2Stress Field of Non-equilibrium Grain Boundaries in Nano-crystalline Metals显示文摘Introducing the stress distribution near grain boundaries to improve the dislocation pileup model for the Hall-Petch (H-P) relation, the continuous distribution of dislocations in the pileup could be solved by means of Tschebysheff polynomials for the Hubert transformation. An analytical formula of the stress intensity factor for the dislocation pileup is obtained. 3Zirconium-Induced Softening in Hyperstoichiometric Ni_3Al显示文摘The room temperature compressive properties and microhardness of Ni3Al alloys doped with Zr were studied. For the hypostoichiometric Ni3Al alloys, the compressive strength and microhardness increased with an increase in Zr content, while softening behavior induced by doping with a certain amount of Zr was observed in hyperstoichiometric Ni3Al alloy. 4Microstructure of the Ductile Phase in Intermetallic Compound Ni_(50)Al_(20)Fe_(30)显示文摘The microstructure of the single hot extruded and annealed Ni50Al20Fe30Y0.003 intermetallic compound alloys has been examined by means of high resolution electron microscopy (HREM). In these extruded and annealed alloys. the ductile phase is of a mixture of the disordered fcc γ matrix and or dered γ’ precipitates. This fact well interprets the reason why the degree of annealing treatment can influence the strength and ductility of these alloys. The HREM observation revealed directly that there was some strain concentration at γ’-γ interfaces, due to the presence of more iron atoms in these two phases. 5Microstructural Characteristics of La_(0.7)Ca_(0.3)MnO_3 Films and Multilayers显示文摘La0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (LCMO) films and La0.7Ca0.3MnO3/Gd0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (LCMO/GCMO) multilayers have been prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The microstructures of both systems were investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The main structure of the films and the multilayers was monoclinic with a unit cell of size 2ap x-2ap. x -2ap, where ap is the lattice constant of single perovskite crystal. The LCMO films were composed of three-dimension multitwinning domains, while the LCMO/GCMO multilayers showed two-domain structure. 6A Molecular Dynamics Study on the (1120) Domain Boundary Structures in Epitaxial Wurtzite GaN显示文摘A computer program has been developed for the moIlcular dynamics calculation of ionic orstrong-ionic covalent systems. Ewald summation algorithm and Keating potentiaI model areadopted to calculate the long-range Coulomb interaction and the short-range bonding forces,respectively. A theoretical study on the domain boundary structures in epitaxial wurtzite GaN film is accomplished with the program. 10Evaluation of Impact of Pollen Grains from Bt,Bt/CpTITransgenic Cotton and Bt Corn Plants on the Growth andDevelopment of the Mulberry Silkworm,Bombyx moriLinnaeus (Lepidoptera:Bombycidae)显示文摘The δ-endotoxin genes of Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and proteinase inhibitor (PI) genes aretwo kinds of genes popularly used for developing transgenic plants resistant to insect pests. To clarify whetherthere is any risk concerning the effects of pollens from these transgenic crops on non-target insects with eco-nomic importance, such as the effects on the growth and development as well as cocoon quality of the silk-worm, Bombyx mori Linnaeus, a series of feeding experiments were conducted, using pollens from transgeniccotton or corn containing crylAc, cry1A+-CpTI or crylAb genes, compared with pollens from non-transgenicnormal cotton and corn as well as the non-pollen treatment. In contrast to the latter ones, pollens from trans-genic plants showed no significant adverse effects on larval mortality, cocoon weight, pupa weight, cocoonshell weight, pupation rate, emergence rate and fecundity of the silkworm after neonates were fed with thepollens for 72 h. In addition, no dosage effects of pollens were found. Though the duration of 1st instar larvaewas prolonged in the case of feeding with transgenic pollens as compared with those of the non-pollen treat-ment, but they were not significantly different from those fed with pollens from non-transgenic cotton or corn.Meanwhile, the body weight of the 3rd instar molters fed with transgenic pollens was obviously different fromthose for non-pollen treatment, and was all significantly heavier than that of the controls. 