1泾河上游流域实际蒸散量及其各组分的估算显示文摘利用分布式生态水文模型SWIM,基于泾河上游(泾川测站以上)植被、土壤、气象和水文数据对研究区进行了水文过程的模拟,从而估算了流域的实际蒸散量及其各组分。结果表明:SWIM模型能够较好的模拟泾河上游流域的水文过程,模拟的流域多年(1997-2003年)平均实际蒸散量为443mm,其中土壤蒸发量为259mm,植被蒸腾量为157mm,冠层截持量为27mm。石质山区的森林覆盖区和非森林地的年蒸散总量在整个流域分别具有最大值和最小值,为484mm和418mm;黄土区实际蒸散量介于二者之间,平均为447mm。森林覆盖地区土壤蒸发明显小于其它区域,而蒸腾和冠层截留明显大于其它区域。年内蒸散量主要集中在5-8月份,占全年总蒸散量的60%,且冠层蒸散比例较大达63%。整个流域湿润年份较干旱年份蒸散量增加了78mm,其中土壤蒸发增加最多,其次是冠层蒸腾,冠层截留蒸发最小。张淑兰 于澎涛 王彦辉 张海军 Valentina Krysanova HUANG Shaochun 熊伟 徐丽宏 2011地理学报2011,66,3:30

4A Simple Deep Learning Network for Classification of 3D Mobile LiDAR Point Clouds显示文摘Automatic and accurate classification is a fundamental problem to the analysis and modeling of LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging)data.Recently,convolutional neural network(ConvNet or CNN)has achieved remarkable performance in image recognition and computer vision.While significant efforts have also been made to develop various deep networks for satellite image scene classification,it still needs to further investigate suitable deep learning network frameworks for 3D dense mobile laser scanning(MLS)data.In this paper,we present a simple deep CNN for multiple object classification based on multi-scale context representation.For the pointwise classification,we first extracted the neighboring points within spatial context and transformed them into a three-channel image for each point.Then,the classification task can be treated as the image recognition using CNN.The proposed CNN architecture adopted common convolution,maximum pooling and rectified linear unit(ReLU)layers,which combined multiple deeper network layers.After being trained and tested on approximately seven million labeled MLS points,the deep CNN model can classify accurately into nine classes.Comparing with the widely used ResNet algorithm,this model performs better precision and recall rates,and less processing time,which indicated the significant potential of deep-learning-based methods in MLS data classification.Yanjun WANG Shaochun LI Mengjie WANG Yunhao LIN 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,3:8
5Experimental study on performance of pneumatic seeding system显示文摘The purpose of this study was to promote the development of large-scale agricultural machines in China and meet the demand of air seeder localization.This study investigated the relationship between the working parameters and the performance of pneumatic seeding system,Cangmai 6004 wheat seed was used.A test platform for pneumatic seeding systems was developed,and then a series of experiments were performed based on the quadratic general rotary unitized design and response surface methodology(RSM).The seeding rate and the air flow rate were selected as affecting factors,coefficient of variation(CV)of evenness of feeding rate between rows and CV of seeding stability of total rows were assigned as the test indexes.Regression models between factors and indexes were established,and finally,an optimal equation based on this pneumatic seeding system were established as well,which can determine the proper air flow rate once the seeding rate was set based on the practical agronomic requirements.For example,when the seeding rate is set as 250 kg/hm^(2),the proper air flow rate of 7.53 m3/min can be obtained.The verification experiment results showed that the predicted working parameters obtained by RSM were feasible,which might provide a theoretical basis for further research of pneumatic seed metering systems.Liu Lijing Yang Hui Ma Shaochun 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,6:7

7Effects of key design parameters of tine furrow opener on soil seedbed properties显示文摘The structural parameters of tine furrow openers have significant effects on soil property of seed furrow in no-till planting,thereby affecting crop growth and yields.In order to analyze the effects of key parameters of tine furrow openers on soil properties(soil bulk density,soil water-stable aggregates(WSA),and soil disturbance)of the surface soil layer of 0-10 cm and surface straw disturbance,the tine furrow openers with different structural parameters,including cutting edge thickness,cutting edge curve,penetration clearance angle and rake angle,were designed and tested under no-till conditions.Orthogonal test and single factor test were performed to analyze the effects of different parameters.Results showed that the rake angle,cutting edge thickness and cutting edge curve had significant effects on cross-sectional area of furrow(Af)and disturbance of surface straw;the rake angle had a significant effect on soil bulk density.Soil types and operating depth had significant effects on soil disturbance caused by tine furrow openers.The concave type tine furrow opener produced the lowest soil disturbance and soil bulk density of seed furrow,the highest surface straw disturbance and the greatest content of WSA(>0.5 mm).With increasing rake angles of tine furrow opener,the width of seedbed(Wsb)and the Af decreased first and then increased,respectively,while the width of soil throw(Wst)and the height of ridge(Hr)increased.The Wsb and Af created by tine furrow opener with 60°rake angle were significantly lower than that with others,respectively.The tine furrow opener with rake angle ranged from 45°to 60°created the lowest soil bulk density.As the penetration clearance angle increased,the content of WSA(>0.5 mm)decreased,but the effect of penetration clearance angle on the content of WSA(<0.5 mm)was not significant.The cutting edge thickness(<2 mm)had no significant effects on soil properties of seedbed.This study could provide a reference for optimal design of the tine furrow opener to create more suitable seedbed environment,and promote the application of the light no-till planters.Zhang Xiangcai Li Hongwen Du Ruicheng Ma Shaochun He Jin Wang Qingjie Chen Wanzhi Zheng Zhiqi Zhang Zhiqiang 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:7

