1Changed clinical aspects of primary liver cancer in China during the past 30 years显示文摘BACKGROUND: Primary liver cancer (PLC) is one of the most frequently seen tumors in China. Thirty years ago, patients with PLC were often detected at relatively late stage, with a palpable mass or marked clinical symptoms and poor prognosis. In the past 30 years, the diagnosis and treatment of PLC have been greatly improved with better prognosis. METHODS: In order to study the changes of PLC during the 30 years, the clinical data of 3250 patients with PLC from 10 medical institutions of China were collected, ana- lyzed , and compared with those of 3254 PLC patients be- fore the 30 years. RESULTS: In the 3250 patients aged 1-80 years, with an average age of 49.1 years, the male to female ratio (2.3:1) was lower than that before the 30 years. 73.5% of the 3250 patients sought medical advice within 3 months after the onset of the disease in contrast to 63.8% before the 30 years. Compared with those patients before the 30 years the symptoms and signs were alleviated generally. The HBsAg positive rate was 81.0%, but the HCV-Ab positive rate was 13.2%. The AFP level in 75% of patients was elevated, but in the remaining 25% was normal. 1912 patients (58.8%) were confirmed pathologically. Among them 1755 patients (91.8%) had hepatocellular carcinoma. The overall resec- tion rate was 46.3%. Those who had early, middle, late stage carcinoma accounted for 29.9%, 51.5%, and 18.6%respectively in contrast to 0.4%, 47.0%, and 52.6% repor- ted before the 30 years. The 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates of the patients were 66.1%, 39.7%, and 32.5% respectively, whereas 93.5%, 70.1%, and 59.1% for the early stage pa- tients, and 65.3%, 30.5%, and 23.5% for the middle stage patients. The half and 1-year survival rates of the late stage patients were 52.5%, and 14.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION: Comparison with the clinical data before and after the 30 years show that PLC can be diagnosed ear- ly. 2Sintering of Doped, Nanocrystalline CeO_2 Powders Prepared under Hydrothermal Conditions显示文摘Nanocrystalline CeO2 powders (particle size ≈10-15 nm), doped with up to 20 at.-% of Mg,Ca or Y were prepared by chemical precipitation under hydrothermal conditions. The particle size and shape of the powders change slightly with the dopant concentrations. The the of the dopants on the sintering of the compacted powders was investigated during heating at a constant rate of 10℃/min. The elemental composition and the concentration of the dopant has significant efFect on the densification and grain growth. Compared to undoped CeO2, the dopants produce a shift in the densification curve to higher temperatures. 3Discharge Characteristics of Bubbles at Interface Between AIN Ceramic and FC-72 Liquid显示文摘In order to evaluate the insulation of two-phase immersion cooling in the HV power electronic package,the insulation degradation of the dielectric interface induced by bubbles is investigated.In this paper,a test strategy with 50 Hz unipolar DC and AC combined voltage for partial discharge(PD)at boiling interface of AlN ceramic is proposed.The insulation threshold of an AlN ceramic surface is acquired in several dielectric environments,such as air,FC-72 liquid(FC-72,a Fluorinert^(TM) from 3^(TM)),FC-72 vapor,and boiling state of FC72.This reveals the deterioration of boiling on the insulation of the surface immersed in the dielectric refrigerant.To investigate the mechanism of the PD feature at the boiling interface,the PD patterns of the unrestricted bubble and the accumulated bubble are acquired and contrastively analyzed.Combined with the feature of the back discharge and the bubble behavior,the charged vapor-ceramic interface is relatively stable due to the accumulated vapor layer.This stability of the charged vaporceramic interface is broken if the bubble is unrestricted.Besides,it is discovered that the vapor-liquid interface inside the bubble may be another charged interface,which can also trigger a back discharge.Shenyang Mo Xuebao Li Zhibin Zhao Xiang Cui 2024CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2024,10,1:0
4Trap Characteristics and Their Temperature-dependence of Silicone Gel for Encapsulation in IGBT Power Modules显示文摘Silicone gel is a prevailing material for encapsulation in insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)power modules.The space charge transport behavior in silicone gel is significant to evaluate the electrical insulation characteristics.This paper focuses on the trap characteristics and electrical properties of the silicone gel,which were rarely studied before.The experiments are performed on the surface potential decay of silicone gel after the charge injection.Then,the energy distributions of electron or hole traps are determined by a double-trap energy level model,which can be fitted by the Gaussian distribution.In addition,the mobilities of positive and negative charges are determined,which are 1.38×10^(-12) m^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1) and 1.74×10^(12) m^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1),respectively.Furthermore,considering the heat as a byproduct resulting in thermal issues,the temperature-dependence of surface potential decay characteristics are also studied in this paper.When temperature rises,the decay rate of surface potential increases,especially when the temperature is higher than 80℃.Finally,the contrastive analysis illustrates that the trap characteristics of silicone gel are between the trap characteristics in liquid-state material and solid-state material,which supports the phenomenon that silicone gel is more resistive to the sharp edges in power modules.This work can provide a useful reference for the design of encapsulation in high-voltage IGBT power modules.Jiayu Xu Xuebao Li Xiang Cui Zhibin Zhao Shenyang Mo Bing Ji 2021CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2021,7,3:0
