3Prediction of natural fracture in shale oil reservoir based on R/S analysis and conventional logs显示文摘Investigation into natural fractures is extremely important for the exploration and development of low-permeability reservoirs.Previous studies have proven that abundant oil resources are present in the Upper Triassic Yanchang Formation Chang 7 oil-bearing layer of the Ordos Basin,which are accumulated in typical low-permeability shale reservoirs.Natural fractures are important storage spaces and flow pathways for shale oil.In this study,characteristics of natural fractures in the Chang 7 oil-bearing layer are first analyzed.The results indicate that most fractures are shear fractures in the Heshui region,which are characterized by high-angle,unfilled,and ENE-WSW-trending strike.Subsequently,natural fracture distributions in the Yanchang Formation Chang 7 oil-bearing layer of the study area are predicted based on the R/S analysis approach.Logs of AC,CAL,ILD,LL8,and DEN are selected and used for fracture prediction in this study,and the R(n)/S(n)curves of each log are calculated.The quadratic derivatives are calculated to identify the concave points in the R(n)/S(n)curve,indicating the location where natural fracture develops.Considering the difference in sensitivity of each log to natural fracture,gray prediction analysis is used to construct a new parameter,fracture prediction indicator K,to quantitatively predict fracture development.In addition,fracture development among different wells is compared.The results show that parameter K responds well to fracture development.Some minor errors may probably be caused by the heterogeneity of the reservoir,limitation of core range and fracture size,dip angle,filling minerals,etc.Haoran XU Wei JU Xiaobing NIU Shengbin FENG Yuan YOU Hui YANG Sijia LIU Wenbo LUAN 2021Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,3:0
42D-polyimide film sensitized monolayer MoS_(2) phototransistor enabled near-infrared photodetection显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)-based heterostructures open the door to fabricate various promising hybrid photodetectors,while it is still a challenge to achieve excellent and stable near-infrared(NIR)photoresponse.Here,a MoS_(2)–2DPI(2D-polyimide(2DPI))heterojunction-based phototransistor(HPT)was fabricated.Near-infrared photodetection with excellent performance has been realized.This HPT exhibited a photoresponsivity of 390.5 A/W,a specific detectivity of 5.10×10^(12)Jones,a photogain 1.04×10^(5),and a photoresponse rise and decay time of 400 and 430 ms(λ=900 nm,P=16.2μW/cm^(2)),respectively.It also shows a broadband wavelength response from 405 to 1,020 nm.This superior performance could be attributed to the strong near-infrared absorption and the type-II(staggered)band alignment which ensures efficient charge transfer from 2DPI to MoS_(2).The face-to-face spatial configuration of MoS_(2)–2DPI heterostructures ensures efficient transfer of photoinduced carriers through the interface,electron and holes can be separated due to the large band offsets.This work presents a significant step for the manipulation of high-performance NIR photodetector of twodimensional covalent organic polymer-sensitized monolayer TMDCs.Qingqing Luo Guangyuan Feng Yaru Song Enbing Zhang Jiangyan Yuan Dejuan Fa Qisheng Sun Shengbin Lei Wenping Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:0
5Construction and nanotribological study of a glassy covalent organic network on surface显示文摘Unraveling the nature of complex condensed matter systems is of paramount importance in a variety of fields such as pharmacology and materials science.Here we report the synthesis,by the dynamic covalent chemistry(DCC),of a robust,continuous,and low-defect glassy covalent organic network(GCON).The direct imaging of the molecular structure clearly shows the amorphous nature of GCONs,which consists with the competing(nano)crystallite model,not Zachariasen continuous random networks(Z-CRN).Remarkably,the microscopic friction properties were measured on GCONs by atomic force microscopy(AFM),and the GCONs showed lower friction force in comparison with crystalline covalent organic frameworks(COFs).Guangyuan Feng Qingqing Luo Mengqi Li Yaru Song Yongtao Shen Shengbin Lei Wenping Hu 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:0