10Two-Dimensional Ground Deformation Monitoring in Shanghai Based on SBAS and MSBAS InSAR Methods显示文摘Shanghai has experienced the greatest land subsidence in China in the past sixty years and produced undesirable environmental impact. However, horizontal ground deformation has not been understood yet. Therefore ground deformation monitoring together with the analysis of its driving forces are critical for geo-hazards early-warning, city planning and sustainable urbanization in Shanghai. In this paper, two-dimensional ground deformation monitoring was performed in Shanghai with SBAS and MSBAS In SAR methods. Twenty-nine Multi-Look Fine 6(MF6) Radarsat-2 SLC data acquired during 2011–2013 were used to derive vertical ground deformation. Meanwhile, six descending Multi-Look Fine 6(MF6) and four ascending Multi-Look Fine 2(MF2) spanning April to August, 2008, were used to derive vertical and horizontal ground deformation during the observation period. The results indicate that vertical and horizontal deformations in 2008 were not homogeneously distributed in different districts ranging from 0–2 cm/year. Vertical deformation rates during 2011–2013 were decreased to less than 1 cm/year in most district of Shanghai area. Activities from groundwater exploitation and rapid urbanization are responsible for most of the ground deformation in Shanghai. 12Growth and metal uptake of energy sugarcane (Saccharum spp.) in different metal mine tailings with soil amendments显示文摘A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the feasibility of growing energy sugarcane(Saccharum spp.) in three different metal mine tailings(Cu, Sn and Pb/Zn tailings) amended with uncontaminated soil at different mixing ratios. The results indicated that sugarcane was highly tolerant to tailing environments. Amendments of 20% soil to Sn tailings and 30% soil to Cu tailings could increase the biomass of cane-stem for use as the raw material for bioethanol production. Heavy metals were mostly retained in roots, which indicated that sugarcane was useful for the stabilization of the tailings. Bagasse and juice, as the most valuable parts to produce bioethanol, only accounted for 0.6%– 3% and 0.6%–7% of the total metal content. 13Serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor as a potential biomarker to evaluate therapeutic response in patients with allergic asthma:an exploratory study显示文摘Background:Previous studies have shown that macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma.This study aimed to investigate whether serum MIF reflects a therapeutic response in allergic asthma.Methods:We enrolled 30 asthmatic patients with mild-to-moderate exacerbations and 20 healthy controls,analyzing the parameter levels of serum MIF,serum total immunoglobulin E(tIgE),peripheral blood eosinophil percentage(EOS%),and fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO).Lung function indices were used to identify disease severity and therapeutic response.Results:Our study showed that all measured parameters in patients were at higher levels than those of controls.After one week of treatment,most parameter levels decreased significantly except for serum tIgE.Furthermore,we found that serum MIF positively correlated with EOS%as well as FeNO,but negatively correlated with lung function indices.Receiver operator characteristic(ROC)curve analysis indicated that among the parameters,serum MIF exhibited a higher capacity to evaluate therapeutic response.The area under the curve(AUC)of MIF was 0.931,with a sensitivity of 0.967 and a specificity of 0.800.Conclusions:Our results suggested that serum MIF may serve as a potential biomarker for evaluating therapeutic response in allergic asthma with mild-to-moderate exacerbations.Huiyuan ZHU Shaochun YAN Jingshuo WU Zhong ZHANG Xiaolin LI Zheng LIU Xing MA Lina ZHOU Lin ZHANG Mingming FENG Yiwei GENG Aixin ZHANG Sabina JANCIAUSKIENE Aiguo XU 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,6:3
