medicina database which produced 38 cases of HCC with AIH (AIH-series) and 50 cases of HCC with PBC (PBC-series). We compared the clinical features of these two sets of patients with the general Japanese HCC population. RESULTS: On average, HCC was more common in men than in women with AIH or PBC. While many patients underwent chemolipiodolization (CL) or transcatheter arterial embolization (TAE) (AIH-series: P = 0.048 (vs operation), P = 0.018 (vs RFA, PEIT); PBC-series: P = 0.027 (vs RFA, PEIT), others refused therapeutic interventions [AIH-series: P = 0.038 (vs RFA, PEIT); PBC-series: P = 0.003 (vs RFA, PEIT)].Liver failure was the primary cause of death among patients in this study, followed by tumor rupture. The survival interval between diagnosis and death was fairly short, averaging 14 ± 12 mo in AIH patients and 8.4 ± 14 mo in PBC patients. 5Post-failure behavior of tunnel heading collapse by MPM simulation显示文摘Tunnel collapse presents a serious threat to the safety of urban construction. The traditional approach adopted to assess this risk is to evaluate the factor of safety against failure. However, this analysis only determines on whether the tunnel will collapse or not, and does not provide information on the magnitude of the post-failure behavior(for example, catastrophic or progressive) if the tunnel collapse occurs. In this study, a meshless method based on the material point method(MPM) was used to investigate the post-failure behavior of tunnel heading collapse in two-dimensional plane-strain conditions. The capability and accuracy of MPM were verified by comparing the elicited results to centrifuge test data and to analytical solutions obtained from limit state methods. MPM simulations were conducted at different soil conditions(clay or sand) and profiles(homogenous or linear increasing strength) as well as at different tunnel geometries(i.e. tunnel depth and unlined length). 7Application of microbially induced carbonate precipitation to form biocemented artificial sandstone显示文摘It is difficult to collect and characterise well-preserved samples of weakly-cemented granular rocks as conventional sampling techniques often result in destruction of the cementation.An alternative approach is to prepare synthetic geomaterials to match required specifications.This paper introduces microbially induced carbonate precipitation(MICP)as a method to reliably deliver artificiallycemented specimens with customised properties,closely resembling those of soft carbonate sandstones.The specimens are generated from materials with two highly different particle size distributions(PSDs)to access a range of achievable combinations of strengths and porosities.The MICP parameters are kept constant across all samples to obtain similar calcium carbonate characteristics(size of individual crystals,type,etc.),while injected volume is varied to achieve different cementation levels.Although uniform cementation of very coarse sands has been considered very difficult to achieve,the results show that both the fine and coarse sand specimens present high degrees of uniformity and a good degree of repeatability.The unconfined compressive strengths(UCSs)(less than 3000 kPa)and porosities(0.25e0.4)of the artificial specimens fall in the same range of values reported for natural rocks.The strength gainwas greater in the fine sand than that in the coarse sand,as the void size in the latter was significantly larger compared to the calcium carbonate crystals’size,resulting in precipitation on less effective locations,away from contacts between particles.The strengths and porosities obtained for the two sands in this work fall within ranges reported in the literature for natural soft rocks,demonstrating theMICP technique is able to achieve realistic properties and may be used to produce a full range of properties by varying the grain sizes,and possibly the width of PSD.Charalampos Konstantinou Giovanna Biscontin Ning-Jun Jiang Kenichi Soga 2021Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,3:3
