1Analysis of χ Phase Precipitation in Aged 2205 Duplex Stainless Steel显示文摘Analysis of χ phase precipitation in 2205 duplex stainless steel aged at 700 and 750 ℃ has been investigated systematically. The experimental results showed that χ phase forms prior to the precipitation of σ phase and disappears once σ phase starts to precipitate. This phenomenon indicates that σ phase nucleated and consumed the χ phase. The σ phase nucleated mainly at ferrite/austenite interface and grew inwards into the ferrite phase. The morphology of σ phase reveals a coral-like structure at the temperature of 700 ℃ for 120 min followed by quenching in water. The decomposition of ferrite occurs via the following eutectoid reaction: F→σ+γ2. 2Analysis of Orientation Relationships,Carbon Partitioning and Strengthening Mechanism of a Novel Ultrahigh Strength Steel显示文摘The orientation relationships,carbon partitioning and strengthening mechanism of a novel ultrahigh strength steel were analyzed in depth during the complex process of heat treatment.The experimental results reveal that the(011)α//()γ,[100]α//[011]γ orientation relationships can be drawn between martensite and retained austenite.The position and angle of martensite and retained austenite are shown more clearly from the stereographic projections.Moreover,the calculated results show that the carbon content near the austenite interface is the highest in the shorter carbon allocation time.With the further increase of time,its carbon content gradually decreases.Furthermore,a model of the relationship between yield strength and strengthening mechanism was established.It was proved that the main strengthening components contributing to the yield strength include Orowan strengthening,grain-size strengthening and dislocation hardening.The main strengthening mechanism of steel in this experiment is dislocation strengthening.刘和平 YANG Hengzhe SUN Fenger LIU Langlang ZHOU Diaoyu 2022Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2022,37,4:0