14High-performance asymmetric supercapacitors based on reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline composite electrodes with sandwich-like structure显示文摘The sandwich-like structure of reduced graphene oxide/polyaniline(RGO/PANI) hybrid electrode was prepared by electrochemical deposition. Both the voltage windows and electrolytes for electrochemical deposition of PANI and RGO were optimized. In the composites, PANI nanofibers were anchored on the surface of the RGO sheets, which avoids the re-stacking of neighboring sheets. The RGO/PANI composite electrode shows a high specific capacitance of 466 F/g at 2 m A/cm^2 than that of previously reported RGO/PANI composites. Asymmetric flexible supercapacitors applying RGO/PANI as positive electrode and carbon fiber cloth as negative electrode can be cycled reversibly in the high-voltage region of 0–1.6 V and displays intriguing performance with a maximum specific capacitance of 35.5 m F cm^(-2). Also, it delivers a high energy density of 45.5 m W h cm^(-2) at power density of 1250 m W cm^(-2). 16Efficacy of Carbamazepine Combined with Botulinum Toxin A in the Treatment of Blepharospasm and Hemifacial Spasm显示文摘Purpose:To observe the efficacy of the combined treatment of carbamazepine and botulinum toxin A for blepharospasm and hemifacial spasm. Methods:Fifty-eight patients with either blepharospasm or hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. In the treatment group, 30 patients were administered with local intramuscular injections of botulinum toxin A and oral carbamazepine 100 mg/time,3 times/day for 60 days. Twenty-eight subjects in the control group under-went local intramuscular injections of botulinum toxin A only. Results:After combined treatment, the complete remission rate was 90%, which was significantly higher than that of the of the control group (67.9% , P<0.05,χ2 =4.733). However, no statistical significance was noted regarding the duration of therapeutic effects between the treatment group (range 14~40 weeks; 19.2 weeks on average) and control group (range 12~36 weeks; 18 weeks on average). 17Controllable synthesis of metal particles by a direct current electrochemical approach显示文摘Shapes of copper and silver particles were successfully controlled by using a very simple,effective direct-current electrochemical approach without introducing any additives or templates. A diverse range of shapes and also different inner structures were thus accessible. The products prepared at relatively high potentials have flowerlike morphologies and exhibit flakes as building blocks. The uniformly thick flakes intersect mutually,have smooth surfaces and outwardly wavy edges. The particle diameter and the flake density can be easily controlled by changing potential and/or deposition time. With a decrease of potential,the particles' shapes changed from flower to bud,to sphere and to octahedron. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) properties of the supported metal particles were investigated by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-Vis DRS) and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). It was found that the copper octahedra exhibited three characteristic bands,and SERS effect increases with the number of flakes within individual particles. 19The influence of hand hole on the ultimate strength and crack pattern of shield tunnel segment joints by scaled model test显示文摘With the shield tunnel going deeper and deeper, the circumferential axial force becomes the governing factor rather than the bending moment. The hand hole acts as a weak point and initial damage in the segment joint especially when the circumferential axial force is extremely high. Despite the wide application of steel fiber or synthetic fiber in t|ie tunneling, limited researches focus on the structural responses of segment joint with macro structural synthetic fiber (MSSF). In this paper, a 1:2 reduced-scale experiment was conducted to study the structural perfonnance of the segment joint with different types of hand holes under ultra-high axial force. Special attention is paid to failure mode and structural performance (bearing capacity, deformation, cracking, and toughness). Moreover, segment joints with MSSF are also tested to evaluate the effects of MSSF on the failure mode and structural performance of the segment joints. The experiment results show that the hand hole becomes the weakest point of the segment joint under ultra-high axial force. A\/-type crack pattern is always observed before the final failure of the segment joints. Different types and sizes of the hand hole have different degree of influences on the structural behavior of segment joints. The segment joint with MSSF shows higher ultimate bearing capacity and toughness compared to segment joint with common concrete. 20Improvement of Boxcar Integrator and Its Application to Low Resistance Measurement of Inductive Load Coil显示文摘A boxcar integrator is described which is suitable for the low-repetition-rate signal processing. This boxcar integrator, named fixed-interval mode boxcar integrator, is able to reject harmonics other than the first harmonic component. It can also decrease the effective time constant In many situations, the antialiasing filter with narrow bandwidth will cause distortion of the input signal. The fixed-interval mode boxcar integrator with suitable gate width can achieve relative high performance without signal distortion because the bandwidth of its antialiasing filter can be wider than that in the fixed-Point boxcar integrator. ms boxcar integrator is used as majn part of signalprocessing circult in the low resisance measurement of inductive load coil.
