1Hybrid interval AHP-entropy method for electricity user evaluation in smart electricity utilization显示文摘Smart electricity utilization(SEU) is one of the most important components in a smart grid. It is crucial to evaluate efficiency, safety, and demand response capability of electricity users to achieve the smart use of electricity.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) uses subjective criteria to determine index weights in multi-criteria decisionmaking problems, while the entropy method provides objectivity in determining index weights. Taking into account the uncertainty of expert scoring and user data, a hybrid interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP) and interval entropy(IE) method is proposed for electricity user evaluation(EUE). Specifically, in the proposed method,electricity users are evaluated in terms of energy efficiency,safety monitoring, and demand response. The weights of EUE indices are calculated under uncertainty. The proposed approach derives subjective weights of EUE indicesby the IAHP with expert scoring as input data, and determines objective weights of EUE indices by the IE method with user data as inputs. In order to obtain the optimal combined index weights, the two weights are normalized by a selected weight factor. 2Dynamic tracking and mobility analysis of single GLUT4 storage vesicle in live 3T3-L1 cells显示文摘Glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4) is responsible for insulin-stimulated glucose transporting into the insulin-sensitive fat and muscle cells. The dynamics of GLUT4 storage vesicles (GSVs) remains to be explored and it is unclear how GSVs are arranged based on their mobility. We examined this issue in 3T3-L1 cells via investigating the three-dimensional mobility of single GSV labeled with EGFP-fused GLUT4. A thin layer of cytosol right adjacent to the plasma membrane was illuminated and successively imaged at 5 Hz under a total internal reflection fluorescence microscope with a penetration depth of 136 nm. Employing single particle tracking, the three-dimensional subpixel displacement of single GSV was tracked at a spatial precision of 22 nm. Both the mean square displacement and the diffusion coefficient were calculated for each vesicle. Tracking results revealed that vesicles moved as if restricted within a cage that has a mean radius of 160 nm, suggesting the presence of some intracellular tethering matrix. By constructing the histogram of the diffusion coefficients of GSVs, we observed a smooth distribution instead of the existence of distinct groups. 3Reconstruction of hydrological changes based on tree-ring data of the Haba River, northwestern China显示文摘Reconstructing the hydrological change based on dendrohydrological data has important implications for understanding the dynamic distribution and evolution pattern of a given river. The widespread, long-living coniferous forests on the Altay Mountains provide a good example for carrying out the dendrohydrological studies. In this study, a regional composite tree-ring width chronology developed by Larix sibirica Ledeb. and Picea obovata Ledeb. was used to reconstruct a 301-year annual(from preceding July to succeeding June) streamflow for the Haba River, which originates in the southern Altay Mountains, Xinjiang, China. Results indicated that the reconstructed streamflow series and the observations were fitting well, and explained 47.5% of the variation in the observed streamflow of 1957–2008. Moreover, floods and droughts in 1949–2000 were precisely captured by the streamflow reconstruction. Based on the frequencies of the wettest/driest years and decades, we identified the 19 th century as the century with the largest occurrence of hydrological fluctuations for the last 300 years. After applying a 21-year moving average, we found five wet(1724–1758, 1780–1810, 1822–1853, 1931–1967, and 1986–2004) and four dry(1759–1779, 1811–1821, 1854–1930, and 1968–1985) periods in the streamflow reconstruction. Furthermore, four periods(1770–1796, 1816–1836, 1884–1949, and 1973–1997) identified by the streamflow series had an obvious increasing trend. The increasing trend of streamflow since the 1970s was the biggest in the last 300 years and coincided with the recent warming-wetting trend in northwestern China. A significant correlation between streamflow and precipitation in the Altay Mountains indicated that the streamflow reconstruction contained not only local, but also broad-scale, hydro-climatic signals. 4Understanding the impact of mountain landscapes on water balance in the upper Heihe River watershed in northwestern China显示文摘Estimating the impact of mountain landscape on hydrology or water balance is essential for the sustainable development strategies of water resources.Specifically,understanding how the change of each landscape influences hydrological components will greatly improve the predictability of hydrological responses to mountain landscape changes and thus can help the government make sounder decisions.In the paper,we used the VIC(Variable Infiltration Capacity)model to conduct hydrological modeling in the upper Heihe River watershed,along with a frozen-soil module and a glacier melting module to improve the simulation.The improved model performed satisfactorily.We concluded that there are differences in the runoff generation of mountain