1A review:Photonics devices,architectures,and algorithms for optical neural computing显示文摘The explosive growth of data and information has motivated various emerging non-von Neumann computational approaches in the More-than-Moore era.Photonics neuromorphic computing has attracted lots of attention due to the fascinating advantages such as high speed,wide bandwidth,and massive parallelism.Here,we offer a review on the optical neural computing in our research groups at the device and system levels.The photonics neuron and photonics synapse plasticity are presented.In addition,we introduce several optical neural computing architectures and algorithms including photonic spiking neural network,photonic convolutional neural network,photonic matrix computation,photonic reservoir computing,and photonic reinforcement learning.Finally,we summarize the major challenges faced by photonic neuromorphic computing,and propose promising solutions and perspectives.Shuiying Xiang Yanan Han Ziwei Song Xingxing Guo Yahui Zhang Zhenxing Ren Suhong Wang Yuanting Ma Weiwen Zou Bowen Ma Shaofu Xu Jianji Dong Hailong Zhou Quansheng Ren Tao Deng Yan Liu Genquan Han Yue Hao 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,2:7
2Core-shell lipid-polymer nanoparticles as a promising ocular drug delivery system to treat glaucoma显示文摘Nowadays,tremendous researches have been focused on the core-shell lipid-polymer nanoparticles(LPNs) due to the advantages of both liposomes and polymer nanoparticles.In this work,LPNs were applied to encapsulate brinzolamide(Brz-LPNs) for achieving sustained drug release,improving drug corneal permeation and enhancing drug topical therapeutic effect.The structure of Brz-LPNs was composed of poly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid(PLGA) nanocore which encapsulated Brz(Brz-NPs) and lipid shell around the core.Brz-LPNs were prepared by a modified thin-film dispersion method.With the parameters optimization of Brz-LPNs,optimal Brz-LPNs showed an average particle size of151.23±1.64 nm with a high encapsulation efficiency(EE) of 86.7%±2.28%.The core-shell structure of Brz-LPNs were confirmed by transmission electronic microscopy(TEM).Fourier transformed infrared spectra(FTIR) analysis proved that Brz was successfully entrapped into Brz-LPNs.Brz-LPNs exhibited obvious sustained release of Brz,compared with AZOPT^■ and Brz-LPs.Furthermore,the corneal accumulative permeability of Brz-LPNs significantly increased compared to the commercial available formulation(AZOPT^■) in vitro.Moreover,Brz-LPNs(1 mg/mL Brz) showed a more sustained and effective intraocular pressure(IOP) reduction than Brz-LPs(1 mg/mL) and AZOPT^■(10 mg/mL Brz) in vivo.In conclusion,Brz-LPNs,as promising ocular drug delivery systems,are well worth developing in the future for glaucoma treatment.Yang Zhou Aiping Fang Fazhan Wang Huili Li Quansheng Jin Lingjing Huang Chunmei Fu Jun Zeng Zhaohui Jin Xiangrong Song 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,2:3
3Evolvement behavior of microstructure and H_2O adsorption of lignite pyrolysis显示文摘The effect of pyrolysis on the microstructure and moisture adsorption of lignite was investigated with low field nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Changes in oxygen-containing groups were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), and H2 O adsorption mechanism on the surface of lignite pyrolysis was inferred. Two major changes in the pore structure of lignite char were observed as temperature increased in 105–200 °C and500–700 °C. Pyrolysis temperature is a significant factor in removing carboxyl and phenolic hydroxyl from lignite.Variation of ether bond content can be divided into three stages; the content initially increased, then decreased,and finally increased. The equilibrium adsorption ratio, content of oxygen-containing groups, and variation of pore volume below 700° were closely correlated with each other. The amount of adsorbed water on char pyrolyzed at700 °C increased. 4Recombinant human PDCD5 protein enhances chemosensitivities of hematologic malignancies显示文摘PDCD5 is a novel apoptosis-related gene. Overexpression of PDCD5 facilitates apoptosis in various tumor cells. Here, we investigated the roles of recombinant human PDCD5 (rhPDCD5) protein in chemosensitivities of hematologic malignancies. The rhPDCD5 increased the in vitro cytotoxicity of daunorubicin (DNR), adriamycin (ADM) and As2O3 in three hematologic tumor cell lines. In vivo studies showed that DNR combined with rhPDCD5 significantly suppressed tumor growth of U937 xenograft nude mice compared with DNR alone. 7Two-dimensional silica enhanced solid polymer electrolyte for lithium metal batteries显示文摘Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are promising substitutes for current flammable liquid electrolytes to achieve high-safety and high-energy-density lithium metal batteries.Polyethylene oxide(PEO)based solid polymer electrolytes have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent flexibility,manufacturability,light weight,and low-cost processing,while they often suffer from low ionic con-ductivity at room temperature,low lithium transference number and unsatisfactory interfacial resis-tance,which largely restrain their practical application.Herein,two-dimensional holey silica nanosheets(2D-HSN)as the fillers,together with LiNO_(3) as the electrolyte additive,are introduced in a PEO/poly(-vinylidene fiuoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)blended polymer matrix to obtain a SPE.The incorporation of HSN filler creates supplementary channels for lithium ion migration and lowers the crystallinity of the polymer,thereby facilitating the movement of lithium ions.The HSN-based SPE demonstrates higher ionic conductivity up to 3.7 x 10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃,larger Li+transference number close to 0.34,and more stable lithium plating/stripping than that without the fillers,and HSN can promote the formation of more stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layer.The as-assembled LiFePO4||Li batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 159 mA h g-1 with the capacity retention of 95.5%after 200 cycles at 30℃,as well as superior rate performance and cycling stability compared to that using the blank SPE.Zhihong Luo Weiyong Li Chong Guo Ya Song Mingxia Zhou Yan Shi Jing Xu Long Li Bin Shi Quansheng Ouyang Jiao-jing Shao Guangmin Zhou 2024Particuology2024,85,2:0
