1Inhibitory effect of parvovirus H-1 on the formation of colonies of human hepatoma cell line in vitro and its tumors in nude mice显示文摘The inhibitory effect of parvovirus H-1 on the colonyforming ability in vitro of QGY-7703, a cultured human hepatoma cell line, and on the formation and growth of its tumors in nude mice was studied. With higher multiplicity of infection (MOI) of H-1 given, survival of the QGY-7703 cells was found to be decreased. H-1 DNA amplification level at 30 h postinfection(p.i.) was detected to be 7.4 times higher than that at 2 h by dispersed cells assay, while the cells were delayed to enter into S phase.Plaques were formed in the indicator cells (new-born human kidney cell line, NBK) by progeny H-1 virus particles released from the infected QGY-7703 cells by infectious cell center assay. The formation of tumors in nude mice by QGY-7703 cells which were injected s c at 2 h postinfection was observed to be prevented in 2 groups with given MOI 25 and 50. The tumor growth of MOI 10 group occurred at a lower exponential rate than that of control,after a 20 d latent period. 2Resampling Factor Estimation via Dual-Stream Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘The estimation of image resampling factors is an important problem in image forensics.Among all the resampling factor estimation methods,spectrumbased methods are one of the most widely used methods and have attracted a lot of research interest.However,because of inherent ambiguity,spectrum-based methods fail to discriminate upscale and downscale operations without any prior information.In general,the application of resampling leaves detectable traces in both spatial domain and frequency domain of a resampled image.Firstly,the resampling process will introduce correlations between neighboring pixels.In this case,a set of periodic pixels that are correlated to their neighbors can be found in a resampled image.Secondly,the resampled image has distinct and strong peaks on spectrum while the spectrum of original image has no clear peaks.Hence,in this paper,we propose a dual-stream convolutional neural network for image resampling factors estimation.One of the two streams is gray stream whose purpose is to extract resampling traces features directly from the rescaled images.The other is frequency stream that discovers the differences of spectrum between rescaled and original images.The features from two streams are then fused to construct a feature representation including the resampling traces left in spatial and frequency domain,which is later fed into softmax layer for resampling factor estimation.Experimental results show that the proposed method is effective on resampling factor estimation and outperforms some CNN-based methods.Shangjun Luo Junwei Luo Wei Lu Yanmei Fang Jinhua Zeng Shaopei Shi Yue Zhang 2021Computers, Materials & Continua2021,,1:1
3Ultrasound-assisted co-precipitation synthesis of mesoporous Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO_(2)composite oxides for highly selective catalytic oxidation of cyclohexane显示文摘The one-step highly selective oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol as the essential intermediates of nylon-6 and nylon-66 is considerably challenging.Therefore,an efficient and low-cost catalyst must be urgently developed to improve the efficiency of this process.In this study,a Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO2 composite oxide catalyst was successfully prepared through ultrasound-assisted co-precipitation.This catalyst exhibited a higher selectivity to KA-oil,which was benefited from the synergistic effects between Co^(3+))/Co^(2+))and Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)redox pairs,than bulk CeO2 and/or Co_(3)O_(4).Under the optimum reaction conditions,89.6%selectivity to KA-oil with a cyclohexane conversion of 5.8%was achieved over Co_(3)O_(4)–CeO2.Its catalytic performance remained unchanged after five runs.Using the synergistic effects between the redox pairs of different transition metals,this study provides a feasible strategy to design high-performance catalysts for the selective oxidation of alkanes.Shangjun Fu Kuiyi You Zhenpan Chen Taobo Liu Qiong Wang Fangfang Zhao Qiuhong Ai Pingle Liu He’an Luo 2022Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2022,16,8:1