landscape both in space and time.About 50% of the total runoff at the catchment outlet were generated in mid-mountain zone(2,900-4,000 m asl),and water was mainly consumed in low mountain region(1,700-2,900 m asl)because of the higher requirements of trees and grasses.The runoff coefficient was 0.37 in the upper Heihe River watershed.Barren landscape produced the largest runoff yields(52.46% of the total runoff)in the upper Heihe River watershed,followed by grassland(34.15%),shrub(9.02%),glacier(3.57%),and forest(0.49%).In order to simulate the impact of landscape change on hydrological components,three landscape change scenarios were designed in the study.Scenario 1,2 and 3 were to convert all shady slope landscapes at 2,000-3,300 m,2,000-3,700 m,and 2,000-4,000 m asl respectively to forest lands,with forest coverage rate increased to 12.4%,28.5% and 42.0%,respectively.The runoff at the catchment outlet correspondingly declined by 3.5%,13.1% and 24.2% under the three scenarios.The forest landscape is very important in water conservation as it reduced the flood peak and increased the base flow.The mountains as 'water towers' play important roles in water resources generation and the impact of mountain landscapes on hydrology is significant.Jia QIN YongJian DING JinKui WU MingJie GAO ShuHua YI ChuanCheng ZHAO BaiSheng YE Man LI ShengXia WANG 2013Journal of Arid Land2013,5,3:6
5Clinical impact and mechanisms of hepatitis B virus infection concurrent with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Chronic hepatitis B(CHB)virus infection is an important threat to global health despite the administration of vaccines and the use of antiviral treatments.In recent years,as the prevalence of obesity and metabolic syndrome has increased,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)in patients with CHB has become more common.Both diseases can lead to liver fibrosis and even hepatocellular carcinoma,but the risk of dual etiology,outcome,and CHB combined with NAFLD is not fully elucidated.In this review,we assess the overlapping prevalence of NAFLD and CHB,summarize recent studies of clinical and basic research related to potential interactions,and evaluate the progressive changes of treatments for CHB patients with NAFLD.This review increases the understanding of the relationship and mechanisms of interaction between steatosis and hepatitis B virus infection,and it provides new strategies for the future clinical management and treatment of CHB combined with NAFLD.Xin Tong Yu Song Shengxia Yin Jian Wang Rui Huang Chao Wu Junping Shi Jie Li 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,14:4
6A review of the interaction between the cryosphere and atmosphere显示文摘The interaction between the cryosphere and atmosphere is an essential and extremely sensitive mutual action process on the earth.Due to global warming and the cryospheric melting,more and more attention has been paid to the interaction process between the cryosphere and atmosphere,especially the feedback of the cryosphere change to the atmosphere.A comprehensive review of the studies on the interaction between the cryosphere and atmosphere is conducted from two aspects:(1)effects of climate change on the cryosphere or responses of the cryosphere to climate change;and(2)feedback of the cryosphere change to the climate.The response of the cryosphere to climate change is lagging.Such a lagging and cumulative effect of temperature rise within the cryosphere have resulted in a rapid change in the cryosphere in the 21st century,and its impacts have become more significant.The feedback from cryosphere change on the climate are omnifarious.Among them,the effects of sea ice loss and snow cover change,especially the Arctic sea ice loss and the Northern Hemisphere snow cover change,are the most prominent.The Arctic amplification(AA)associated with sea ice feedback is disturbing,and the feedback generated by the effect of temperature rise on snow properties in the Northern Hemisphere is also of great concern.There are growing evidence of the impact of the Arctic cryosphere melting on mid-latitude weather and climate.Weakened storm troughs,steered jet stream and amplified planetary waves associated with energy propagation become the key to explaining the links between Arctic cryosphere change and atmospheric circulation.There is still a great deal of uncertainty about how cryosphere change affects the weather and climate through different atmospheric circulation processes at different spatial and temporal scales due to observation and simulation problems.YongJian Ding JianPing Yang ShengXia Wang YaPing Chang 2020Research in Cold and Arid Regions2020,12,6:4
