1Annealing Effect on Transport and Magnetic Properties of La_(0.67)Sr_(0.33)MnO_3 Thin Films Grown on Glass Substrates by RF Magnetron Sputtering显示文摘The manganite La0.67Sr0.33MnO3(LSMO) thin films were grown on glass substrates in a mixed argon and oxygen atmosphere by using RF magnetron sputtering.The structural characteristics,transport behaviors and magnetic properties of LSMO films were studied by annealing the films in air at 550 and 620 ℃.The out-of-plane lattice parameter a LSMO contracted after annealing and was close to that of bulk LSMO abulk,indicating that the internal strain was fully relaxed.Nanocrystalline grains were observed in the annealed films.Enhanced saturation magnetization and metal-to-insulator transition temperature(TMI=268 K) were also obtained.Curie temperatures(Tc) of the as-grown films was 340 K with the same as that of annealed at 550 ℃,but dropped to 315 K when the annealing temperature increased to 620 ℃,which can be attributed to the oxygen release during annealing in atmosphere.Shaojie Fang Zhiyong Pang Fenggong Wang Liang Lin Shenghao Han 2011Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,3:1
2Oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticle-decorated nanonetwork-structured carbon toward high-performance lithium–sulfur batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries have been regarded as promising next-generation energy-storage devices owing to their inherently high theoretical energy density.Unfortunately,the poor capacity and cycling life caused by severe polysulfide shuttle effect and sluggish redox kinetics in sulfur cathodes greatly impede the practical application of Li-S batteries.Herein,a new class of nanonetworkstructured carbon decorated with oxygen-vacancy-containing cerium oxide nanoparticles(NSC-CeO_(2−x)),in which carbon skeleton is composed of highly conductive carbon nanotube core welded by hybrid carbon shell,has been developed via one-step heating treatment of hybrid molecular brush and further employed as functional interlayer to modify separator of Li-S battery.Owing to the synergistic effect of the highly active CeO_(2−x)nanoparticles and the threedimensional carbon nanonetwork in enhancing the preservation of the soluble polysulfides and boosting the redox kinetics of sulfur species,the NSC-CeO_(2−x)significantly promotes the electrochemical performance of sulfur cathode.As a result,the as-constructed Li-S batteries exhibit an ultrahigh initial sulfur utilization of 92.9%and an extremely large capacity of 751mA h g^(−1) at a high rate of 5 C.Remarkably,a stable capacity of 728 mA h g^(−1)over 300 cycles at 1 C is also achieved.Chuanfa Li Pengwei Ma Shenghao Lin Zongheng Cen Junlong Huang Yin Cui Shimei Li Shaohong Liu Ruowen Fu Dingcai Wu 2023SusMat2023,3,1:0
3Phylogenetic analysis and in vitro culture of mosses fromthe Antarctic Fildes Peninsula显示文摘Molecular genetic techniques have proven very useful for initial analysis of the extent of genetic variation and dispersal in several Antarctic moss species.In the present study,the small subunit ribosomal RNA(SSU rDNA)and internal transcribed spacers of the nuclear ribosomal DNA(ITS rDNA)were sequenced in nine individuals of different mosses from the Fildes Peninsula of Antarctica.Sequence alignment showed that the extreme environment tended to increase the genetic diversity of Antarctic mosses.In addition,in our phylogenetic analysis,one previously unidentified Antarctic moss species was characterized by comparison with SSU and ITS rDNA sequences of known moss species.Moreover,the optimal culture medium and conditions for surface explant sterilization and protonemata induction in tissue culture of Pohlia nutans were investigated.The successful establishment of a tissue culture protocol together with the phylogenetic analysis of Antarctic mosses will provide technological support to establish an effective resource regeneration method for discovering new functional genes and gaining novel insights into the mechanisms of stress acclimation.LIU Shenghao ZHANG Zhaohui WANG Nengfei CONG Bailin ZHANG Pengying LIN Xuezheng HUANG Xiaohang 2014Advances in Polar Science2014,25,2:0