12Contact Electrification Spectrum for Performance Enhancement Mechanism Investigation of Triboelectric Nanogenerators based on Silicone Elastomers with Different Surface Microstructures显示文摘Triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)based on conjunctive effects of contact electrification(CE)and electrostatic induction are emerging as a new mechanical energy harvesting and sensing technique for promising applications in smart wearables,Internet of Things(IoTs),etc.The surface microstructure of a flexible triboelectric material for the increase of surface area is a common strategy for performance enhancement of TENGs,but the real roles of surface microstructures on their output performance are still not explicit due to the lack of suitable analysis tool and rational experimental design.Taking advantages of the surface-sensitive characteristic of CE effect,this work exploited and developed the electric signal patterns generated by single impact of TENGs as a kind of CE spectrum to analyze and speculate the real roles of surface microstructures of flexible triboelectric materials on the output performance of TENGs.Firstly,four different kinds of surface microstructures,namely planar surface(PS)and three combinations of two basic surface microstructures,i.e.,micro lens arrays(MLAs),fabric textures(FTs),and hierarchical structures of MLAs on FTs(MLA/FTs),were elaborately designed and introduced for an identical triboelectric material(i.e.,silicone elastomer)by a(micro)molding synthesis route.Then they were used for assembly of TENGs based on vertical contact mode to conduct performance evaluation under the same triggering conditions.Through systematic analysis and comparison of their highly repeatable CE spectra by programmed machine,it was found that the surface microstructure for a flexible triboelectric material to maximally enhance the output performance of a TENG shall achieve a positive synergistic effect of increasing triboelectric charge density,effective contact area and contacting/separating velocity,rather than simple increase of its surface area.Jianliang Gong Shenyang Ye Yan Luo Liqiong Xia Bingyu Liu Yiwang Chen 2023Chinese Journal of Polymer Science2023,41,10:0
13Skeletal muscle cell apoptosis following motor nerve injury versus sensory nerve injury显示文摘Skeletal muscle atrophy inevitably occurs in denervated skeletal muscle,and cell apoptosis plays an important role in skeletal muscle atrophy and degeneration.The present study established rat models of simple nerve injury by transecting the ventral or dorsal spinal nerve root and observed rat skeletal muscle cell apoptosis following simple motor nerve injury versus simple sensory nerve injury.Following skeletal muscle denervation for 10 weeks,cell apoptosis was detected in skeletal muscle,which was accompanied by obvious changes in rat behavior and electrophysiological responses.In addition,changes in cross-sectional area and average gray-scale of motor endplates of the gastrocnemius muscle were analyzed following sciatic nerve injury and motor nerve injury.Cell nuclei in denervated skeletal muscle tissue were more densely arranged than in normal skeletal muscle tissue.Cell nuclei were most dense in the sciatic nerve injury group,followed by the motor nerve injury group and the sensory nerve injury group.Fas/FasL expression and the number of apoptotic cells increased in denervated skeletal muscle,and apoptosis-related changes were observed.These findings suggested that motor and sensory nerves provided trophic actions following skeletal muscle and motor nerve injury,resulting in a greater influence on skeletal muscle atrophy than sensory nerve injury.Therefore,reconstruction of motor nerves should be preferentially considered for treating denervation-induced skeletal muscle atrophy.Zhao, Lei Xu, Ruisheng Jiang, Shenyang Lue, Guangming Yan, Zhiqiang Sun, Junming Wang, Ling Xue, Ye Jiang, Donglin 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,3:0

16PHASE TRANSFOR MATION INDUCED BY DEFORMATION IN TiAl(Cr)INTERMETALLICS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE显示文摘The phase transformation induced by deformation in TiAl(Cr) intermetallics at room temperature has been studied by means of TEM and HREM observations and nanoprobe analysis. 17Application of a Geometric Similar Model in Structure Crack Diagnosis显示文摘As the working condition of the large arm on the steel package rotating station is serious, it is very difficult to test on the spot. In order to simplify the study process, a geometric similar modal is designed and made. During the study, the same element partition method and boundary condition are used in both the large arm and its similar model. 18Ti_2Al PHASE IN AlRICH TiAl INTER METALLICS显示文摘Ti 48 Al 52 foils were examined by high resolution electron microscopy and electron microscopy. It was found that a Ti 2Al phase does exist in the sample tested, which is different from Ti 2AlN or Ti 2AlC phase. There is some further research to be carried out. Firstly, the precise crystal structure of Ti 2Al is to be determined, especially the atom arrangement of the (0001) plane.