7Gamma-glutamyl Transpeptidase to Platelet Ratio Predicts Liver Injury in Hepatitis B e Antigen-negative Chronic Hepatitis B Patients With Normal Alanine Aminotransferase显示文摘Background and Aims:Chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is a serious health problem worldwide.Evaluating liver injury in patients with hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-negative chronic hepatitis B(CHB)with detectable HBV DNA and normal alanine aminotransferase(ALT)is crucial to guide their clinical management.We aimed to investigate the stages of liver inflammation and fibrosis as well as the predictive accuracy of gamma-glutamyl transpepti-dase-to-platelet ratio(GPR)in these patients.Methods:A total of 184 treatment-naïve HBeAg-negative CHB pa-tients with detectable HBV DNA and normal ALT were enrolled.The Scheuer scoring system was used to classify liver inflammation and fibrosis.Results:The distribution of patients with different liver inflammation grades were as follows:G0,0(0%);G1,97(52.7%);G2,68(37.0%);G3,12(6.5%);and G4,7(3.8%).The distribution of patients with different liver fibrosis stages were as follows:S0,22(12.0%);S1,72(39.1%);S2,42(22.8%);S3,19(10.3%);and S4,29(15.8%).The areas under the re-ceiver operating characteristic(AUROC)curves of GPR in predicting significant inflammation,severe inflammation,and advanced inflammation were 0.723,0.895,and 0.952,respectively.The accuracy of GPR was significantly superior to that of ALT in predicting liver inflammation.The AUROCs of GPR in predicting significant fibrosis,severe fibrosis,and cirrhosis were 0.691,0.780,and 0.803,respectively.The predictive accuracy of GPR was significantly higher than that of aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index(APRI)and fibrosis index based on four factors(FIB-4)in identifying advanced fibrosis and cirrhosis,and it was superior to FIB-4 but comparable to APRI in identifying significant fibrosis.Conclusions:Nearly half of the HBeAg-negative CHB patients with detectable HBV DNA and normal ALT levels had significant liver inflammation or fibrosis.GPR can serve as an accurate predictor of liver inflammation and fibrosis in these patients.Xiang-An Zhao Jian Wang Jie Wei Jiacheng Liu Guangmei Chen Li Wang Guiyang Wang Juan Xia Weihua Wu Shengxia Yin Xin Tong Xiaomin Yan Weimao Ding Xiaoxing Xiang Rui Huang Chao Wu 2022Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2022,10,2:3

14Long-lived lunar volcanism sustained by precession-driven core-mantle friction显示文摘Core-mantle friction induced by the precession of the Moon's spin axis is a strong heat source in the deep lunar mantle during the early phase of a satellite's evolution,but its influence on the long-term thermal evolution still remains poorly explored.Using a one-dimensional thermal evolution model,we show that core-mantle friction can sustain global-scale partial melting in the upper lunar mantle until∼3.1 Ga,thus accounting for the intense volcanic activity on the Moon before∼3.0 Ga.Besides,core-mantle friction tends to suppress the secular cooling of the lunar core and is unlikely to be an energy source for the long-lived lunar core dynamo.Our model also favours the transition of the Cassini state before the end of the lunar magma ocean phase(∼4.2 Ga),which implies a decreasing lunar obliquity over time after the solidification of the lunar magma ocean.Such a trend of lunar obliquity evolution may allow volcanically released water to be buried in the lunar regolith of the polar regions.As a consequence,local water ice could be more abundant than previously thought when considering only its accumulation caused by solar wind and comet spreading.Shuoran Yu Xiao Xiao Shengxia Gong Nicola Tosi Jun Huang Doris Breuer Long Xiao Dongdong Ni 2024National Science Review2024,11,2:0
15Environmental Quality,Energy Consumption and Economic Inequality in China:Smooth Structural Shifts and Causal Linkages显示文摘The space-temporal evolution of economic inequality is examined with Markov chain test method,and the dynamic interrelationships among environmental quality,energy consumption,and economic inequality in China from the province-level are tested by focusing on accounting for structural shifts in causal linkages in this paper.We first employ the Toda-Yamamoto causality framework and then augment it with a Fourier approximation which captures structural changes as a smooth process.The empirical findings show that taking into account smooth structural shifts is important for the causal linkages between economic inequality and energy consumption,and also between environmental quality and energy consumption.The causality analysis with structural changes provides a causal linkage between economic inequality and energy consumption in 26 out 30 provinces and a causal linkage between environmental quality and energy consumption in 7 out 30 provinces,while the quantities are 22 out 30 and 5 out 30 respectively when not accounting for structural shifts.These findings are consistent with the fact that provincial economics in China have experienced structural changes in economy-environment-energy sectors.We also conduct additional analyses which point out that regional and cyclical dependency matter for the causal relationships,and the method of HP filtering can not effectively solve the problem of smooth shifts in economy-environment-energy causality.Shengxia XU Jiahui YANG Qiang LIU 2023Journal of Systems Science and Information2023,11,5:0
