1钽钨合金动态力学行为及其本构模型研究(英文)显示文摘对2种钽钨合金(Ta-2.5W和Ta-10W,钨的质量分数分别为2.5%和10%)的准静态和动态变形行为进行了系统研究。根据准静态压缩实验、霍普金森压杆(SHPB)实验结果,表明2种钽钨合金的流动应力对加载应变率和钨的含量较为敏感,并拟合得到了2种钽钨合金的JC本构模型参数。其次,为验证本构模型的合理性,开展了泰勒撞击实验和数值模拟研究,应变率范围为10~3~10~4 s^(-1),数值模拟得到的泰勒杆侧轮廓与撞击端面轮廓与实验吻合较好。最后,为研究钽钨合金变形后的细观特性,对杆件进行了光学显微照片分析。本研究方法与结果可为材料本构关系的确定提供借鉴。高飞 张先锋 Serjouei Ahmad 王明洋 李磊 熊玮 张将 2017稀有金属材料与工程2017,46,10:10
2弹靶尺寸对陶瓷/金属复合装甲防护性能的影响显示文摘利用Autodyn软件开展数值模拟工作,对陶瓷/金属复合装甲的防护性能与弹靶尺寸的关系进行研究。首先,建立二维轴对称SPH-Lagrange模型,并利用实验数据验证模型有效性;在此基础上对不同几何参数的弹靶撞击进行数值模拟,分析靶板厚度、靶板平面尺寸、子弹长度等对氧化铝陶瓷/铝合金复合装甲弹道极限速度的影响规律。然后,通过量纲分析,提出装甲弹道极限速度与弹靶几何参数的量纲一关系式,并在数值模拟结果的基础上建立一个装甲弹道极限速度的经验公式。迟润强 Ahmad Serjouei 范峰 Idapalapati Sridhar 2014爆炸与冲击2014,34,5:6

5Modified commercial UV curable elastomers for passive 4D printing显示文摘Conventional 4D printing technologies are realized by combining 3D printing with soft active materials such as shape memory polymers(SMPs)and hydrogels.However,the intrinsic material property limitations make the SMP or hydrogel-based 4D printing unsuitable to fabricate the actuators that need to exhibit fast-response,reversible actuations.Instead,pneumatic actuations have been widely adopted by the soft robotics community to achieve fast-response,reversible actuations,and many efforts have been made to apply the pneumatic actuation to 3D printed structures to realize passive 4D printing with fast-response,reversible actuation.However,the 3D printing of soft actuators/robots heavily relies on the commercially available UV curable elastomers the break strains of which are not sufficient for certain applications which require larger elastic deformation.In this paper,we present two simple approaches to tune the mechanical properties such as stretchability,stiffness,and durability of the commercially available UV curable elastomers by adding:(i)mono-acrylate based linear chain builder;(ii)urethane diacrylate-based crosslinker.Material property characterizations have been performed to investigate the effects of adding the two additives on the stretchability,stiffness,mechanical repeatability as well as viscosity.Demonstrations of fully printed robotic finger,grippers,and highly deformable 3D lattice structure are also presented.Hardik Hingorani Yuan-Fang Zhang Biao Zhang Ahmad Serjouei Qi Ge 2019International Journal of Smart and Nano Materials2019,10,3:1
