| 2 | Inner wrinkling control in hydrodynamic deep drawing of an irregular surface part using drawbeads显示文摘Inner wrinkling phenomenon is more likely to develop during hydrodynamic deep drawing(HDD) of complicated component-forms due to the higher demand for controlling deformation sequences. Aiming at the problems in control of inner wrinkling for an irregular surface part featured with both concavity and convex, this research proposes an optimal design method of drawbead parameters to change the material flow. According to theoretical analysis of the mechanism of inner wrinkling, optimizing cavity pressure only is unreasonable to form a wrinkle-free deep-drawn part,so semi-circular drawbeads are employed. The effects of layout and height of drawbeads on forming results are discussed, and a process window is established based on evaluation indicators including the anti-wrinkle coefficient and the minimum wall thickness. Experiments are carried out to validate the process window, and the wall thickness and the wrinkle height are measured and compared with numerical findings. | 4 | Performance of transient elastography in assessing liver fibrosis in patients with autoimmune hepatitis-primary biliary cholangitis overlap syndrome显示文摘AIM To investigate the performance of transient elastography(TE) for diagnosis of fibrosis in patients with autoimmune hepatitis-primary biliary cholangitis(AIHPBC) overlap syndrome.METHODS A total of 70 patients with biopsy-proven AIH-PBC overlap syndrome were included. Spearman correlation test was used to analyze the correlation of liver stiffness measurement(LSM) and fibrosis stage. Independent samples Student's t-test or one-way analysis of variance was used to compare quantitative variables. Receiver operating characteristics(ROC) curve was used to calculate the optimal cut-off values of LSM for predicting individual fibrosis stages. A comparison on the diagnostic accuracy for severe fibrosis was made between LSM and other serological scores.RESULTS Patients with AIH-PBC overlap syndrome had higher median LSM than healthy controls(11.3 ± 6.4 k Pa vs 4.3 ± 1.4 k Pa, P < 0.01). LSM was significantly correlated with fibrosis stage(r = 0.756, P < 0.01). LSM values increased gradually with an increased fibrosis stage. The areas under the ROC curves of LSM for stages F ≥ 2, F ≥ 3, and F4 were 0.837(95%CI: 0.729-0.914), 0.910(0.817-0.965), and 0.966(0.893-0.995), respectively. The optimal cut-off values of LSM for fibrosis stages F ≥ 2, F ≥ 3, and F4 were 6.55, 10.50, and 14.45 k Pa, respectively. | 9 | Influences of accumulated mileage and technological changes on emissions of regulated pollutants from gasoline passenger vehicles显示文摘In this study, the influences of accumulated mileage(deterioration) and technological changes(emission standards) on emission factors(EFs) of regulated pollutants(CO, HC, and NO_x) from gasoline passenger vehicles were investigated based on Inspection and Maintenance(I/M) data using the chassis dynamometer method. The accumulated mileage of passenger vehicles was significantly linearly correlated with vehicle age. For most cases,the average EFs of CO, HC and NO_x were significantly linearly correlated with accumulated mileage, indicating that emission deterioration had a significant impact on pollutant EFs.Implemented emission standards markedly influenced the EFs of regulated pollutants, and EFs markedly decreased with progressing emission standards. The present study also compared EFs of regulated pollutants between this study and the International vehicle emission(IVE) model, and marked differences in EFs were seen with variations in emission standards, vehicle types and accumulated mileage; NO_x EFs in this study were higher than in the IVE model. | 12 | Consensus on the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique显示文摘With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) tract.At present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2) treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative treatment.The International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. | 16 | Boosting triplet self-trapped exciton emission in Te(IV)-doped Cs_(2)SnCl_(6) perovskite variants显示文摘Perovskite variants have attracted wide interest because of the lead-free nature and strong self-trapped exciton (STE) emission. Divalent Sn(II) in CsSnX3 perovskites is easily oxidized to tetravalent Sn(IV), and the resulted Cs2SnCl6 vacancy-ordered perovskite variant exhibits poor photoluminescence property although it has a direct band gap. Controllable doping is an effective strategy to regulate the optical properties of Cs2SnX6. Herein, combining the first principles calculation and spectral analysis, we attempted to understand the luminescence mechanism of Te4+-doped Cs2SnCl6 lead-free perovskite variants. The chemical potential and defect formation energy are calculated to confirm theoretically the feasible substitutability of tetravalent Te4+ ions in Cs2SnCl6 lattices for the Sn-site. Through analysis of the absorption, emission/excitation, and time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy, the intense green-yellow emission in Te4+:Cs2SnCl6 was considered to originate from the triplet Te(IV) ion 3P1→1S0 STE recombination. Temperature-dependent PL spectra demonstrated the strong electron-phonon coupling that inducing an evident lattice distortion to produce STEs. We further calculated the electronic band structure and molecular orbital levels to reveal the underlying photophysical process.
