2Numerical and experimental research of flow control on an NACA 0012 airfoil by local vibration显示文摘A flow control technique by local vibration is proposed to improve the aerodynamic performance of a typical airfoil NACA 0012. Both wind-tunnel experiments and a large eddy simulation(LES) are carried out to study the effects of local vibration on drag reduction over a wide range of angles of attack. The application parameters of local vibration on the upper surface of the airfoil are first evaluated by numerical simulations.The mounted position is chosen at 0.065–0.09 of chord length from the leading edge.The influence of oscillation frequency is investigated both by numerical simulations and experiments. The optimal frequencies are near the dominant frequencies of shear layer vortices and wake vortices. The patterns of shear vortices caused by local vibration are also studied to determine the drag reduction mechanism of this flow control method. The results indicate that local vibration can improve the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil. 3Nanocomposites of CsPbBr_(3) perovskite quantum dots embedded in Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+) hollow spheres for LEDs application显示文摘Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots(QDs)mesoporous hollow nanocomposites with good luminescent properties and high stability were built.Among which,the hollow Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)spheres and CsPbBr_(3) QDs were prepared by urea homogeneous precipitation and hot-injection method,respectively.Finally,the Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) QDs shell-core compounds were constructed through mechanical stirring.The structure,morphology,stability and luminescent properties were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry/thermogravity(DSC/TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),photoluminescence excitation/photoluminescence(PLE/PL)and life decay tools.Compared to the original CsPbBr_(3) QDs,Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) QDs display better photostability,thermal stability and current stability.The resulting Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) QDs composite exhibits good yellow emission.The Gd_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) QDs mixed silicone resin was directly coated on the blue LED chip,then the w-LED device with the color coordinate of(0.31,0.32)was successfully assembled.The Gd_(2) O_(3):Eu^(3+)@CsPbBr_(3) QDs compounds with excellent luminescent properties and stability are expected to be widely used in lighting and display areas.Gang Wang Shangjun Yu Bin Liu Zongming Liu Jinkai Li 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,10:3

5Is transformational leadership always good for employee task performance?Examining curvilinear and moderated relationships显示文摘Transformational leadership,generally considered as a desirable leadership style,has positive effects on various performance outcomes of employees;however,its productivity has been called into question because of a relative neglect of its negative aspects.Addressing this gap,an attempt at rethinking the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance is important.The paradoxical perspective indicates that conflicting positive and negative effects of transformational leadership can coexist,which provides possibility and rationality for thorough consideration of employees'task performance influenced by transformational leaders.Integrating the principle of diminishing marginal utility and the'Too-Much-of-a-Good-Thing(TMGF)'effect,this research explores an inverted U-shaped relationship between transformational leadership and employee task performance.Furthermore,applying social cognitive theory,we assume an employee's proactive personality moderates the curvilinear influence of transformational leadership on employees'task performance.As expected,results from a study of data from 209 supervisorsubordinate relationships from China showed that the inverted U-shaped relationship between transformational leadership and employees'task performance was moderated by employees'proactive personality.Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.Yashuo Chen Ranran Ning Tong Yang Shangjun Feng Chunjiang Yang 2018Frontiers of Business Research in China2018,12,4:2
6Multi-objective optimal allocation strategy for the energy internet in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, China显示文摘To improve the overall efficiency of the energy system,the basic structure for the energy internet of coordination and optimization of“generation-grid-load-storage”of Huangpu District,Guangzhou,China is designed,while the arrangement for the output of centralized and distributed energy module and energy storage are proposed.Taking economic benefit maximization,environmental benefit maximization and energy efficiency maximization as sub-objectives,the mathematical model of multi-objective optimal allocation and operation strategy of the energy internet is established considering supply-demand balance constraints,equipment characteristic constraints,operation mode constraints,and energy conditions constraints.The calculation results show that without considering the outsourced electricity,the balanced strategy,the economic development strategy,the environmental protection strategy,and the energy efficiency strategy are obtained by calculation,which are all superior to the traditional energy supply strategy.Moreover,considering the outsourced electricity,the proportion of outsourced electricity to total electricity is 19.8%,which is the system optimization of the energy internet under certain power demand.Compared with other strategies without outsourced electricity,the outsourced electricity strategy can have a certain emission reduction effect,but at the same time reduce the economic benefit.Furthermore,the huge difference in demand for thermal and cooling load between industrial and commercial areas results in the installed capacity of gas distributed energy stations in industrial areas being nearly twice as large as that in commercial areas.The distributed photovoltaic power generation is allocated according to the proportion of the installed roof areas of photovoltaic power generation system in residential,industrial,and commercial areas.Pei LI Guotian CAI Yuntao ZHANG Shangjun KE Peng WANG Liping GAO 2020Frontiers in Energy2020,14,2:2

9Inhibitory effect of parvovirus H-1 on the formation of colonies of human hepatoma cell line in vitro and its tumors in nude mice显示文摘The inhibitory effect of parvovirus H-1 on the colonyforming ability in vitro of QGY-7703, a cultured human hepatoma cell line, and on the formation and growth of its tumors in nude mice was studied. With higher multiplicity of infection (MOI) of H-1 given, survival of the QGY-7703 cells was found to be decreased. H-1 DNA amplification level at 30 h postinfection(p.i.) was detected to be 7.4 times higher than that at 2 h by dispersed cells assay, while the cells were delayed to enter into S phase.Plaques were formed in the indicator cells (new-born human kidney cell line, NBK) by progeny H-1 virus particles released from the infected QGY-7703 cells by infectious cell center assay. The formation of tumors in nude mice by QGY-7703 cells which were injected s c at 2 h postinfection was observed to be prevented in 2 groups with given MOI 25 and 50. The tumor growth of MOI 10 group occurred at a lower exponential rate than that of control,after a 20 d latent period. 11Resampling Factor Estimation via Dual-Stream Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘The estimation of image resampling factors is an important problem in image forensics.Among all the resampling factor estimation methods,spectrumbased methods are one of the most widely used methods and have attracted a lot of research interest.However,because of inherent ambiguity,spectrum-based methods fail to discriminate upscale and downscale operations without any prior information.In general,the application of resampling leaves detectable traces in both spatial domain and frequency domain of a resampled image.Firstly,the resampling process will introduce correlations between neighboring pixels.In this case,a set of periodic pixels that are correlated to their neighbors can be found in a resampled image.Secondly,the resampled image has distinct and strong peaks on spectrum while the spectrum of original image has no clear peaks.Hence,in this paper,we propose a dual-stream convolutional neural network for image resampling factors estimation.One of the two streams is gray stream whose purpose is to extract resampling traces features directly from the rescaled images.The other is frequency stream that discovers the differences of spectrum between rescaled and original images.The features from two streams are then fused to construct a feature representation including the resampling traces left in spatial and frequency domain,which is later fed into softmax layer for resampling factor estimation.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective on resampling factor estimation and outperforms some CNN-based methods.Shangjun Luo Junwei Luo Wei Lu Yanmei Fang Jinhua Zeng Shaopei Shi Yue Zhang 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1:1
