1Ni-Co/Mg-Al catalyst derived from hydrotalcite-like compound prepared by plasma for dry reforming of methane显示文摘Ni-Co bimetallic catalysts with different Ni/Co content were derived from cold plasma jet decomposition and reduction of hydrotalcite-like compounds containing Ni,Co,Mg and Al,and their catalytic performance was investigated with dry reforming of methane.Experimental results showed that the hydrotalcite-like precursors could be completely decomposed and partly reduced by cold plasma jet,and the Nicontained catalysts exhibited much higher activity than the catalyst without Ni.Especially,the catalyst with Ni/Co ratio of 8/2 achieved not only the highest conversions of 80.3%and 69.3%for CH4 and CO2,respectively,but also the best stability in 100 h testing.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,TEM and N2 adsorption techniques,and the results showed that the better performance of the 8Ni2Co bimetallic catalyst was attributed to its higher metal dispersion,smaller metal particle size,as well as the interaction effect between Ni and Co,which were brought by the special catalyst preparation method.Huali Long Yan Xu Xiaoqing Zhang Shijing Hu Shuyong Shang Yongxiang Yin Xiaoyan Dai 2013Journal of Energy Chemistry2013,22,5:8
2Genomic analysis reveals the genetic diversity,population structure,evolutionary history and relationships of Chinese pepper显示文摘Chinese pepper,mainly including Zanthoxylum bungeanum and Zanthoxylum armatum,is an economically important crop popular in Asian countries due to its unique taste characteristics and potential medical uses.Numerous cultivars of Chinese pepper have been developed in China through long-term domestication.To better understand the population structure,demographic history,and speciation of Chinese pepper,we performed a comprehensive analysis at a genome-wide level by analyzing 38,395 genomic SNPs that were identified in 112 cultivated and wild accessions using a high-throughput genomewide genotyping-by-sequencing(GBS)approach.Our analysis provides genetic evidence of multiple splitting events occurring between and within species,resulting in at least four clades in Z.bungeanum and two clades in Z.armatum.Despite no evidence of recent admixture between species,we detected substantial gene flow within species.Estimates of demographic dynamics and species distribution modeling suggest that climatic oscillations during the Pleistocene(including the Penultimate Glaciation and the Last Glacial Maximum)and recent domestication events together shaped the demography and evolution of Chinese pepper.Our analyses also suggest that southeastern Gansu province is the most likely origin of Z.bungeanum in China.These findings provide comprehensive insights into genetic diversity,population structure,demography,and adaptation in Zanthoxylum.Shijing Feng Zhenshan Liu Yang Hu Jieyun Tian Tuxi Yang Anzhi Wei 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:6
3Etiological characteristics of chlamydia trachoma conjunctivitis of Primary Boarding School students in the Qinghai Tibetan area显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the etiological characteristics of Chlamydia trachomatis conjunctivitis among resident students at primary schools in the Qinghai Tibetan area in order to understand the distribution of C. trachomatis and other pathogenic microorganisms, to detect the isolation rate of infectious pathogens, and to provide an evidence for further targeted efforts in the prevent of sporadic trachoma efforts. From two primary schools in Qinghai Province, ocular samples from 35 students who were clinically diagnosed as trachoma cases and 60 normal controls were obtained by swabbing their upper eyelids and lower conjunctival sacs. Samples were preserved at 4°C and airlifted to Beijing Tongren Hospital within 24 h. Real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used to screen for C. trachomatis, and nested PCR was used to amplify a fragment of the omp A gene for serotype confirmation. Bacterial cultivation and sensitivity tests were conducted based on the 2015 version of the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute. Adenovirus, herpes simplex virus, cytomegalovirus, and Epstein-Barr virus were screened by RT-PCR. Among the 35 students with trachoma, 8 came from the Jianshetang Primary School and 27 came from the Central Primary School. Two novel C. trachomatis B serotypes(Gen Bank accession numbers KU737520 and KU737521) were detected based on a sequence analysis of the omp A gene. Single C. trachomatis infections accounted for 42.86%(9/21) of the cases, and infections with multiple bacteria, particularly Haemophilus influenzae, Staphylococcus aureus, Moraxella catarrhalis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae, accounted for the remaining 57.14%(12/21). Of the 14 C. trachomatis-negative samples, one was positive for adenoviral infection(serotype D) and 13 were positive for bacterial infections(H. influenzae, M. catarrhalis, S. pneumoniae, S. aureus, streptococci other than S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Corynebacterium, and Arthrobacterium). 6Lipid-conjugated siRNA hitchhikes endogenous albumin for tumor immunotherapy显示文摘With the development of a small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery strategy,increasing siRNA therapeutics for tumor treatment appeared in clinical trials and pre-clinical development.However,the test results of such therapeutics unveiled that efficient siRNA delivery to tumor tissues is still challenging.Albumin is considered an ideal carrier for delivering hydrophobic agents into tumor tissue because it is highly concentrated and long-circulating in blood and has propensity of tumor enrichment.Herein,we synthesized lipid conjugated siRNAs(LsiRNAs),which showed high affinity to albumin.Mechanistically,LsiRNAs non-covalently bind to the hydrophobic core of albumin through its octadecyl tails.The small size of albumin/LsiRNAs allows the complex to penetrate tumor tissue efficiently.Biodistribution test proved that albumin extremely prolonged circulation time and increased tumor retention of associated LsiRNAs.Notably,LsiRNA against programmed death ligand-1(Pdl1)efficiently suppressed tumor growth as well as prolonged survival time of tumor bearing mice by increasing infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells as well as promoted the maturation of dendritic cells both in tumor and lymph.Together,LsiRNAs provide a simple but effective way for siRNA tumor delivery that“hitchhikes”on albumin.Bo Hu Sudong Kong Yuhua Weng Deyao Zhao Abid Hussain Qingze Jiao Shijing Zhan Ling Qiu Jianguo Lin Minhao Xie Bo Li Yuanyu Huang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,11:0