16Influences of two patterns of El Ni o on hydrological and meteorological elements in the Hexi Corridor region of China显示文摘In this study,two types of El Nio events are distinguished and the correlations between the respective precipitation,temperature,and runoff are analyzed by a 5-point moving average method.Also,changes of the temperature,precipitation,and runoff from mountainous watersheds of the Hexi Corridor region caused by these two types of El Nio events from 1959 to 2005 are studied by the anomaly analysis method.The results indicate that the Hexi Corridor region is strongly influenced by El Nio:rising temperatures and decreasing precipitation and runoff are features of the first El Nio pattern,while decreasing temperature and increasing precipitation and runoff characterise the second pattern.The responses of temperature to El Nio events are stronger in plains than in mountain regions,but the responses of precipitation are obvious in both types of regions.The response of runoff to El Nio events is lower than the precipitation and temperature response because runoff from mountainous watersheds has a complex generation and concentration process.Jia Qin YongJian Ding BaiSheng Ye ShengXia Wang MingJie Gao Man Li Hao Wu 2012Research in Cold and Arid Regions2012,4,4:0
17Investigation on the Growth and Development of Muscle Fibers in Black Goat Lambs显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to analyze and study the growth and development of muscle fibers at different stages,so as to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research on developmental biology and nutritional regulation.[Methods]The body weights of black goat lambs in groups at different month age(0-6 months old)were recorded,and the diameter,area and number of muscle fibers were measured by tissue section and hematoxylin-eosin staining.The curves of body weight and muscle fiber growth and development of black goat lambs were drawn.[Results]The black goat lambs maintained a high absolute growth intensity of 2.95-4.35 kg/30 d throughout the rearing cycle,and the body weight continued to increase significantly,while the relative growth coefficient decreased from 93.05%at the age of 30 d to 13.83%at the age of 180 d.The diameter and area of muscle fibers in black goat lambs showed obvious'three-stage'growth and development characteristics,and showed different trends of gender advantages in different stages.[Conclusions]This study will help to further optimize the key supporting technologies for production and promote the diversified and comprehensive development of the mutton sheep industry in Sichuan Province.Lin ZHANG Shengxia BAI Quzhe EMU Feng XU Jingsheng FAN Xuemei LI Bo LI Bin ZHANG Chunmei LI Chaorui XIONG 2022Agricultural Biotechnology2022,11,2:0
18Numerical simulation and analysis of the underwater implosion of spherical hollow ceramic pressure hulls in 11000 m depth显示文摘Pressure hulls play an important role in deep-sea underwater vehicles.However,in the ultra-high pressure environment,a highly destructive phenomenon could occur to them which is called implosion.To study the characteristics of the flow field of the underwater implosion of hollow ceramic pressure hulls,the compressible multiphase flow theory,direct numerical simulation,and adaptive mesh refinement are used to numerically simulate the underwater implosion of a single ceramic pressure hull and multiple linearly arranged ceramic pressure hulls.Firstly,the feasibility of the numerical simulation method is verified.Then,the results of the flow field of the underwater implosion of hollow ceramic pressure hulls in 11000 m depth is analyzed.There are the compression-rebound processes of the internal air cavity in the implosion.In the rebound stage,a shock wave that is several times the ambient pressure is generated outside the pressure hull,and the propagation speed is close to the speed of sound.The pressure peak of the shock wave has a negative exponential power function relationship with the distance to the center of the sphere.Finally,it is found that the obvious superimposed effect between spheres exists in the chain-reaction implosion which enhances the implosion shock wave.Shengxia Sun Fenghua Chen Min Zhao 2023Journal of Ocean Engineering and Science2023,8,2:0
193-18 Investigations of Latent Track and Vibrational Spectra of Muscovite Mica Irradiated by Swift Heavy Ions显示文摘Muscovite mica sheets with a thickness of 12 m were irradiated by swift heavy ions Kr and Bi from Heavy IonResearch Facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL). The uences range from 11010 to 11012 ions/cm2. The electronic energyloss (dE/dx)e increases from 5.9 to 31.5 keV/nm. The vibrational modi cations in irradiated mica were investigatedby Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and the latent tracks were observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM). The infrared spectrum shows that motions from all atom types in the muscovite mica structure could befound in modes for all vibrations. As shown in Fig. 1, the intensity of all vibrational modes in mica, including theOH stretch motion at 3621 cm??1, decreased with the increasing (dE/dx)e. The similar tendency is found in samplesirradiated by swift heavy ions with increasing ion uence. 203-21 XRD Investigation of InP Single Crystal and GaN Films Irradiated by Kr Ion显示文摘Single crystal (100) InP samples and (0001) GaN epitaxial layers were irradiated at the Heavy Ion ResearchFacility in Lanzhou (HIRFL) with 86Kr ions at room temperature. The ion fluence was varied from 5×1010 to1×1012 cm?2. Additionally, thin aluminum foils with different thickness (some tens of micrometers) were placed infront of some samples to decelerate the SHI's. Ion beam scanning was used to irradiate the whole sample surfacein a uniform way and maintained normal incidence. To prevent sample heating during high-energy irradiation, theflux was kept constant below 1.3×1010 cm?2 s?1.
